Where to start. Talk about most worthless mechanic shop. Took over 3 months to get the work done. It was started and 2 days later sat outside for about 2 months then started for a day and again another month. Once done got charged almost dubble the agreement price. Not once was i informed about a single price change. When he broke the parts he charged me for them. Not just at his cost but added his profits to them. I wouldnt go to this worthless place you could truly go to some backyard mechanic somewhere in the geto and get better work. Not to mention the communication. If you want any you wont get any. You will have to do all the leg work and keep ontop of everything because the owner will be to busy telling you he has to get done with so.e other projects before getting to yours over and over. Over the 3 months i received 2 calls from the business. And if i wanted to know something i had to stop in because the front deck people have no idea about anything going on. Save your money time and energy and go somewhere else this place is a joke.

The owner and office staff are very polite and professional. The repair work is done by competent mechanics. Pricing is much higher than other repair shops making it not a good value. I suggest you call around and get other estimates before you have your vehicle repaired here.

Im from Michigan and I happened to be in Greenfield to buy a car. I wanted it first to be checked out by an independent mechanic but I was driving down on a Saturday. When I first looked up the address, I seen all the great reviews, and I first thought They must all be paid to say those things. But NO, THIS IS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE HAD probably anywhere. They truly go above and beyond to help their customers. They were changing my tire and one of them was missing the rim. I thought my old tire was laying against the house, a block away. And the owner drove me to my house, to get it. And then helped me look for it in the garage. All with a helpful, positive attitude. The whole crew demonstrated this attitude. They have just gained a lifetime customer!

This shop is absolutely amazing. We pulled off the highway because there was something wrong with our van. We called 5 shops and they are the only ones that would help us that day. We were 4 hours from home and stranded. The van engine was shot. These people went out of their way to help us! The girl at the front desk even gave us a ride to a hotel! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Neal Automotive was tremendously helpful to me when my car broke down near Greenfield, Indiana. My daughter was on a road trip in my car, so all I could do was call places near her from my home outside of St. Louis, Missouri. Robin recommended I have the car towed to Firestone since they were the last to work on it right before the trip, and should cover repairs if they were responsible. I later called Robin back to ask what I should be asking of the mechanics at Firestone - how could I know if they were possibly at fault. She gave me a lot of good questions to ask so that I would not be taken advantage of. She even answered the phone after closing, just because she recognized my number. It turned out to be the transmission, and had to be towed from Firestone to a transmission place. But I felt like I had someone in the area who had my back. I got a lot of help from Neal Automotive, even though they never saw my car nor made a dime off of it. Thanks Robin!

I scheduled an appointment on a Friday, Wednesday morning was the earliest availability. I had planned to leave town that morning, but delayed my travel plans because Discount Tire had recommended them. I show up at my scheduled appointment to learn that there was another vehicle on the lift and that they wouldnt be able to service my car that day. Needless to say, it was a very disappointing first and only interaction with the shop.

Neal automotive replaced some front end parts that were worn out. Very easy to work with and very pleasant experience. They did more work than originally planned with no additional costs. Ill be back when my car needs work.

Great owner, great staff, very trustworthy and honest.. goes out of there way to help you! Wont take my car anywhere else. I drive from Greenwood to see them and send my friends and family to them with the same results!

The Best!! While driving from Grand Rapids, Mi to Cincinnati, we discovered we had a wobbly front tire on our truck, as we were driving thru Greenfield. We were nervous driving with it like that and with 2 hrs yet to go, knew it needed immediate attention. We pulled into Rileys. Only to be told they wouldnt even look at it for 2.5-3 hrs. I called Neals and Robin could not have been sweeter! They got us in immediately (she even invited me into their very clean office and brought me a soft drink.) I called about getting an estimate for my car. He said it would cost me $15. When going to pick my car up, he charged me $45. After asking why it raised he said he charges his mechanics 22$ an hour. He brought it down to $30. I am never going there again. He will screw you any way possible.
