For some reason they have a bogo half off which is great. Unfortunately none of the shoes seem to qualify for half off.You cant buy 2 pair of Nike because they only qualify for the first pair but you cant mix with anything else because they higher price so it is misleading the public.Will never be back ordered mine online

Poor customer service. We was the only ones in the store. 2 people working the girl Hailey was on her phone not one time did any of them ask us if we needed help. Wasnt greeted as we came through the door as we went to check out she was still on her phone. My wife ask her how she was doing and Hailey said huh so my wife repeated it again. Want be going back to this place again.

This place has a great vary of name brand and prices to make you rush in and pick out a few pairs of shoes. It was so clean.

Not enough selection and the mens and womens shoes were not insections nor were types of shoes. They did order a pair for me in an out of stock size, so that was appreciated.

This is a nice, new store. Rack Room has name brand shoes with good prices on several of them. Some of the prices are the same as other shoe stores. They also have an app to gain rewards. I have not used it yet but it has a 3.6 rating on Google play and it is free to download. It is good to see a new store opening in the Greeneville Commons.

I love that they have but 1 get one half off all the time not only for a limited time sale.
