Great service, wonderful people. Kept me updated throughout the whole process via text and phone calls. Got my car right on time. I asked for proof of the check that I gave them to pay for the repairs and had no problem accommodating me. Car looks brand new and even had it detailed from me!!!

Had them fix my van after a small accident. Easy to schedule estimate and service appointment. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Job was done faster than estimated. Did a fine job and as an extra bonus they did a wonderful job cleaning our van inside and out, couldnt believe all the extra little things they did from communication to fast friendly service. When my van was done they were flexible on my pick up. Would definitely recommend and use again if need arises.

I am beyond pleased with the work I had done here at Carstar in Greenfield! The work was high quality and thorough, and the customer service was amazing. Working with my insurance was a seamless process. I was told from the beginning what to expect and what the process would entail through each step of the work. I received texts providing regular updates on the progress of the work. As if I wasnt impressed enough, when I picked up my car I found that they also cleaned the inside thoroughly (which embarrassingly was no small task)! My car looks as good as it did when I first drove it off the lot. I hope not to need their services again, but if I do I will definitely return. I will absolutely be recommending Carstar in Greenfield to anyone looking for a good auto body shop.

I went to Carstar because Maaco really mess my car up bad and the guy at Carstar pointed out everything for me took pictures he really did a good job with my car it was done in a timely fashion it looks brand new again they are really great there thanks again for your good work job well done!

My car was in an accident and ultimately declared totalled by the insurance company. From the moment I met Mariusz I felt a great vibe. He was very knowledgeable and spent almost 20 minutes educating me on my rights and how to deal with the insurance company. He went out of his way to do research on my options and was a pleasure dealing with him. I hope to not be in another accident, but if I am I will make sure to go back to Carstar and talk to Mariusz.
