Went in for Brakes and Rotors to be replaced. During the replacement they stripped some bolts which require replacement of another part. They called as soon as it happened and arranged to pick up the parts from the dealer the next morning. My car was ready before noon the following day. Employees are always friendly!

I went in for brake problems. I was told that I needed all 4 new brakes and a flush and caliper all kinds of stuff done. An estimate of $800 for brakes and $367 for the flush and part. I kept trying to get an appointment set and the guy said he couldnt do an appointment. I understand short staffed but he has always been short with me and act like I was dumb when I asked questions. I didnt like his attitude about the questions I had. I called the fishers location got an appointment. While talking to the guy he checked the front brakes and said they were in good condition and had a lot more time left in them and the caliper replacement and flush was unnecessary and the back brakes where the only things that needed fixed. They also educated me on why and so forth. I saved money at Fishers. Had I came into Greenfield I would have over spent and had someone give me attitude. Greenfield is convenient for me because I live near. Now if I have car work I need done I have to go out of my way.

The employees were very friendly and efficient BUT my husband and I purchased 4 new top of line tires which were rather expensive. The salesman showed us the breakdown of costs on his computer screen which showed we would receive $140 rebate. I was then told I could save an additional $70 by applying for Belle Tire credit card which would be no problem just needed to fill out application. So thinking I’d save $70 I said okay After entering the information the salesman/manager said I would be hearing from them regarding credit card. I asked him if I’d receive a check for $70 once it was approved. Nope… and it’s only good toward purchase of tires. Uh… don’t think I’ll be needing any for a while so that was a waste. Then when I get home to file paperwork for rebate I find out there is no $140. rebate. The Belle Tire site gives either a $60 Belle Tire E gift card OR $40 prepaid Visa. The Michelin site same thing gift card. So bottom line is we did not save $140 dollars by getting rebate nor did we save $70 by applying for Belle Tire credit card. Very misleading!!! Even though they were nice I won’t be recommending them as I no longer trust them

The Greenfield Belle Tire is even better than the one on Washington St and that is an awesome store with great people. Everyone at this store was very helpful and they got me in and out as scheduled. Right from the start Bill Chadwell helped me out and gave me a great price along with awesome service. The guys in the garage were very helpful and courteous. I will continue to use Belle Tire for any vehicle needs.

Manager Justin Dillahay was so helpful and professional. He treated usas though we were his most important customer on the day we purchased our four new Michelin tires. He found the tires we wanted and we had an appointment the next day to have them installed. Justin also made sure we understood how to receive our rebate from Michelin.Thank you Justin! A+

Repairs are always made in a time efficient manner and the most cost effective routes. Justin has personally worked on vehicles to ensure all jobs are performed correctly.

Great staff, exceptionally helpful, and they treated my car with kid gloves.They didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need, and the turn around was remarkably fast given the traffic they see.We will be returning for service in the future!

I was referred here. I have had bad experiences all 3x I have dealt with them. Had tires checked and said all were good(several hours waiting to check). 2 weeks later had a flat. Repaired flat here and other customer had issue with working pealing out in their car on bad tire. Month later Had ac checked for leaks(so I thought but they didn’t)and refilled. Another Month later no ac. Called a 3x a week apart each time trying to get ac checked. Told can’t do even when I came in as scheduled appointment. Supposedly no mechanic on duty, not enough help or not enough time to (hrs before closing too). Always excuse why they won’t do it. I won’t be back.

I go here to air up my tires. I had a screw in my tire and they fixed it for free. Their tires are expensive but their customer service is superb! I only give it 4 stars because they are expensive otherwise if give 4. Im also a single mother of five so...

