I enjoy the variety offered at this store, but what stops me from staying long each time is the awkward silence along with constantly being asked if I need help even though I’ve said I’m fine. Only other complaint is the very up charged Pokémon products right now. Other than these two things I love the shop. Just wish they’d play some music or something.

Great and helpful staff. You can call in and get suggestions, do curve side pick-up which we did in April, or shop in store, which we did in Dec. We purchased a game that was missing pieces, and when the company never followed up to replace, the owners took great care of us! Tons of options for all interests!

Great selection of collecting card games, tabletop, and board games. Could have a few more 3d puzzles if youre into that. Will pull single cards for you, but bring a list and give them a few days if youre looking for a larger number of cards. Overall great service and a pleasant experience.

Everything here is overpriced and the staff arent knowledgeable as you would expect. I asked for a specific booster pack for weiss schwartz and they lied to me saying it was a new edition I never heard of, when in fact, it was a completely different series that had nothing to do with the one I was looking for. Im sure they just wanted to move stock in something that wasnt selling. They also bully other small game shops in the area in an attempt to run them out of business which is not a myth.

Everyone at the store was extremely helpful, they didnt have what we needed but were quick call their other location and have them hold it for us. When we got to the other store the employees were lovely! They gift wrapped our our purchase and gave us details about their events!

Fantastic store, were fortunate to have this place in Green Bay. They offer a wide range of great games, provide a social space for gamers, host game contests and more. The staff, though, theyre the best part - they take their time to help customers make informed decisions and are truly enthusiastic about the games. I stopped in today for a last minute birthday gift and left with two great choices... which they gift wrapped free of charge :) Ill be back.

The service was exceptional. On the day I attended this establishment the young lady working was friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond. The organization and selection of the cards was perfect and extensive, respectively. Prices were either slightly higher or well below Internet prices. The amount of board games for sale was respectable. This is the kind of game store you could spend all day comfortably browsing and enjoying yourself.

Great selection of games for all interests, ages and experience levels. So many more games to choose from than the large, chain retailers. Helpful staff guides customers in making choices. Free game nights on Fridays starting at 6 p.m. Highly recommend.

Store seems nicely kept and well laid out, and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaint, based on my first and so far only purchase there, is that the price of full boxes of Magic boosters appears to be significantly higher than a well-known competitor located in Appleton and Fond du Lac. Its not enough to be worth going out of your way, but if youre making a trip specifically for that reason, and the distance isnt a great difference, it could be worth considering.Other than that, everything seemed very nice. I would definitely continue doing business there - aside from the issue mentioned above.

I was initially disappointed by this stores West location, but the stores East location more than made up for it. Wall-to-wall miniatures, paint, and terrain, and really friendly and helpful customer service. Given the employee who helped me at West was new, I wont hold it against him. But, if youre looking for miniature games and models, East is your best bet, and has an amazing selection of models from GW and PP. If youre into board games, West is more for you.

Spend 91 dollors and got lots of good stuff and it was more quicker and cheater then online
