Boucher got my business mostly in part to the staff. I had every intention of purchasing a hatchback style or similar vehicle. I made four appointments at different dealers in the West Allis/Greenfield area for the same day. Boucher was the third and final dealer.After I sent in my web interest, Justin sent me a personalized video of the vehicle I inquired about days before the appointment.I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by another staff member. From start to finish, everyone was welcoming and knowledgeable. The process took longer than expected with some hiccups with my trade-in, but they were all patient, and helped pass the time away with engaging conversation - and lots of information to make a good choice.I never felt pressured, or rushed, and all of my questions were answered. They also followed up a few weeks later to make sure that everything was going smoothly with the car, and to see if I had any new questions regarding any of the features. I highly recommend this dealer and Justin for purchasing a vehicle.
$7k above MSRP for market adjustments on a new 22 pathfinder? Talk about gouging people during a pandemic. Greed at its finest here at Boucher, getting MSRP wasnt enough, you need to increase it by another $7k. Will never shop here ever!

I called the Gordie Boucher dealership to get the instant quote that the Nissan site said I could get for a 2022 Nissan Frontier with the options I had configured in my search. I spoke to a salesperson who advised that they were selling at MSRP. Okay, its a just released new generation truck so expecting a price nearer the invoice was probably not reasonable. But, before hanging up and beginning a six hour drive to the dealership I asked if there was anything other than tax, destination charge, plate transfer, etc that could add to the vehicles cost. I was informed that there was a $4995.00 market adjustment. So, practically speaking, theyre selling at $5000.00 above MSRP. ..... but not to me.
The deal I got likely wasnt the best out there, but time constraints limited the amount of research I was able to do.As my lease will near its end, I will definitely be calling around for the best deal. If Boucher is able to top out all others, theyll continue to get my business.
Sales staff listened to my needs, made suggestions on additional maintenance with an explanation as to why I should consider the additional maintenance at this time. They looked for cost saving coupons to apply to the maintenance bill, too. All the staff at Gordie Boucher Nissan are courteous and professional.
Great experience. Flew in from oot to pick up vehicle and was picked up at airport. No surprises in price or vehicle. Justin and Cathy were very easy to work with and made the entire process seamless. Thank you for a great experience and would consider using them again even at a 6 hour drive away.
Purchased a used Nissan Titan back in March. My wife and I traveled 2.5 hours for our purchase. I certainly felt as though my time was valued. I financed my very first car from Gordie Boucher Nissan of Greenfield about a week ago. They were awesome! I was feeling down on my luck, and in desperate need of a car for work. This review is coming extremely late but I MUST tell you all about this place. Lets begin by saying that when I found the car I really wanted, Danny was the one who kept everything going. You see.... I live in Pennsylvania. I hopped on a plane to Wisconsin via Chicago and drove the car back. So.. Like I said.... Danny was on the phone with me a couple times a week helping me work out all the details. He got me all set up with the finance people and got the car prepared for me. Which brings us to Drew. He walked me through every step so that I knew exactly what every page was about, what its relevance was, and how it applied. Also, when I arrived at the dealership from the airport, (May 8th) the car wasnt COMPLETELY ready for me. They took the car back and completely detailed it while I was inside doing paperwork with Drew. Reason for the detail was because they felt that the car had not been cleaned to their standards and they wanted me to be completely satisfied when I left the lot. Lets just say they hooked me up real nice and definitely more than they needed to . Thanks again guys, wink wink. Not only THAT, but they made sure my backpack was full of snacks and water for the long trip that I had in ahead me. So......... if anyone needs a car.... Its Was Like Working With An Old FriendJustin really made it easy for us to purchase our new car. Our experience was excellent from the moment we walked in to the moment we drove away in our new car. This was really amazing since we drove over 2 hours to come and work with him. When we first walked in Justin was already working with another customer, but took a moment to come over to greet us, and to let us know the car we were interested in was being pulled up front. Even though he was dealing with a few other customers throughout the day, he really made us feel like we were his number one priority. He answered all the questions we had, and let us take as much as we needed to talk things over, and to test drive the car as well. While the car that we originally drove and wanted to buy had some scratches on it. Justin ended up finding the exact same car that was scratch free. He really wanted to make sure that we were leaving with nothing but the best. That is what we got with not only Gordie Boucher Nissan of Greenfield but also with Justin. We have already told Justin that when it is time for another car that he will be the first person we call to work with. Tom also took the time to come over and say Hi to us and thanked us for driving down. Honestly everyone really goes above and beyond to make sure you leave happy and satisfied.

