Device credit promotions will require a lot of your time to receive (if you ever do). I fully qualified for my credits and met all the criteria but still had to call/chat for over 10 hours over 3 months to get those credits.Verizon is just awful.

I bought a new phone and device protection system from Verizon & they still wanted $$ to help put it on properly. The actual Verizon store on Willard did it in five minutes at no cost. Welcome to downtown.

One word. . . fantastic! I had a problem with my IPhone 8; I received emails but my emails could not be sent. After exhausting many tutorials on line to correct this issue, I decided I needed professional assistance. Brett Baierl, Verizon Sales Manager, was extremely patient and helpful. Worse service of ALL TIME. There are other stores near by, try Sprint, T-Mobile, Cellcom, US Cellular, or anyone else.
