Ive visited the Green Bay store four times and each visit was disappointing. The staff seemed disinterested in assisting me every time. The last time in I was looking for a 10k pair of speakers. I wanted to listen to them. They had them in the warehouse and said I had to commit to buying them before they would bring them out. Thats crazy. I also inquired about the custom finishes available and was told that I would have and answer in a week. I never heard anything back. Thanks for nothing.

Ordered a new belt for my RCA Lab 1200 turntable directly from their website, to replace a belt ordered from a different vendor on Amazon last year that was too tight and introduced a hum when playing my records. The new belt is a much better fit and has cut down on the hum. Price was reasonable, although the 9.99 shipping charge seemed a bit overboard. The package arrived timely though and would buy from them again.

Great experience every time I make a purchase from Hi-Fi Heaven. Ive bought speakers, turntables and my latest amplifier from them, the price and service is the best in the state on high end audio.

Fair enough on trades. Knowledge of what is available was extensive. Didnt try to upsell me to something I did not want. Rega turntable is a great product.

I recently ordered an open-box amplifier through one of their online listings. As it turns out, the unit was sold in store the same day before HFH could take the online listing down. 5 stars for the excellent service. You can always tell a good company by their response to less than ideal situations.In this case, my father-in-law bought some Audioengine 2+ speakers. The left speaker had an intermittent fault. I emailed Hi-Fi Heaven and they responded almost immediately. We exchanged a number of emails in an effort to resolve the issue. Finally it was suggested to open the speaker and check for loose connections. That cured the problem.I would not hesitate to order from them. A good way to support a local business (and save on Texas sales tax).

Ive dealt with Hi-FI Heaven a few times over the last couple of years and its always been a great experience. Both times involved me trading to upgrade my turntable setup and both times were painless and seamless. I would not hesitate to work with these guys in the future.

VERY slow to ship (11 days after order), incorrect information on the phone (vs. website description), bait and switch appears to be standard (I ordered a pre-owned? item, they tried to upsell me twice to the new one at an unpublished discount.) Not impressed with their service/policies/integrity. Product did arrive safely and was as described.

Clueless salesperson over the phone. Ad libbing information in response to direct questions.Might be a good shop if you are local, but based on my conversation I wouldn’t buy online.

Dont buy anything from this store!!!!!!Worst sellers ever.I make purchase from this store on Ebay (earphones Noble audio). When I opened the box, I immediately felt a very unpleasant smell from the inside, the headphones also smell bad. The cable cuts into my ears causing pain. They refused to give me a refund. I hope that their business will close soon and I wish them all the worst. This is the worst store ever.Nothing buy here or get the most negative experience.

Ive been trying to figure out how to get a turntable working that I purchased from an estate sale. Im a musician but know next to nothing about sound equipment. Paul Gregory explained what my options are, the cost involved, and put it all in words I can understand without coming across as condescending. Their service was great, their products are clearly high quality (new and used), and the store was clean and inviting. Finances aside, Id upgrade all our technology with them! I recently called hifi heaven to inquire about a used turntable on their website. The sales guy offered me a brand new unit for practically the same price, well under list. Its a really great turntable too. I recieved it right away.

I purchased a very expensive pair of Klipsch speakers from Hi-Fi Heaven on September 28, 2019 and was very impressed with the entire experience. Im 65 years old and have been purchasing high end audio gear since 1973. The process with these guys was as good as it gets. They were straight forward with price, my trade-in allowance, and courteous in all aspects of the sale that followed. Pick up at the store was no less impressive, everything was as represented the day I drove two and a half hours to complete the transaction. HIGHLY recommended in every aspect!

I got a gorgeous pair of Tannoys here at a remarkable price. They answered all of my questions in great detail and the loudspeakers were delivered quickly and safely. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

Courteous and attentive, gave me full MSRP on trade-in. Always available, they make customer feel special. I called them at least four times, exchanged three emails, dealt with three different individuals, they all knew what the others did, always the same service. Would buy again anytime. I am one of those people who are quick to criticize when that is due, but I believe praise should also be served when it is due. Audiophile of many years, I have seen good and bad, both businesses and individuals.

