Its hard to find a good mechanics that you can trust, but I finally found them highly recommended....💪💪💪

Scheduled a regular maintenance appointment with 2 guys on October 1st 2021 and discovered my car was broken into/an attempted theft before my appointment. In addition to my scheduled repairs (New tires, alignment, brake pads & oil change) they ALSO replaced my broken window AND pieced back together the steering column cover that was cracked open during the attempted theft. I can drive the car again! I still need a new one but the parts are on long back order which Ill work out with the car dealer eventually (I own a Kia - popular among car thieves). These guys are AWESOME and went WAY above and beyond to seamlessly diffuse a really stressful situation - in ONE day. Cant say enough about their excellent service and attention to detail. Id rate 10 stars if I could. 👍👍👍👍

I had a really good first experience at Two Guys. They replaced my starter and battery. They checked in afterward to make sure everything was running smoothly.I brought in my vehicle a few months later as there was something wrong with the electrical on my drivers side door. So I took it in and they gave me an estimate on the repair. They said they would order the part and it would take a few days for it to arrive. Ok so I did not hear anything, so I checked back a few days later. They said they had a hard time getting ahold of me? Not sure why, as no one else has any issues. So I called in a couple days later and they said well check on this and get back to you. You guessed it, no call back. They did send me a text asking how their service was.I guess it was a blessing in disguise as I took it to the dealer who repaired it for free under my warranty. I will never come back to this place.

These guys are very honest and very good at explaining what is wrong with your car in a way you can understand. Ive been taking our cars to this shop for years and theyve always been nice. They stand behind their work. They also talk directly to me instead of through my spouse which is a HUGE positive. I tell all my friends to take their cars to Two Guys.

Theyre quick, they explain things in a easy to understand way. They take their time when talking to you and write every thing down for you. And Theyre courteous.

Great customer service had a generator down on a 2013 Buick LaCrosse everything was fine until the next day I drove down to Indiana and the generator belt popped off causing the car to loss power and me having to pay $600 to get it towed back to Milwaukee. I’m looking forward to seeing have they are going to handle the situation.

These guys are the real deal! Extremely knowledgeable and personable and they will let you know exactly what needs to be fixed and what could be put off for a while (if you cant afford to fix it right now). Their services are some of the most affordable in the Milwaukee area and everything they do, they back up. Mike is very skilled at explaining things in a way that educates but never seems condescending or pushy, which has been somewhat rare to find in my experience. I definitely recommend this place!

Im naturally skeptical about businesses that have such glowing ratings on popular web sites like this one.Skepticism justified.I arrived for my appointment on time -- an appointment for a routine oil change/filter/lube, plus tire rotation. After turning over the keys to the desk clerk, I stepped over to the -- for lack of a better term -- waiting area. The area was dingy; dirty and very dusty (although, about 10 minutes after I arrived, a contract cleaning crew also arrived -- and saw their work cut out for them.)The shop performed the oil change within a reasonable time. But once complete, the desk clerk called me over; accepted my payment -- and then handed me the paperwork as though he was really anxious to get rid of me. No explanation of the work performed; no mention of what was, or wasnt found, during the supposed safety inspection -- not even a thank you for taking my business here.The only saving grace I can see here is that theres a GM dealer less than two miles south of 2GA -- which, for the same, indifferent service, would have charged three times as much. At least I now know to avoid both facilities.

The mechanics down at two guys automotive are simply the best. I have been taking all my vehicles here since my first visit. Good honest work that you can trust. Paid $120 at a Fast Track for a high mileage oil change, filter, engine cleaner and they put the wrong type of oil in my vehicle. The same oil change with engine cleaner and full synthetic at two guys was only $39. Will be a customer for life, thank you guys.

Great experience with Mike and their crew at Two Guys. Recently acquired a 2011 Subaru with no maintenance records through a business acquisition. Called Mike on Monday, dropped the car off Tuesday morning, Mike called me by noon on Tuesday with his recommendations, and the work was complete by 5pm Tuesday. Very impressed with the integrity and quick work. Mike made his recommendations based on safety, not on profits. I will be back with my personal vehicles, along with my company car.

They are very helpful and knowledgeable. They inform you about what your car needs after a quick inspection and don’t force you to do that in there.

Fantastic shop! I have a 1989 C4 Corvette that spends a lot of time in storage. It needed a complete tune-up including oil change, fluids checked, and overall inspection. Mike set me up with an appointment immediately. He quickly identified the issues, checked in with me before incurring any expenses, and addressed every issue. While there werent any catastrophic issues, there were a number of items that needed to be addressed. But, I was quite pleasantly surprised by the exceptionally reasonable final bill, given the parts and labor involved. These guys have earned my trust and my gratitude and will be my go-shop going forward!