We were looking for a Nissan Murano and there were very few used Muranos out there. We first looked in Illinois and had an incredibly terrible experience with a Nissan dealership there. We searched the internet and found that Gordie Boucher Nissan of Greenfield had one and we went there close to closing time on a Saturday and the team (Kip, Ryan and Cathy) stayed late to ensure that we drove our new car home that day. I would recommend them to anyone.
Took my Sentra here to be looked at under MaxCare warranty. They fixed the part and I paid the $50 deductible.Also said the front brake pads were almost done to nothing and needed new rotors. $550 for the front. Said the back was getting low. $450 for that.Had my uncle look at who is a mechanic. The car has zero issues with the brakes. They tried to fraud me out of almost $1000 and they know my husband is a cancer patient! Absolutely ridiculous!
Greatest car buying experience ever! From the minute I walked in, to when they walked me out to my new car, I was treated like a VIP! They found the car of my dreams and made it affordable for me. And, you could feel they were really truly happy for me. The process and the staff were wonderful. Kudos to Mike, Justin and Victoria. Plus, Justin is an Eagle Scout. ABSOUTELY THE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD. I have now purchased four vehicles from Boucher auto group since 2010, three for my wife and I and one for my daughter. This last vehicle, a 2018 Murano was for my wife. I called Kip Mamstadt on September 22 and told him what I was looking for. He advised he had a vehicle and it listed for $31, 436. When we arrived on September 25 to look at the vehicle the price and gone up to $32, 138, and increase of $702. Kip insisted that was the price of the vehicle and after much complaining he went to his manager and the price came back down to the original price. Kip also mentioned that there was a scratch on the passenger doors that he didnt notice earlier. Anyone with 20/20 vision could have seen this scratch. I offered to put money down on the vehicle with my credit card and was told he could not accept the credit card. I then offered $200 in cash and he again went to his manager and he again declined my cash offer unless I agreed to finance the vehicle, which I had no intention of doing. Now I was forced to finance. The manager looked at the scratch and said they would wet sand the scratch but if that didnt fix the scratch he was not going to put $500 in a paint job to fix the scratch. Needless to say my frustration grew. Drew Harrig was the bright spot in my purchase. He was the finance person who handled all the paper work and financing. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He should give an ethics lesson to the other two people I dealt with. I sent an email to Gordie Boucher but until todays date I have still not received a response from him.. One of the main reasons I purchased this vehicle after all all the hassle is because I have high marks for the service department at the Greenfield dealership. Theyve done a good job for me for the past 11 years.
I called the service department for direction because I had a flat tire and was using my spare, Dennis told me to come in as soon as possible. He said they would assess the tire and find a solution for me. I came in about 90 mins after that call, and Dennis greeted me immediately and walked me through the process. He helped me find the best product for a new tire, listening to my budget concerns. He valued my time, checked in with me often on the progress. He was awesome! Definitely A+ service!
I had all my tires changed, an oil change and oil flush and Dennis was amazing! Not only did he give me more information about my filters needing replacing which I did not know, he made sure my car was finished as quickly and efficient as possible. I will definitely be back to bring my car back to Dennis!

