Horrible store, customer service is ok until you have a problem with the cheap clothing then they shut you off and say it’s not their problem or fault. Don’t get lured in by tempting deals or other techniques, none of the products are of even decent quality. Many shirts and vests had loose buttons, and one vest was ripped and no help from them. Was a loyal customer and brought tons of friends in but just realizing how I and everyone I brought in got played. Trust me on this, do NOT come here.

I had a wedding this past weekend and I needed help accessorizing. I brought in a photo of my suit in and the gentleman who helped me did a marvelous job with helping me!! Love this store!!!!

Garbage customer service. No refund allowed on any type of wrinkles. Staffs are unfriendly and unhelpful. Replace your staffs LOL. Great clothes though.

I was sitting on a couch by the fitting room with my friend. We were helping my sister with choosing outfits. Maybe we took a long time but one of the workers told us to get up from the couch and I thought that was very rude. Otherwise, they have nice clothes but a bit pricey.

Wonderful customer service, the staff were all knowledgeable, kind and the dresses were BEAUTIFUL. Top quality for an affordable price. I found my wedding dress here and the associate gifted me a head piece to go with my gown. Thank you so much ladies! ♥️

This store has very unique and progressive fashions. The staff is knowledgeable about the inventory and always willing to help. They are polite and attentive. The store is set up for ease of seeing items. The quality of the garments is top notch. Milano is a favorite stop for me when I want to dress to impress and make a memorable impression.

Bad service, my sister and child was sitting on the chair while I was trying some clothes onAfter couple minutes they told my sister and toddler child that they need to leave and get out of chair. I have never experienced this rudeness in other stores.

Yesterday was the first time that I was in the store. It is AMAZING!!!! Not only do the carry awesome clothing and shoes the associates and the owner treat you like a Queen. I left with 6 shopping bags overflowing with wonderful clothes, I bought 7 pairs of shoes and a wedding dress for my daughters wedding. I HIGHLY recommend this store!!!!!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Full price is high but the sale rack has been good to me and Ive purchased quite a few items. I highly recommend this place.

Best mens boutique for European cut and very modern clothing that you will find hard pressed to locate anywhere else in the Milwaukee area. If you have a slim to athletic build and like fitted clothing then this place is for you!

Literally went in not having a clue as to what I was going to buy or how to match something up. But in 30 minutes, I left with the most dapper, sharp, GQ like casual apparel, Ive owned my entire life. Definitely feel like a BOSS, and didnt have to spend too much. Well worth the money, plus the free pair of jeans. Will be shopping here for a long time.

I was formerly a regular at Milano Fashions for years and loved the warmth and openness of the staff. Heck, it even got to the point I saw Muhammad, the owner of the retailer, as a great friend. After one particularly flagrant experience here however, I decided never to come back and have not returned in many years. I was asked by a staff member to keep my eye on a group of black male customers who came into the store together. The staff member asked me this secretively so that they didnt know. He had to go to the back of the store and assist another customer and wanted me to keep an eye on them. As expected, the black customers ended up being harmless and just shopped for what they wanted before leaving. I was shocked because although I am light brown and perhaps mixed looking to some people, I myself am actually African American. Black shoppers may want to be wary of behaviors like this before patronizing Milano Fashion.

The staff there is spot on for every need i have and keep me lookin hot on a decent budget. i true five star experience.