This place is awesome. I went there to get an oil change; tire rotation and transmission drain and fill on the truck I recently purchased.. First thing I would like to point out is that when I went to the dealer, they said they would only do a transmission flush.. no flexibility at all.. This was not an issue for TGA. They are very profession, fast and are not recommending or charging you for unneeded work. Mike really knows his stuff.. Would highly recommend

I was referred to Two Guys Automotive several years ago. I have used them for service several times. Great guys at a fair price and most importantly they are honest. I had a car that frankly required more work to be done than made sense based on the cars value. They were very honest and rather than take the money the recommended that I trade it in and get what I could out of it.

Oil change... in and out in 20 min and they also followed up on past service that I had done, pointing out it was still under warranty if I wanted to have the look into the repair. These guys are stand-up individuals running a great fair priced business!

My fiance has taken both our Impalas here for minor work. These guys are very nice and get the job done without over charging. We have had problems with the dealership claiming they did something they didnt. We will no longer be taking our cars into the rip off Chevy dealerships from now on!

I have had extensive work done on my 2004 BMW X5. Brakes, gaskets, belts, cooling system, tires, regular maintenance etc. Every time I am pleased with the result --price and workmanship. These Two Guys are honest and take the time to explain the work they have done and they often go out of their way to find the most economical way to address the issue. I highly recommend Two Guys and I rarely recommend anyone.

Two guys did a nice job on front end alignment and tire balancing, they also did a nice job on wrecking all the lug nuts which Should have been reported by the technician. I discussed this with Mike who agreed that their was a failure in communication that he would work to correct

When I have called or had questions, they are always honest and upfront. Ive taken our kids cars here and everything has always been done right the first time. I would recommend this shop and will be returning when needed.

They are honest, prompt, and extremely accommodating. I have had things that come up at the last minute and they have always taken excellent care of situation. They call you and give you the assessment, good or bad, and get to work on it as soon as possible. Although they are extremely busy, they make the time to explain everything to you. There is absolutely no better place to take your vehicle than this place.

Most mechanics only repair what is immediately in front of them, but Nate and Mike give heads up on items that may need attention in the near future. This leaves it up to you to schedule the appointment without feeling pressured. Their work is excellent and their diagnostics is top notch! For that reason they have been fixing our and doing preventative maintenance on our cars for over a decade.

Everybody dreads auto repair... if you dont you must be a 2 Guys Automotive customer already! Before these guys, I feared the dishonesty Id experienced at other auto shops. However, all that has changed! If its quality work and honest pricing you seek, seek no more. I will never visit another garage again!

Great guys. One of only two shops around that I trust. These guys rebuilt the top end of a motor for me last year, worked on two other cars of mine and they always stand behind their work. Had an issue with my truck last night after they closed. They found the trouble replaced the part and said it was a part they worked on before so waranteed it and it cost me nothing. Ladies. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! My ex, yes I say again my ex took her vehicle for repair there. They never gave her a quote for the repair and turned around and instead called her said her car was fixed, and she was to come in and pay. I know they didnt give her a quote being I asked the day before how much they were gonna charge her to fix the issue. She said they only called to get the key. Again. This is my ex. I had zero skin in the game, but I loathe mechanic shops who capitalize on unknowning people. I went in and talked to Nate. He said he quoted her the price. I went and got her and he called her a liar to her face that he told her, but as I pressed the story it changed to I had this quote done. Great. Quote was done, but not delivered. They willfully offered to drop the price of the service after I called them out. I called 3 other mechanics shops prior to going there which all came in over $250 less than what they originally quoted. Long story short this place lacks ethics in ever way shape or form. This entire process had zero outcome to me financially, but I dont stand for a business who will attempt to capitalize on an individual whom simply doesnt have the knowledge to question the charges. On top of that, part of the services they provided never fixed the issue which she ended up taking to another mechanic shop in the area which solved the issue. I couldnt stress enough how much I would avoid this place especially if you dont know anything about cars. They will take advantage of you.

Pretty good service. More than 4 parallel slots to work on multiple cars at the same time. Easy to schedule on a short notice even. I wish they had a pickup drop service from Milwaukee like the Acura dealer at Brookfield.

These Guys are awesome. Got a quote for front end work and Mike said it wasnt needed and got the job done for less than half. Worked with Ford directly to get me warranty work done at no cost to me for a new engine.

Came in to set an appointment for service, was told next tuesday at 2pm. Came in on that Tuesday and they said i wasnt scheduled and the issue was I was a NO SHOW ! They managed to get me in at that point but i was not impressed with jumping to it being my fault when all they needed to do was right it down and hand me a card for a reminder. Everyone would be on the same page. So far the service has been good. My only gripe. Mistakes can happen but try not to blame the customer right off the bat. Doesnt feel good.