I came into the dealership on Memorial Day (05/30/2021) to discuss leasing a 2021 Nissan Murano with the intentions of using it to pull my horse trailer. I had no prior knowledge if this is something that was allowed with leased vehicles, along with having a hitch installed on the vehicle. As soon as we pulled in we were greeted by a friendly salesperson, Vanessa Hernandez, who answered all of my questions and completed my lease transaction. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer every question I had about leasing a vehicle (which I also have never done) and about the Nissan Murano in general. I was shocked to find out that she had only been with the company for a few months; I would have thought she was a seasoned employee with the great people skills and knowledge that she possessed. I should also note that we did end up having to stay two hours past closing time (and it was a holiday) and she was patient and willing to help us through the end. I am very pleased with my experience at Gordie Boucher and my new lease vehicle, and would certainly recommend the dealership and the vehicle to those looking for their next vehicle.

Came in for a oil change and tire rotation. Also had a knocking noise from the rt front tire area. TJ seemed to know what the problem was. The problem was repaired in about 3 hours while we waited. Very happy we did not have to come back to get it fixed. There was a bad bearing in the rt steering. The mechanic even worked through his lunch. TJ was very helpful with the service.

Our salesperson Vanessa was awesome. I am from Indiana and I had to do most of the deal over the phone and text. Vanessa was quick to respond to all of my questions and even sent me a video of the car showing all of its features. When we got there, Vanessa made sure the car was detailed and ready to go. She knew how excited I was about this car so she put balloons on it so I could see it as soon as I pulled in. She truly had her customers best interests in mind and listens to what her customers are looking for.Drew was the best finance manager that Ive ever worked with. He presented all of the extra warranty options but wasnt too pushy and let us decide without being pressured. I also wanted to mention there advertised price is the price you pay plus taxes of course.

In December of 2020 I went to Gordie Boucher Nissan of Greenfield to get my car fixed. Mechanics shared that I had $1,500 worth of damages that were essential to get fixed. I agreed to the cost and paid in full to retrieve a fixed car. Within just a few days of driving the car I noticed the same issue was occurring. Car noises after accelerating past 60mph. So again in January 2021 I went to Gordie Boucher Nissan of Greenfield to get my car fixed. They shared new fixings that needed urgent care. Upon hearing this I was frustrated because the comments they shared should have been communicated the first time the car was looked at. They stated it might have been missed by a mechanic or I caused this issue to occur through driving just a short week. I asked for the new cost and again they shared approximately $1500. Again, very frustrated, but needing a car I agreed to the cost and proceeded to get the car fixed after saving for some time.Recently in April 2021 I noticed my car was yet again acting up. I went to nissan and they shared the new damages came out to $1200. I did not agree to get this fixed and instead went to a local mechanic to compare the fixings. The local mechanics shared NOTHING that Gordie Boucher Nissan recommend. In fact the issues Nissan shared were in great condition. Which makes me to believe that they were taking advantage of a a woman this whole time. I am so disappointed that I cannot rely on true mechanics to share accurate information when I work hard for my money to drive my vehicle.I almost even considered buying a new car thinking my car was shot with the constant recent repairs. This behavior is disappointing and as a customer I deserve better service.

I voiced my concerns about my experience with my 2018 Nissan Rogue from another dealership and the worry I had purchasing another Rogue. However, I had a great experience with her and she reassured me. She checked in and made sure I was ok after buying the vehicle.

Justine was our sales person and was awesome. We had set up an appointment to test drive 2 different vehicles. When we arrived both vehicles were ready to go. After test driving both we decided on the Pathfinder but wanted some specific options that werent on the one we drove. He found one that had those options and suggested we take it for a ride. After we got back and decided that was the one we wanted he asked if we had any questions before we start the process. He answered our questions and the process began. After completing the paper work we talked to Cathy who we have dealt with before. She explained the rest of the process and answered any questions we had. When we picked up the vehicle everything was ready to go. We met with Cathy and took care of all the paperwork. Justine then came out with us and went over the vehicle with us and answered our questions and showed us everything. It was raining at the time so he sat in the passenger seat my wife in the driver seat and I sat in the back. we never felt rushed and he made sure we were comfortable and knew everything we wanted to. He ended by telling us to feel free to call him at anytime with any questions.