Want to say thanks for fixing wifes tire that had nail in it. You also fix the bead around the other tire that was low too & thks for re-balancing the tire that out of wack. Very disappointed with this store. Been taking our vehicles to them since they opened. Never again!!! Scheduled an appointment for them to plug my tire. Showed up early. 45 mins later my vehicle is still sitting in the parking lot. I asked about it, was told they were getting ready to pull it in. And hour after they pull it in and still nothing. Tire is off but no work is being done. So, I tell them to put the tire back on, without repairing it, and to give me back my vehicle. Now I work in the customer service industry and this place has ZERO customer service. I understand that you might be understaffed or overbooked. But you could at least inform your customers. I would rather pay to have someone plug my tire than deal with that again. Free isnt worth it.

Paid good money for tires and they messed up my custom wheels. Claimed it wasn’t them but the machine. Clearly the people running the tire machine have no clue how to operate it.

Blew out a tire in the middle of an 11-hour road trip. Belle Tire was not only conveniently located, they had my tire in stock, measured the tread and sold me one tire instead of insisting on two, and had me back on the road in an hour! I just found out they are opening a location near my new home, I will totally go to them! Its hard to find trustworthy auto places.

Above and beyond. I needed a tire plug. Made and appointment and was quite delayed by nearly two hours with the time to plug my tire. I was prepared to pay but was given the service free of charge for the wait. My boyfriend was excited Bell Tire came to the Indy area as he used Bell for many years while living in Michigan. He wasnt surprised by their commitment to excellence.

The appointment made for 9 at 10 I’m still sitting here and my car hasn’t moved from lot! What is the purpose of making an appointment? The first time this happened I thought it was a fluke but here we go again- I may end up back at Munro or jiffy lube- very disappointed - when they first came here they were great now not so much ☹️

This team went above and beyond to get my husbands car in. They had little notice and the tires we needed were at another store. They managed to get the tires and get them installed in just a few short hours. They really saved us on this one!

My wife took the car in for a oil change yesterday. I had been there previously for new tires and an alignment. I like the service and the people I worked with despite the fact that they forgot to write down that I wanted an alignment. The tech that put on the tires called me about the alignment and they got it taken care off. My wife’s experience was not as good. We had an appointment but it took over an hour for them to get the car in and another hour to do the oil change. I understand that 30-45 minutes is a estimate but after 2 hours I feel like a explanation or a discount should be provided. My only other complaint is that other places we have been to they will give you a print out showing tire tread depth, fluid levels, and break pad life. This has been helpful in the past to plan for future expenses and get an idea of the over all health of the car.On the plus side the lobby is big and clean. They have good hours of service and the prices are fair. Not the cheapest in town but reasonable and fare.

Bought 2 sets of Michelins Defenders this weekend with the grand opening sale. Jim Curry took great care of me and had both our cars done in less than an hour. No scratches on my wheels and wheels were well balanced. They do oil changes too. I also noticed they offer Mobil 1 oil.Follow up! I had a low tire on my Mustang, and they did a flat repair for free! Had something in my tire that was causing it to loose air. Belle Tire got me in and out in less than an hour. Fast, friendly service and PLUS, it was NO CHARGE to plug & patch the tire! What a great bunch of guys!

Great place for tires. I do mostly cross country driving, almost 10K per month and go through at least 2 sets of tires per year. I got a set of 10 ply 50k mile tires with the tire warranty for just over $700. The best price I had received for tires on my truck before this was about $1100. They will have all of my business at these current rates.I waited until I had 6k on these tires to post this review. So far so good.

My husband took our car to Belle Tires to have the rim replaced. When he got home we noticed that one of the tires that was fixed didnt have a hubcap. We called Belle tires and no they didnt have the hubcap. They asked us if we were sure we had it on. Yes we did. Told us were to go buy another hubcap. We paid 25 dollars for the hubcap that they either forgot to put on or didnt put on correctly so it fell off. Our car is white and we also now have to clean off areas of black grease. Not impressed with our first visit to Belle Tires!

I called and made appointment for same day, I left my vehicle and was called promptly once new tires were on. I arrived and completed all paperwork and was given great instructions on how to complete rebates. GREAT EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND!