I managed a good deal on a demonstrator model for a little more than half the normal price ($1500), and for that I was happy. However, when in communication with the salespeople concerning both a possible trade-in and, later, another demonstrator item, the communication was curt and disinterested. Nobody has time for that! I spent the money elsewhere. Im not a fan of this store but the deals they offer are decent. 4 stars for deals; 2 stars for customer service in my experience.

Had a conversation. Felt like I was talking to a truly uninspired person who really wasnt interested in a conversation. He did figure out the item they were advertising on line they didnt have and no more were coming. That was 10-15 minutes lost forever...

Above average customer service. I wanted to audition some headphones and Greg hooked me up with exactly what I asked for. I didnt buy anything that day but he wasnt salty about it, even after all the work of hooking me up with a listening area. After I finally made up my mind as to what I wanted to buy I came back and he stuck to his word on the price we had discussed on my prior visit. Overall, Im quite happy with my experience dealing with these guys.

I purchased a Klipsch rc 64III over the phone from Greg Leurquin. I was very pleased with the whole experience. Greg advised me on compatibility with my equipment, gave me accurate information on delivery and gave me a good price. The shipper put a few holes in the shipping box, but there was no damage. From my experience I am confident they would have helped resolve any issues if the speaker was damaged

Purchased an amplifier online and it was sent to TX. Amp arrived in as stated condition and arrived very quickly. The entire process was very simple and they were easy to deal with. Honest sellers. I will be back.

Terrible experience with this retailer. I was charged full price for my purchase and the order was then lost in shipping. They refused to even respond to e-mail inquiries and refused to re-ship the item or refund my money. They have essentially stolen my money with no recourse and arrogantly ignore any request for assistance or refunds. Avoid this company at all costs they are scam artists. One star is too high a rating.

I purchased a Audiolab 6000A Stereo Integrated Amp / Bluetooth DAC During the holiday season .......So I understood it might have taken a little longer to get to me (cause of the shipping and the weather) But it was worth a couple extra days. The product came to me with perfect shipping materials so the amp would not get damaged. LOVE THE AMP !!! NICE PRICE !!!!! When I get some more money together Im gonna get the Audiolab 6000N Play Wireless Audio Streaming Player. Im glad I did business with them.

I paid for a refurbished Audiolab 8300 CD Player from HiFi heaven. However I got an email from them saying if Id like to upgrade a brand new item for only 79 dollars more and I agreed and sent the money. Received the CD player, used it for about a month and then when I pulled out the RCA interconnect, the RCA phono jack came out with the interconnect. Hifi heaven said, the interconnect was too tight which is why the RCA jack was pulled out. My interconnect is just a regular interconnect that I have been using for 2 years and have never experienced a similar issue. I am starting to think they just sent me the refurb item instead of a brand new one. I hoped this would be covered under warranty, but looks like Id have to spend for shipping to send it to them!

This review is not for the in-store experience but for their online store. I ordered a mini DAC which this store is the few in the nation that carries it. Their online listing for the mini DAC is not updated to reflect if its in stock. I noticed this after about a week of waiting and shoot an email and received a prompt response the same day to expect to ship the next week. Another week passed and concerned for the delay, I sent another email and received that their shipment is on the way and I should expect it that week. I received exactly what I ordered. I highly rate their online customer service, but the online store needs some improvement. Would do business again.

These guys are the real customer service deal...Did a major house renovation and installed a DIY complete multi room rack system. Had several bumps along the way (joists non-standard spacing, etc) but these guys got things to me when I asked for them and allowed return of items I ended up not being able to use, all at excellent pricing and from 1500 miles away. What else can you ask for??

My friend and I went there to look around. We were very disappointed. There were boxes everywhere and it was hard to walk around. It looked very disorganized for a store and looked more like storage for the website. My recommendation is to either clean this up or close the retail store down and use it for actual storage for the website.

