Windshield fluid reservoir wasnt holding water. Took it back 3 times and never fixed. Simple hose disconnected.Oil change didnt include other fluids.Not very thorough

The fat blonde lady is beyond rude. I simply asked if they were selling a car and she replies with “ that’s a customers and I’d appreciate if you didn’t look through it “ moral of the story ms. Piggy ruined the triton name for me

I honestly can not say enough good things about this shop. I called this morning in a panic about smoke coming from my rear tire and a burning smell. As a college student and single mom to a toddler, I can only work weekends. Of course this is happening 6 hours before my shift begins. Panicking I would miss work all weekend (I work doubles sat and sun)I called 11 places with no luck until I made my 12th call to Triton. The gentlemen that answered the phone was polite and pleasant. He informed me that if I brought it in now he would be happy to look at it. I brought it there and within 10 minutes it was on the lift. The gentleman came back in and informed me it was the brakes and caliber. He gave me an amazing price and the work was completed within an hour. One of the other workers came up to me (I had my toddler) and offered if he (my son) would like a slice of pizza and that he just ordered it. I was amazed at the personal gesture!I know I will NOT be going anywhere else in the future for my automotive needs. I already referred them to a friend who is going to be calling himself about his brake issue. A big thank you to you guys at Triton, you guys are amazing and made me a customer for life!
