Purchased a car and didn’t notice a dent on top of the car because it was a black car and kind of dark outside and they just washed it so I didn’t notice. I got home and let them know I seen the dent and wasn’t happy that it wasn’t disclosed to me. I was told well we knew it was there but it was too expensive to fix. They then offered a few free oil changes since they never told me about the dent. Now it’s 3 weeks since I had the car and the maintenance lights came on, I went in to Honda and explained I was upset and the service manager said well we aren’t doing anything for free. First off I purchased the car 3 weeks ago so there shouldn’t be any lights or maintenance needed at all! They are very unprofessional and will sell anything just to get it off the lot. Please check every part of the vehicle before leaving that lot

Theyre just okay.I leased a car from them. They messed up my lease contract and only put my wifes name on it even tho they did say that theyll be putting my name as well (my credit is +770). Total bummer. Service is expensive and slow even when you book an appointment.Also, I was blatantly lied to when I leased the car and added the service fees to the contract for about $300. I was told that this covers ANY LABOR plus oil and filter. Turns out it doesnt cover labor for anything but oil. So basically, youll pay hundreds of dollars on a car that drove 10k mi just to have a mechanic look at your brand new breaks. (I understand that parts are obviously not included)Very understaffed. Sales team are good expect for the closers. I dealt with two closers and unfortunately they were not only pushy but attempted to ridicule my questions and concerns to pressure me to just sign. Not the proper way to treat adults.If I ever decide to get another Honda, I will look somewhere else first. But to be fair, I dealt with many dealers and I know that this behavior and service is very common. So Idk.One more thing, they will try and pressure you to take one of the cars they have. Dont. Get the car you want with the features you want. Get the color you want or at least try.Bathrooms are very clean. Showroom is very clean. Comfortable seats. Not many cars on display.
Jerry was a 5-Star All-Star car salesman who definitely deserves a raise for his customer service! He was kind and incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure I understand the terms of leasing and the pros/cons of leasing versus financing. He made sure I knew about all the features of the HR-V I was interested in and helped me compare models. He and Mark also worked together to again go above and beyond to get the HR-V In the color I wanted (Black) even when the dealership did not have it. I drove up from Atlanta, GA specifically to purchase a car from Jerry. He sold me my last car (a used 1999 Toyota Camry from All-Star which lasted me 6 years!) and I knew I could trust him most to help me make this big decision. The process of purchasing was time efficient and I was able to look, test drive, and buy all in the same day.I highly recommend working with Jerry if you are weary of being taken advantage of by the car sales industry - he is honest and trustworthy and will always make sure you are well informed about the car you want and process for purchasing it. He doesn’t pressure you to buy on the spot and encourages you to do what you think is best. He also is great at finding ways to get you what you want whether it be color, model, or price. Thanks again Jerry! I’ll be back in 3 years when my lease is up!

I had an excellent experience at All Star Honda when I took my car in to the service department. Chris provided superb service! I took it in to have the “H” emblem installed on the back of the car. The Toyota dealer that I bought it from would not fix it so I reached out to my local Honda dealer. I ended up getting an oil change done as well. I dropped my car off and Chris called within 2 hours like he said he would saying that the work was completed. I will definitely go back to All Star.
2/9/21 UPDATE - Still no response via email/phone regarding concerns raised on 2/1/21.(original post from 2/5/21) -Took my 2017 Accord in for oil, filter, and brake fluid change on Saturday 1/30/21. Service also included the Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection, which indicated that the battery was Good. The inspection checklist also included an Under Hood inspection - all items were Satisfactory (= green). See picture.On Monday 2/1/21, I tried to start my car; no luck. Opened the hood, and I saw a significant amount of teal corrosion on my battery. (second picture). Impossible for this to accumulate in
10/8- I came in with intentions of purchasing a car that was advertised online for a certain price. The car had over 90,000 miles but it was acceptable considering the price. These crooks at Allstar waited until I had signed my life away to tell me that the purchasing price is almost 19,000. Around 4-5000 dollars more than what it was advertised as. They did not try their best to get me a decent deal and sold me to the highest bidder literally. I had questions pertaining to the finance agreement on my agreement that I signed and I keep calling this dealer AND NO ONE RETURNS PHONE CALLS! This place is absolutely unprofessional with shady and crooked business practices. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone.

