Employees here treat you with a lot of respect nicely spread route throughout the store. Amazing Id rate it 6 stars if puma was there but Im really in love with the addidas I got there so Ill have to go with 5 stars

Wanted to give a shout out to Dennis at the Green Bay Footlocker. He was extremely helpful, patient, and went above and beyond to help my son with the purchase of his shoes. My son really wanted his shoes laced like his, and Dennis with no hesitation was happy to do it for him. Thank you for the great experience and customer service.

Had just what we needed with good service

I will never go back here again. I received a pair of adidas superstars as a gift and tried them on for a few minutes. When I tried returning them because they were way too big, the workers refused to give a refund because the shoes were unsalvagable because they had a slight toe crease. The workers let me try on a smaller size to exchange instead of returning the shoes. Instead of size 9.5 I exchanged for a size 8. After trying them on in the store they also got a toe crease which was the same size as the shoes that were unsalvagable. The workers were rude and pushy the entire time. I kept telling them that each shoe that I tried on was too big and still hurt to walk. I exchanged for the size 8 shoe because it felt the best. I put them on after I left and the shoe is still way too big. It slides off when I walk and its painful to wear. Also I am unable to exchange again because the bottom of the shoes are not white from walkin around which they are not allowed to sell. I am disappointed and still upset with the workers and the store. If you would like to avoid rude and pushy workers, I would suggest going to any store other than Footlocker.
