I had excellent customer service from the young lady working the counter October 27 around 8:30 a.m.I was shipping 4 boxes to Florida and she handled everything very quickly and had a smile on her face while working.

Waiting a half hr to have 3 pages printed is insane. very disappointed i hope to god they reopen the ups store on webster

The staff is always very helpful here but today was especially amazing. I am hearing impaired and need to read lips to aid in my understanding of what is being said. As you can imagine everyone wearing masks makes it very difficult and frustrating for myself and other hearing impaired and deaf people. I will usually start out a transaction by stating I am hearing impaired and need to see lips however very rarely will anyone remove their masks to help me out. This leaves me asking multiple times what was said and in some cases I am near tears by the time I leave. Well today I started out my transaction the same as always, I am hearing impaired so if I ask you to repeat yourself multiple times I am not being rude, I read lips to help me. The employee immediately pulled down her mask so I could see her lips and reassured me not to worry, it was no problem! I was so touched! Every employee in every store should be trained to do this when someone states they are hearing impaired! I wanted to cry just from the kindness shown to me by this lovely worker. I am sorry to say I didnt catch her name, but hope to run into her again. Please train the rest of the staff to do this because in all my times of coming there it is the first time I have had this done for me. Also THANK YOU for respecting my right to my religious and health freedom for chosing not to wear a face covering and still always treating me very respectful. We love this UPS store. Keep up the great work!

Took some returns here to ship back to Amazon. All I can say is they ya e the rudest, most unfriendly staff I e ever encountered. The o my reason they get 2 stars is because they did the job, but acted as though they were doing me the hugest favor ever. If you DON’T want the business, don’t take it!!! If you hate your job, get a different one.

Just dropped a Pottery Barn return package and Kaitlyn helped me, she was great! Very friendly and very fast.

The gentleman working Friday morning did an outstanding job multitasking with a line of people and both phone lines ringing. He was still able to keep the line moving I was finished with my transaction in no time! Fast and friendly service keep up the good work I’ll definitely be back!

I rent a mailbox at the Military Ave. location of the UPS Store because I live in an apartment and I wanted my packages delivered more securely. Ive seen packages left outside the building where I live, getting wet, etc. I like having a street address to give for my packages. The people at the UPS Store have been professional, engaging, friendly, and efficient every single time I go there. And the quarterly charge for a mailbox is very reasonable. This is just what I needed.

I have done business many a day. I was here a couple weeks ago or longer and the staff had no masks. today I had to go in to check on some packages that they werent able to deliver one day but the next day they could deliver but I was not sure if these were the packages that got delivered. While I was there today,o of the staff took off his mask put his fingers in his mouth a number of times as he was counting pages for copies he had done for a customer. I asked another staff member when I got to the front of the line if they had gloves and they responded no. I told her my concern, and she said thats okay were very sanitized. The staff member who put his fingers in his mouth went on to touch other items and help another customer in sending a package. He did not wash his hands or santize. This was a bad experience.

This is a great UPS store! The staff always remembers me and my box number. I’m always helped very quickly and also get help with larger packages to my vehicle without even asking!

Rude customer service coming from the store manager. I corrected him on my last name and he give the biggest puff I ever heard. FedEx is now looking good to me.

I ship from this location regularly for my business. The tall white male, with glasses and a shaved head is condescending and rude. His attitude and treatment of others isnt a once in awhile thing...hes consistently customer unfriendly, and in my opinion, he shouldnt be working with people, much less the general public.There are many people who are capable of handling this work....please hire someone who enjoys working with people and helping people...this man does not! Thank you.

I hate coming to this store I had a package come to my house and I wasn’t there. So I went online changed delivery to be redelivered to my house. It got sent to the access point this location and someone there instead of reading the notes to see that I wanted it redelivered to my house they refuse my dam package. Now it’s getting sent back to where it came from. I didn’t refuse it my wife even went in there yeaterday and the tracking said it was at the access point the person there said it wasn’t that it was on a truck to be delivered today to my address and if it wasn’t here by 3pm to call the 1800 number. Well 1 am it says departure from greenbay package refused and returning to seller. So I contacted ups and they said they could even really tell me why it was refused because they didn’t even know I asked what the persons name was that refused it and they said they didn’t know it didn’t have a name and they were sorry. Now I have to go threw getting a refund waiting again and hope I’m home fruit my package next time. The military ups store is literally 5 minutes from my house but I chose to have it redelivered because I hate going in that store and dealing with their employees bad costumer service and poor attitudes. Now clearly add don’t know how to read notes and do their job.

I have usually been treated courteously at this store. the people are knowledgable and friendly.

Military location in Green Bay- what a joke. The lady behind the counter was rude and obnoxious. She was yelling at me in front of other customers. She told me something -everybody heard her say it -and then she denied saying it while yelling at me.She snapped at me and told me she was doing me a favor by taking my packages. Newsflash honey that’s your job!! Rude!!

Want to drop off a Amazon return quickly? Not here, they require ID to send the package out.They blame UPS for requiring the ID which is a lie, UPS has no ID requirement for people using pre-printed labels or shipping from an account.I drive across town to avoid these people.

Everytime I go there, it is the same guy and he is awesome. He is awesome because he is quick. Go in drop of and get out.

Mixed review: First, the staff is nice, and they helped me a lot, with a lot of stuff I had to ship to myself in another state. But, they used WAY TOO MUCH packing material for what I had to ship. Its an environmental nightmare, the amount of styrofoam peanuts and bubble wrap they used. Its a pain to deal with, unpacking. It took me a lot of extra time and aggravation unpacking everything once it arrived. I have mixed feelings about complaining, because in truth, nothing arrived broken or damaged. But the boxes were way too big, mostly just filled with peanuts! Extra shipping charges applied, no doubt. Knock it off with so much filler material, PLEASE!!!!

If you want to drop off more than 4 packages the owner will give you a hard time. Accept the packages, its your job. Dont tell me to drop them off somewhere out of my way.

Terrible experience! The idiot behind the desk freaked out when I handed him two rifle magazines that I needed to ship back to the distributer for a refund and he dropped them and broke them both... now Im stuck with $279.65 worth of scrap metal because he broke them and now I cant return them!

Five dollars per each notary stamp?! Outrageous! Use your bank, they notarize for FREE!