Im torn on this place. They were great, and patched a tire that had a hole in it for free for me. Then when my wife went for an oil change they said they would set the reminder for 7k miles, due to age of the car, but my wife requested they leave it at 3k miles. The tech forgot or ignored it, set the reminder for 7k, and at 7500 miles the car threw a rod because there was no oil left in the car. On the one hand we ran a bit over, on the other had the reminder been where we had requested and where the manufacturer recommended it would have gotten caught in time. Theyre nice, but know what you want and double check them.

Best to make an appointment here, these people are busy!

I had a flat tire on my way to Cleveland on I 70. Freaked out thought I can’t get back home tonight. Fortunately I found this store just next to the exit. Friendly staff. They greet you right away as soon as you enter. Fixed my flat tire with no charge.I thought they could have been a little quicker in service but they did get busy while I was there. I would recommend if you need any tire service to check them out.

New to this chain. Have received very curious service and excellent quality. They do more then tires, Ive seen breaks, and had an oil change completed.

Made an appointment to get my front end checked. They told me it would take 45 minutes or so. I never expect shops to get done in the estimated time they tell me. They got it checked in less than 45 minutes.

The staff was super nice!! They made sure we got a good price on what we needed. They did tell us a few things that will need done on our vehicle in near future but did not force it on us like most places do. I will 100% recommend Belle Tire to anyone. 👍

I had a tire losing air slowly, the regular place where I usually go couldnt get me in so I called Belle didnt know what to expect they got me right in,fixed the tire had a screw in it. They were very professional and went above and beyond. I now have a guy. Thanks Belle job well done.

These guys are phenomenal! Battery died while I was at the gas station. Got it towed to their location, and they had me in and out in less than an hour. Also were nice enough to reattach the splash guard on my car for nothing. Jim Curry was phenomenal and the reason I will keep coming back to Belle Tire!

Belle Tire in Greenfield has newly opened this year. Its a very clean shop and the staff are very easy to work with. The tires we needed were, thankfully, in stock. The service was prompt. They offer free alignment check, but in my case, they dont support BMWs. I wouldnt knock them for that but it would be nice if they could extend that service down the road.

I want to give a huge shout out to the Manager Justin Dillahay.I came in with a serpentine belt that snapped off right before the exit and he took made sure I was taken care of. He personally took it upon himself to work on the car and with an additional coworker for an hour after they closed. I had to leave the car for the night but was back on the road by morning. He wanted to make sure it was safe to drive. I cannot explain the gratitude I have for the way the staff and Justin were with myself especially but everyone that had their cars worked on while I was there. Just one example was the service tech making sure that the car was driven right up to the door for an elderly couple so they did not have far to walk. These seem small but as far as customer service those are touches that are taught by your manager as to what is expected. It was seen and should be appreciated.

Stopped to get a tire on the front of car. Told me a hour 45 to 2. Went off did some errands with the wife. Come back 2 hours later and car hasnt been moved. Told me it was going to be the next one up so I waited. Half hour later I left. Most likely my last trip there.

Im a new Belle Tire customer. I was the last appointment for the day, and the lobby wasnt busy, weekday night...Good: Competitive tire price. Quick, efficient appointment service. Reasonable store hours. New facilities. On-line appointment reservation. A lot of verbal promises of future services included for additional per tire fee obtained the lifetime balance, rotation, road hazard.Caveats: Watch out for a separate lifetime balance/rotate/repair protection vs tire protection fee, its not one price for all. Ask for a printed work order before any work begins (I wasnt offered one beforehand) and also before you sign (twice??) checking out electronically. Dont get rushed to gloss over the line items, take extra time to review the printed details. The work order entries emailed to me after my visit differed from the paid receipt, such as one has front end alignment, the other not. The sales rep is very interested in rushing to get your verbal agreement to buy, buy, buy without details up front or anything printed. I was asked to pay and I had to ask to see the bill.So what Im saying is I hope the products and tech services prove true the next year (paid warranty). Im going to try to not think about the sales tactics as that part bothers me.

The free, electronic tire pump works perfect. Allowed me to accurately fill my tires to 38psi on my roadtrip