Hi-Fi Heaven is an amazing company. I recently purchased some Rega RX1 loudspeakers and a Rega Elex-R amplifier on two separate occasions. The items were shipped to me in California, and it took less than a week to receive them! Furthermore, Greg was extremely helpful in resolving some technical issues that I initially had. They have earned a customer for life! Wonderful customer service.

I purchased a Rotel RC-1550 pre-amp from them. I had occasion to speak with them a couple of times during the process - Very responsive and professional. All and all, just a seamless transaction.It arrived absolutely as advertised. I couldnt be more satisfied.

I’ve always been treated fairly, patiently and courteously and have found staff to be up-to-date with the latest a/v gear, home theater set-up and legacy audio. You can’t get that, especially good trade-in values, from Best Buy; Crutchfield; Audio Emporium; Audio Advisor; or any on-line audio/video stores. That well justifies their prices, making them the place to shop for a/v new/used equipment.See the April 2017 issue, p. 30, of Sound & Vision, for why it’s important to shop this kind of dealer, if quality a/v gear is what you’re after. In case you don’t have that copy handy, here’s the gist:If it’s service AFTER the sale you want, if it’s helpful staff you’re after and if you’re looking for pricing flexibility AND trade-in allowance, stick with a local, reputable and honest local dealer because you won’t get on that on-line or from any big-box retailer.

Ordered a Turntable from this business, and they emailed me to let me know the item I brought had been sold. If I wanted, they would sell me a brand new one for 10% more. I was not happy about it, but I wanted the item so I decided to do it. They then came back, and told me they had none of the item in stock, and May get some in next week. Throughout the conversation the guy I spoke to kept asking if I just wanted a refund. So my options were pay now, on top of what I already had paid, and wait for who knows how long, or cancel the order, and pay full price whenever they may or may not get more in stock. Terrible customer service, and seems almost like a bait and switch company.

I never done any kind of trade deals on the internet audio store. Jim at Hifi Heaven made my trade in deal perfect. No hiccups, very smooth transition. Not to mention a great buy for a new piece of audio gear. I will do business with them again. A1 shop.

Have traded in some gear and made some pretty substantial purchases with Hifi Heaven over the last 2 years. Summit fi Headphones (Hifiman SUSVARA) and high end speakers. They are attentive to emails and answer all questions prior to purchase/trade. And are very accommodating to requests. Some of easiest trade ins Ive done ever. My biggest purchase with them was my Klipschorn 70th Anniversary Edition Speakers in late spring last year and I set them up after I moved. I had an issue with setting them up... and Randy one of their reps was extremely helpful and following up with Kilpsch as well as myself multiple times over the phome and we got the issue sorted out within a few days. Once they were all setup the horn tweeter on one of the speakers (Left Channel) was totally dead and deemed defective after all kinds of tests verifying all was properly connected. Last test necistated plugging in wires and their leads meant for the midrange horn to the tweeter to rule out the wire or tweeter horn. It was the tweeter horn that was no good. Hifi Heaven professionally relayed and provided Klipsch with all the status updates and worked to get it fixed quickly. They got me a replacement tweeter from Klipsch and a set of new wires for the horn connections which Klipsch did not stock separate of the ones used for speaker production. Installed and problem solved right away with the replacement tweeter (PIA to install however as its buried in the cabinet) and the stereo pair of Khorns sounded absolutely amazing. Excellent service from HH. My only complaint is the replacement horn wires were not sleeved nicely like the original 70th edition horn cables that came with the speaker and the replacement horn itself was a 6yr old, unused new old stock from Klipsch of the same part # (77-D) and not a new built matching 70th edition branded one. But it is the same part and it sounds exactly like the right channels 70th edition tweeter... and luckily those aesthetic only differences of the non color sleeved wire and plain metal tweeter backplate are all hidden inside the left cabinet. Shame for a speaker of this cost. But thats a Kilpsch issue, I think they should have gone the extra mile to take care of me 110% correctly. They didnt as shortly after this they announced a new Khorn model with all new better horns used. But at least I got the new style sealed bass cabinet which the newest model got from the special 70th edition which had it first. Needless to say my next speaker purchase for a secondary setup in another room I went with a different brand after initially wanting a different Klipsch model but the messy Khorn purchase made me want to go with another speaker brand... also purchased new through HH. There was a mistake with my contact information phone # and the shipper couldnt contact me but HH support reached out and I received my Tannoy XT8Fs shortly after contacing the shipper myself. Tannoys arrived with no issues or defects. They sound fantastic for what I need. But Khorn is on a completely different level. Now the only thing is once your purchase is complete with HH and all is well if you reach out later on with an inquiry or follow up they dont respond to you anymore. At least not like they do for prepurchase/delivery or product warranty. All in all very good HiFi dealer and it is certaintly nice dealing with an actual shop instead of a huge company.