I was a bit uncertain of what to expect since this was my first time leasing my own car without my parents present. I submitted a quote request online and almost immediately received an email back from Scott. He was incredibly informative and helpful in making my decision between Rogue and Rogue Sport. After talking and test drive -- I leaned towards the Rogue.As a brand new graduate, Scott was understanding and worked with me on figuring out my budget and fit. I am so grateful to have worked with Scott and he made what I anticipated being a stressful process so smooth and comfortable! Highly disappointed with the service I received. I talked to Scott Foote about purchasing a truck. He was suppose to be there at 7:30 and didn’t show up until 8:30.Then quoted me a price on a truck that was 2000 dollars over the purchase price of the vehicle I was looking at. Price of the truck I was looking at was roughly 31000 but he gave me quotes on a truck that was 33000. I would not recommend this dealership. I would especially not recommend sales rep Scott Foote. Highly disappointed! Will not be going there again. Seems like only thing that matters to them is making money and not customer satisfaction. If you want to waste money and potentially be taken advantage of buy a vehicle from them. Don’t even deserve a one star rating.
Came in for a simple oil change and tire rotation, unfortunately also had to get a recall issue dealt with that reprogrammed what was wrong. We were told to go sit in the waiting room and it shouldn’t be too long. Fast forward two hours later and we are told it’ll be another half hour for the reprogramming to be done but then we’ll be good. An hour after that I go out to ask why a half hour turned into an hour and I am told there is somehow 20% let of the update and that it would be some more time. We were there for a total of 3.5 hours, only given one update, and after multiple times of the service woman coming in and out, avoiding eye contact. Very disappointed with this location, I recommend Waukesha location if wanting to still work with Boucher.

My service Manager Dennis Casey was very polite and professional. He brought me out to my car where I met Alec who was the tech working on my car. He took the time to explains some things to me that usually we cant see since its under the car! I had a great experience.

It was a pleasure buying a car from Justin Sirrell and Boucher Nissan!My parents were rear-ended, totaling their car. They had no idea of what car they would buy to replace it so I took them out just to see a variety from Chrysler, to Kia to Nissan. Justin found us as we walked onto the lot, asked the right questions without being pushy and steered them towards an Altima. They loved the 2020 but it was not an option. He knew the lot inventory very well and brought over a 2017. It was priced very well--I did my google research as they were test driving. Well, they went from just looking to buying! My parents and I would buy a car from Justin and Boucher again in a heartbeat and will recommend them to anyone that asks.
This was the first car I’ve purchased for myself and I was expecting it be a pain, but Mike La Susa was so helpful and straightforward that the process was easy and fun. As a woman purchasing a car alone, sometimes you’re afraid you’ll be taken advantage of, but that’s just not the case here. Thanks to Mike and JR in finance, this was overall a great experience.

