Put on hold which is understandable during holiday season When the employee asked twice what could they help me with and after giving the SKU number was told Were really busy we cant look for you How very rude!! For being a discount store, most of the stuff is the same price anywhere else, but, they do have some nice stuff.

Ive always enjoyed shopping here. You can find many out of the ordinary items at great prices. My main concern was mattress shopping, found some deals. Still looking around.

Weve been trying to find the right recliner for our snowbird condo in AZ, and we finally settled on this model. Wed been looking for a year, and were glad that Big Lots had it in stock. Thanks, Big Lots.

Cashier was very friendly however this is 3rd time ive gone and tried to get help back in the furniture dept...and was unable to get it I will not try again!!

Surprised by how empty the shelves are. I found the items I came in for. I was able to check out quickly and the cashier was very pleasant.

Was just there. Manager Marge was so disgustingly rude. Watched my mom struggle with a couch inside to return instead of assisting. Rude and disgusting person to even employees.

Love my Big Lots. This store is packed with goodness on every aisle. Low on money or just need to save? This is your go-to store for home goods including kitchen and bathroom necessities, indoor and outdoor furniture, paper products, and decor! Hungry? There are food items as well.... snacks, canned goods, juice, etc. at lower prices than Walmart! Personal needs for dental, hygiene, etc.... I could go on.We just moved to a new city, so I needed to re-stock a few items. Was glad Big Lots was here to help out. I bought a sleigh bed, tea towels, and flower decor so far and Ill be back for more in the near future!

The store was very clean and well-stocked. There was a wide array of merchandise from food to clothing to pet food and everything else you could possibly need. However there were no customer service Clerks helping customers. The clerk at the checkout was friendly though.

Not all the best brands but certainly great prices. If youre not fussy about name brands they have everything there from food, to cook ware, to furniture at reasonable prices. Staff was very helpful and friendly as well.

Clean place. Big store. But prob lost a sale to me. I was in furniture department for over 30 min with my sister looking for a couch and was never approached. So we ended up going to ashleys

I used to love shopping here but last 3 trups i priced stuff after at walmart and walmart was cheaper. So they are ripping you off. Disappointed

I had bought a sweater for my 4lb.yorkie and was to smell, when I returned it a couple of days later for a smaller size I had forgotten my recipe and had no problem in exchanging it for another size.

Big Lots is one of my favorite stores because they have a little bit of everything, from Electronics to food to furniture. It is also a discount store so if you are on a budget or just like saving money this is the place to go.