I purchased a pair of W4S monoblocks from them on eBay. Ran into a snafu with the warranty status that eventually got sorted out, but the whole time Jim (the owner?) responded to my messages and even offered a return/full refund. I ended up keeping the monoblocks because the warranty was sorted out in my favor but I appreciated that Hi-Fi Heaven was honest and helpful.

Awesome customer service! Called to order a Auralic Altair midday Friday; Ryan walked me through shipping options and got it en route the same day. You don’t get that service most places—and I called three other dealers (only one response) before Hi-Fi Heaven came through. Highest recommendation.

I placed an order for receiver on eBay with this company and they email me outside of eBay and wanted to upgrade my item to other model for some extra cost. I turned them down and they said they can do it without extra cost because they dont have the model I ordered. I turned them down again and they cancelled my order, and then they relisted the item I ordered, changed the quantity to 2. Such a deceiving business....

I bought a Burson Conductor V2+ from Hi-Fi Heaven. The Burson user manual was largely lacking adequate descriptions of the output ports so I I called and asked them for clarification. The end-result is that a hook-up I didnt expect was required. Props to Ryan for making the proper contacts with Burson and diligently reporting back to me in a day or so. Thats great service.For other Burson Conductor owners that expected something different from fixed output ports, the fixed DAC outputs on the Burson unit, after all is said and done is not really fixed (the Burson fixed DAC output is impacted by the volume control on the V2+). Also, when headphones are plugged into the headphone receptacle, the output fed into my preamp is not shorted upon insertion of the jack when the fixed DAC-outs are fed to my main preamp.But all is not lost, one simply uses the Pre-out ports to get auto-quieting of the main speakers on headphone insertion. We just live with the ganged volume controls this Pre-out connection results in (it turns out that this is not actually a problem since you also get ganged volume controls when connected to the DAC fixed-outs).But did I say the Burson sound is gorgeous? Its velvety smooth and delicate when it needs to be—and very authoritative when called for. Upon acquiring the V2+, its literally time to break out all of your old songs and re-listen to them just to discover how magnificently it handles them. Go ahead and check it out, youre going to like it!

About a month ago, I was in the market for a tubed pre-amp for my vinyl record player. After doing research, I came across Hi-Fi Heavens website and spotted a generous deal on the Bellari VP530 pre-amp.Even though the price was discounted due to the unit being on-display, it seemed like a bargain worth the purchase. After email and phone exchange, I ended up getting a BRAND NEW Bellari VP530 under retail price. The kicker is that it shipped faster than what was discussed.The Hi-Fi employee I was in contact with originally quoted itd be shipped in a couple weeks. He emailed me shortly after the phone transaction and said he was able to get it shipped within 2 days to Colorado at the same shipping cost. I needed the pre-amp soon, so this was good news.Customer service is a hard thing to get right. I was glad that Hi-Fi went above and beyond showing me a great online experience, as well as thoroughly answering questions I had via phone. Whenever Im in the market for vinyl accessories, my first stop is Hi-Fi Heavens.

Ordered a RP3 in white and was sent a P3 in black- they no longer have a RP3 in white yet they have received payment. The manager was NOT helpful and I would NEVER purchase from her again!!!!!!