I started there in my search because I bought my last vehicle there. I also had all of my maintenance completed in their service department. I thought in the end they offered a fair price and that saved me weeks of car shopping. I plan to get my future service/maintenance work with this dealer too.
My first two leases were with another Nissan dealer and I kept feeling I was settling based on needing a car rather than finding a happy medium of the car I want that provides what I need. I was training for a new job in the area when a service concern came up on my morning commute. GBNG was the nearest dealership on my lunch break, so I stopped there. TJ was immensely helpful and made my concerns an instant thing of the past. I mentioned that my miles were due to expire before my lease did and I wanted to speak with someone about my next trade. TJ introduced me to Scott to explore my options. We decided it was best to get through my miles and return to trade at a later date.I am colleague of customer service for 19 years and I rarely receive the level of service that I aim to deliver. This is exactly why I decide that I would surely return to GBNG for my next lease. 4 months later, I met with Scott and he got me into the Rogue of my dreams!! Lease options are bad. If they miscalculated residual value they will not allow third party buyout through an outside party like CARMAX. They themselves do not do a reasonable buyout. This does not make sense. If you buy it yourself to sell you are faced with to much taxes and fees. Your possibility of profit is much diminished. Very customer unsatisfactory.
Terrible service department. They underestimate wait times, charge outrageous fees, and offer no apologies. Service advisors try to nickle and dime you to death. Went in for an airbag light, they tried to con me into brake job and numerous other things, left three hours later. Will find another Nissan dealer with a service department that provides SERVICE.Their web master wrote a nice reply to my original post but Jason Fisher is part of their problem. He had a indifferent attitude when I spoke to him the day of service. Boucher will only go the extra mile to get your money. If you need service or have a warranty on your Nissan choose a different dealership.
This is my 3rd Nissan through Gordie Boucher, already Loving the New Pathfinder. The entire experience with Mike Garrett in sales has been top notch, helping make it an easy & pleasant experience. I went there for oil change and the works service. Everything is great there, service consultants are super friendly, waiting area is nice and has coffee and snacks. I noticed that consultant knows when to replace or service parts of the car.
The service department was terrific and completed my work in less time than stated. As far as mask wearing, the service people were mask compliant. The checkout ladies, however, did not have their masks on properly. I tried to stay as far away as possible, but needed to sign the receipt.
Worked with Dan Harris. Dan is super responsive and knowledgeable. He’s detailed, chill, respectful and wasn’t pushy. Explained the warranties & answered all my questions! They even through in a TV and took care of some other needs & met every expectation. I’m pleased with this dealer and will strongly recommend them to my clients who’re looking to purchase a New/Used vehicle. I reside across the border in IL but worth the drive.
The dealership is full of slimey sales people that will lie to you to sell a car. Have been completely screwed over by them. Will not be returning as a customer.
This was ABSOLUTELY MOST DEFINITELY, the best car buying experience I have ever had!!!!! My Sales Rep was Matthew Longtine. He went over every detail of the vehicle with me . And I actually got a vehicle that had all of the perks I was looking for!!! He also gave me a tour of the facility, so I know just where to go when I need service of any kind. Patrons indoors are not required to wear masks. There are no signs posted about the mandate, and only one other person of the five waiting for service wore one. I can not continue to patronize your business if I dont feel safe, and I could not recommend you to anyone for this reason. The work done on my car and attentiveness while setting up my appointment was excellent as usual.

I recently worked with Dan Harris on purchasing a certified armada, we were coming from out of state so Dan had everything lined up for us and ready to go when we got there and he was very helpful and accurate in describing the condition of the vehicle and taking a short video for us.When we came upon a small defect with one of the seats during our test drive, Dan, the service manager and the dealership went leaps and bounds above what we could have expected to correct the issue and make sure we could complete our purchase on a 100% functional vehicle!Everyone involved was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the entire process.When a salesman and a dealership are willing to go to the lengths Dan and Gordie Boucher did for us you know its not just about maximizing profits on the backs of their customers, these people treat you right and go more than the extra mile.We were so impressed with Dan and the team we will honestly seek them out for our next Nissan purchase even though its a 4 hour drive for us, you dont find a dealership like this very often, you wont regret choosing Gordie Boucher or Dan Harris- A+ in my book!

Had a miner interaction with my mirror and garage door and they were able to get the part and have it fixed fast and time for my oil change, tire rotation and a car wash! All done in only an hour! AWSOME SERVICES!
Purchased a vehicle from there over the summer. Noticed the rotors were the bare minimum, asked for them to be fixed. They did. Now another issue with the control arms I need repaired and my TRANSMISSION went out three days ago. It’ll cost me $4600 plus tax to fix. Unless you purchase their overly expensive warranty, you’re screwed. Why isn’t a warranty given with the purchase, instead they want to sell/finance you a warranty that costs about the same as a car note .