Once again, another fantastic experience working with the crew at All-Star Honda. Rico provides excellent service. I never felt pressured to make a decision and the staff does a wonderful job listening to concerns, questions, etc versus trying to tell me what they think I may want to hear. An issue with my 2019 civic and the air conditioning, which was a Honda issue and not theirs, was quickly remedied and I left that day a happy customer. Thanks again!
Top notch service department! I brought my 2010 Fit in for recall work. The drive shafts needed to be replaced due to corrosion issues. A clean, well lit waiting area, great assortment of complimentary beverages, and a friendly and efficient staff had me out the door in less time than anticipated... and they washed my car! It now runs like new. When it hits the 200,000+ mark, I will definitely return to All-Star for my next Honda.
I’m just being honest. I was asked via text message to fill this out. An hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation is a too much. Got there at 3:30 and got in my car at 4:57. They did take care of the bill though which I told them I appreciated. I get being short staffed but I called a week or so ago, and waited that long to get in. Don’t make more appointments if your not staffed to take them. I get wanting to offer good customer service, but if you extend yourself too much your going to lose the customers who have faith in you.
Paid for a tire rotation on the first oil change. Only two tires were switched. The front drivers side with the rear driver side. I know because I marked them. When I told the service tech (Shane) he said it was done correctly and when I told him what they rotated again he said that it was not but I could bring it in for a free rotation. I asked him would they credit me back for the rotation I paid for and he said no of course not. Than he hung up on me.
Chris and Team are delivering a first class service experience here. First time I went here there was some employee transition that lead to a below average experience. Complete 180 since then. From time I pulled in to the time I left Everything was exceptional. Keep up the great work guys see you soon.

I went in due to a safety recall on my passenger airbag. I was greeted by an attendant who took my information promptly & directed me to their waiting area. He also made me aware that there was only one technician on duty but they would try their best to service my car as quickly as possible. He was very professional & efficient. I would recommend this business to anyone.

Oil change done in a reasonable time and friendly staff. Some of the staff weren’t wearing masks which made me a bit uncomfortable. Although they are outside of the city of Milwaukee so I don’t think they have to be wear them. Still considerate to do so, in my opinion, when dealing with a customer.
If I could give the service department here more than 5 stars, I would. I brought my Ridgeline in for a B12 maintenance which consists of an oil change, tire rotation, air filter replacement and brake service.After removing the tires to lubricate the brakes, the tech and Chris the service manager said they didnt need to be done. Not only that but the air filters were clean and the tires didnt need rotated because the best ones were already up front. Chris took my $190 service down to $40.I cant say enough how impressed I am with the service department here.

Boyfriend and I went here to get his very first car financed! He’s 27, 745 credit score, and had 5k to put down. We walked in and told them exactly what we were looking for monthly payment wise and they completely took us in a different direction and took advantage of him. The car we were looking into was priced lower online and management informed us we would be getting it for the price online. Once paperwork was done the price was back up to the lot price??? They ripped us off at the end of the day. They “got” us, as most people would say. Well done. Hope that commission check was worth an unsatisfied customer who told you exactly what they wanted beforehand.

I’ve been coming here for a while with two cars purchased and always had a good time but this last time got an oil change n tire rotation and thought I still had my plan to get free stuff but it ended. I was informed that it ended and when I was checking out he told me it had ended. I get that stuff ends but u need to inform people that it had ended because I wouldn’t have got the tire rotation and saved $25 because I thought it was part of my plan. $75 for oil change and tire rotation is nuts. I’ll take my service else where for now on with have the time waiting!

She helped me figure out what vehicle fit me best, and she gave me great info. I ended up not even purchasing a vehicle that day, but she was extremely kind and patient with me, considering the circumstances.I’ll definitely be back to work with Noemi, and hopefully to eventually purchase my first Honda!

I came in for an oil change, tire rotation and multi-point inspection. The service writer was ok, I’m guessing he’s new. I would have given a 5 star if someone had informed me my battery terminals were dirty and corroded. I would’ve wanted them cleaned. Yet, your multi-point inspection report said my battery was Good. I’ll go to a different dealership to get that done now.
Everyone at All-Star Honda was very welcoming from the minute I parked my car. I was personally asked twice if I was in need of any snacks or refreshments while I waited for less than an hour for an oil change and a complimentary car wash! They’re the best!

We were greeted immediately, and the team really went to work for us in finding the vehicle we wanted and in the color my wife wanted. We were expecting to wait a few days for our Passport to get to the dealership, but our salesperson Mia was fantastic she located it and drove to pick it up. I highly recommend this All Star Honda dealership. The sales manager, Lamar explained everything to us and actually took his time making everything clear.

Last year i gave them 1 star review for what happen about my oil change for waited 3hrs inside the building. But i was guessing they were busy or short staffs that time. I didnt mentioned chris was the guy who took over and gave us good customer service even give us free oil change after what happen. But now, im convinced that they do have good customer service. I feel like I get charged $400 every time I go here, no matter the reason. Ive talked with family members that are knowledgeable about cars and they tell me that I am being recommended services that rarely need to be performed. I feel like I am being taken advantage of so I have stopped getting oil changes here.

Really thought the service department here was one of the good ones. However, after receiving several recent oil changes and AC fixes, the included multi-point inspections never pointed out that my rear brake pads were completely worn out. This resulted in my rear rotors being damaged enough to the point where they had to be replaced. I paid another mechanic almost $300 to replace the rear rotors and rear brake pads, $150-$200 of which was purely for the rotor replacement, which makes me feel that All-Star Honda is partly to blame for costing me $150-$200. This not only disappointed me, but makes me worried as to what else All-Star Honda overlooked during the multi-point inspections of my car.
Brenda was a great provider and helped me with exactly what I needed. I was happy with the help and attitude she presented and would most definitely come back. I would also recommend her to many friends and family.

