Buying Experience - Very unprofessional. Place is a mess, clothes were stained or had holes, owner was super rude to employees and customers, no one acknowledged me when I needed a fitting room.Selling Experience - This place was good years ago. Never had any problems until recently. I never once saw her look through my things just kinda threw them around in the bin and I was told they were passing on everything because they don’t buy “Walmart brands and stuff”. If she would’ve actually looked she would’ve seen Fashion Nova, Columbia, Nike, Forever21, etc. Took my stuff to Plato’s Closet who are more picky at they bought 75% of my stuff.Never coming here again.

Poor customer service attitude. Very argumentative when I brought up the person the night before closed before their displayed closing time. Her justification was he’s the owner so he can do whatever he wants. Upon speaking to nearby businesses they all said the same thing they are never open true to displayed times. Quality of clothing had burn holes in pants and holes in shirts. Left the store and will not be going back.

Great prices, usually friendly staff, and decently organized.Ive notice a decline in variety and quality of clothes over the last few years. I only go once in a while because they hardy ever have new stuff out. Organization is decent, but everytime I go theres tons of stuff in the wrong size area.Over all, a good place to start when clothes shopping

Extremely disrespectful workers, i think her name started with a J. disgusting place after the manager left, rude owners who didn’t even answer when a conflict came up the workers couldn’t resolve. place smells of mold and mildew. clothes are out of date and smell of cigarette. will NOT be coming back or shopping here again.

Front desk lady was extremely rude the minute I walked in the door.

Would give 0 stars if I could avoid selling here because if they dont want to go through the clothing you bring in they just dont and say there was a odor to the clothing or make up a excuse on why they didnt go through it

Insanely odd atmosphere. Clothes all over the floor. The girls at the register were not friendly. I watched another customer wait at the register for a few minutes before the employee looked up from her phone long enough to notice him. Then she proceeded to talk on the phone while ringing him up which was just bizarre. Never returning:)

I bring my clothes in at least a few times a year and usually have a good experience and make some decent cash. Within this last year, they only give out so much cash and that runs out early in the day. That is completely fine and understandable but the line outside is ridiculous in the morning. I feel that they should start making appointments to look at clothes. Half hour or 15 min per person and morning appointments get cash until a certain time. If someone wants cash they may have to wait longer to get into a morning appointment, like me and I wouldnt complain!! The one girl who is usually there is very nice and I actually feel bad for her. Every morning a ton of bins lining up right when she opens. I personally think the employees would also benefit from appointments not get overloaded right away and have time to focus as well on other job duties. Just my thought, I like the place but it just could use a better system for consigning.

My daughter and I went in on Saturday and bought a bag of clothing for almost nothing. All name brand that usually is expensive in the mall. She was excited for school to begin to show her friends what she got!

Its hit or miss if I find what Im looking for but Monday was a great day. Found lots of nice quality things. The girl working was awesome. Loved my shopping experience.

You know those sketchy consignment stores where homeless sell ruined clothing and people sell knockoffs and stolen junk for crack? Yup you found it. Id avoid a carjacking by shopping online or at a real store since you save no money here anyways, got followed around the entire store, its not organized by designer and I saw stolen merchandise in the store . It was $70 for just a few shirts or $35 for counterfeit sunglasses. They should have to report items here because I believe a lot of it is stolen .

Clothes are outdated and price went up

Though they did take items Plato’s closet was too picky to take, I was confused by the sign on the door that said “store credit only. Cash starts everyday at 10 am”. What does this mean?The cashier there was really friendly and made conversation with me, which is something I didn’t get at Plato’s. I would change the layout of the store though. It was pretty crowded and confusing for a first time shopper like me. :) thank you!

I went there 3 time to sell clothes and they never had any cash in the till to buy. Finally when i went early morning, they didnt buy anything due to wear and tare, which is a joke as many of my items were new. I smell a store thats closing soon. Its a pitty.

I saw lots of Old Navy, American Eagle, and Kohls brand shirt and jackets. The changing room I entered had no lock. The cashier I chatted with was polite.

What a joke. Brought in 8 like new Coach purses, 3 Rock Revial Jeans, and various Buckle and Maurices tops. Was told they can only do store credit since I wasnt there at 10 am and that they usually run out of money within 15 minutes so even if I was there I might only get store credit. Yeah no thank you. Ill go to Platos.

They buy if they like you. The Manager is HORRIBLE AND RACIST. She will state right to your face, in front of other customers, that she does not like you and will not sell to you or buy from you. I overheard her tell another customer she would be blacklisted and banned from the store because she did not like her.REALLY?!?!?! The customer was a minority appearing person. As am I and the manager is rude to me ALWAYS.
