I have used this company in the past and have never been disappointed. I called yesterday because my garage door would not go down. The woman who answered the phone suggested that, before they send someone out and I incur a service charge, I try to line up the lasers as one of them may have been knocked out of line while sweeping, shoveling, etc. She gave me detailed instructions on how to do that. I did it and the door works perfectly. I really appreciate this type of customer service!!!

I highly recommend Overhead Door Company. The technician that serviced my inoperable garage door opener was very knowledgeable and fast. He was very nice and answered all of my questions. Both of my doors now work better than ever

I have used OH Door for several different new construction jobs over the past decade. Usually they provide a quality product but struggle with customer service and transparency. This past winter, I requested their help to repair the poor workmanship of another local overhead door installer. In short, they communication was hit and miss, their timeliness was terrible, and their workmanship was abysmal. My doors are noisy, misaligned, and sometimes fail to open or shut. I have reached out to them via US Mail and by phone and have not heard back.

Jordan is great at installing openers. I have had him do 4 different openers now and he is quick, efficient and friendly.

Patti and the service person (forgot name) were great, had an emergency with the door, they came right away and handled it quickly and went above for us, thanks.

I called Steve at least 6 times, left messages because he’s never in the office. I had him come to the house to check the rust on my 5 year old gargage door. I told him that the person who installed them told me they would never rust. Steve replied “no one would say that because it’s metal and it’s coming from the cars in the winter going though salt and rusting the doors. He told me that he could orde a new metal strip and the rubber at the bottom. Well that was over a month ago. DO NOT purchase gargage doors through Overhead gargage Doors in Green Bay!!! Very poor service

The star rating of 2 is due to overall experience.I called Overhead Door to come over and look at a garage door opener that was not working. The service technician that came to the house was extremely knowledgeable and professional.He told me that the motherboard for the opener was beyond repair and that a new motherboard part was not available, so I would have to get a new operator. He gave me all of the usual options, do it yourself, buy the operator and have them install or just get the operator from them and have them install it.I opted to get the operator from them and have them install it. Because I have two door operators and I didnt want to deal with two different remotes, I asked him to replace the other door opener as well.From my perspective, the service technician received 4 stars and I remove one star only because he made a huge assumption that I did not want the old openers. When he finished the job he took them with him.That night, my husband and I noticed that he did not leave the openers - so first thing the next morning, I called the shop and asked them to locate the openers and return them.The person that answered the phone said shed check in the back and then get back to me. I never heard back from them.When it came time to pay my invoice, I included a note and explained how disappointed I was that my property was taken without my consent. I also explained that no one ever got back to me. Not surprised, I still have not heard back from the company -- even to express the fact that they might be sorry it happened or to offer some type of discount.So, the reason I give them a two star rating is simply because the leadership of the organization must not value the customer at all. If they did, then their employees - which are the most visible part of your image would have cared enough to AT LEAST call me back.Wont use them again...