I was looking where to get approved for a car and NOWHERE they would let me because of bad credit or other accounts etc..but with all star my experience was completely different! My sales man Edgar did EVERYTHING to get me approved and at the end he did !! They even pick me up from green bay to Milwaukee, its insane!!! Totally recommend this dealership its different, the employees are very polite and they will do anything to get you approved or they at least try 🙂👍

I was emailed service specials from All Star Honda and when I called to schedule service l verified the price with the person and they said all I had to do was show the email to the service advisor and I would be set. They said it would be 3x higher than the email price when I arrived and when I showed them the email they said nope they are not going to honor the price they sent me. This violates several state retail statutes mainly bait and switch.
Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Service was quick and I have not experienced any issues so far. Chris, my rep for this appointment, did a great job on setting up the service and getting me through there quickly. I will definitely be using this location for my repairs in the future.
Got A1 service. Went faster than I expected. With coffee, water, snacks, and Netflix in the waiting area; I could’ve chilled for a bit longer 😅

WORST EXPERIENCE. DO NOT TRUST SALESMAN MANNY. I went in with my family to purchase 2 cars and waiting over an hour to be told that the cars we were interested in purchasing were sold. We were told by Manny to wait outside because he was supposedly going to get the keys for the car, but he actually went and sold the cars we were going to buy. They also are extremely disrespectful to their own employees. It is a money game and spare yourself the payments and go to another dealer.
I was happy with my 2019 Honda Passport, and I had a lot of miles on it already. So, when I saw the 0% APR sale going on for a new 2021 Passport, I thought it would be a good idea to check prices. The deal cut my monthly payments by 40% and their deal and trade-in offer was fantastic. Jerry Lewis is a pleasure to work with.I always enjoy the service at this dealership as well, which is a big plus. They are courteous and friendlg, and they repeatedly come out to the waiting room to update me on progress. Great place!

Took my car in for a transmission check with the shifting and also a ratliling noise from the engine. They just kept the car in the service are for about 2 hours without checking anything (I could see my car from the windows) and came and said nothing is wrong. This dealer used to be good as I have done all my services for my previous cars by but not anymore. The person that was doing the paperwork looked like he was held there against his will to work. No costumer servis at all. Took my car at the honda dealer at wakesha and they resolved the problem in 45 min. No more going back to All star Honda. (There is no stars at all)

Every time I come in here theres no one to greet me or help me. Not sure if theyre understaffed, but twice now I have walked in and waited a few minutes and then just walked out.

I’m so glad that All Star Honda updated their furniture in the waiting room. Everything was clean. Also, the service people were helpful. They keep my car running nice. Hopefully they can get some sort of a shuttle running on weekends. I joined their membership points program today and am glad that I can get real benefits out of it. Also, I should talk to Honda about refinancing my SUV now that they are offering 0.0% APR on all 2019’s. This dealership seems to be stepping up their game little by little. I hope that this process continues!

Disappointed with my experience. Estimate of when car works be ready was wrong. When I picked up I was as told several times to rate them a 5. My car wasn’t brought to me, I had to go in the back by clicking g my alarm. To top it off I had to scrap my windows with snow. The air pressure in my tires were low and had to stop at a gas station to fill up. I can’t believe after spending $2,000 on a timing cap abs breaks they could t ensure by tires were full of air or bro t me my car. Left a message fir the service manager to discuss situation and he never called back.Previous experiences were positive. On the fence if I will go back to them for service.

Service was good, check in, work, and check out was good. I am disappointed that I was quoted $810 plus tax for brakes however I was charged $941 after it was all done.
They did great service work on my older Accord, and treated it like the best car there. I highly recommend All Star.

I went in to get some airbags replaced on my Honda Pilot after a recall. I’m right at that age where I’m still figuring things out as an adult without my parents with me to explain/help since I don’t know too much about cars. Kevin was very polite and helpful and made the process of dropping off my car super easy. It only took an hour/hour and a half for the replacement before I got a call that my car was ready to pick up. The pick up process was just as smooth as dropping off. They had even ran a vehicle inspection on my car and Kevin gave me a paper copy of that and went through it with me, explaining what on my car was good to go and some other areas that needed some work. So grateful for how helpful the staff was and this will definitely be my preferred Honda location!

Worst car buying experience ever!! Was going to purchase two vehicles for me and my wife. High pressure, hidden costs, unwanted packages added into cost, worst of all very rude!! Lost out on two sales. I used to take my current Honda there for service but I will never step foot on that lot again even on Sunday to look. Horrible experience doesn’t even describe it.
I usually have good service but this time it wasn’t good. Booked an oil change appt online and signed for shuttle to get a ride back home and the guy tells me it’s not available on Thursdays. Plus got charged $70 just for oil change and took almost 2 and a half hours.
