Super staff. The manager is always willing to give high fives. One time we did 27 high fives in a row, all while at the register! I detracted 1 star because sometimes he high fives a bit too hard and hurts my hand. The managers name is Christian.
So I came in here with an issue with my purchase just wanting to know what they could do about it and I right when I told the manager I had an issue with my purchase he immediently turned me down and said nope there’s nothing we could do about it without even listening to me. Def not how I wanted to be treated especially when I just experienced a problem. Terrible Customer service at the manager named Christian
Horrible pharmacy. Bad customer service. They put you on hold and then eventually disconnect. For the times that they do answer they will just tell you to wait for a second, and you guessed it put you on hold then hang up. They ask you to repeat multiple times pretending they cannot hear you. Had friends call on their phones and this Walgreens played the same games with them too. Well I am not here to play. 1 star review not recommended.
Terrible pharmacist. Rude, controlling and doesnt comprehend customer service AT ALL. Got generic prescription that didnt work for me. My doctor sent an escript for name brand to this pharmacy. He told us it would take over a week to get in, and hed have to call my doctor. Told me hed get back to me. Heard nothing for 5 days and finally drove over to find out what was happening. He told me the doctor had cancelled the prescription and he had called to let me know. There were no missed calls on my cell phone, the pharmacist kept calling the doctor he and the doctor is a female, and to make matters worse, when I called the doctor, she told me he told her that it was the same medicine and he (the pharmacist) was cancelling it. I need this medicine for very bad depression and the pharmacist just didnt seem to care.My doctor then sent a paper script to me through the mail and I will have the new name brand prescription from Aurora Pharmacy in one day. WORLDS on difference.
45 minutes in the drive thru WITH ONE CAR IN FRONT OF ME! I called to ask what was going on when it was my turn and they hung up. I will NEVER go back.
Waited a half hour in drive through to pick up prescription, only 3 cars ahead of me = 10 minutes per customer. Ridiculous.
Terrible pharmacy. They take forever to process and fill a prescription. I had a medicine that I needed urgently and it was over 24 hours since the doctor has sent the prescription. I went to check out what was happening, and they had the nerve to say that they dont have that, that its over the counter. Mind you I have the app and was literally seeing the medicine. So, I decided to go to a different location. This Walgreens location sucks! Dont waste your time going there.
The pharmacist when I called was very rude and kept cutting me off as I tried to ask anything and when I said something to him about it he hung up on me. I recently changed to this pharmacy because its closer to my house but Im going to switch back to my old pharmacy because of how rude they are at this one.
Don’t waste your time here !! If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD! This Walgreens is the only one I have multiple issues with starting with the “managers”,, customer service and they seem to have there own made up rules.. wow I even got questioned why I was buying so many of what I bought (5 tubes of toothpaste) smh I know I’m not the only one by looking at these reviews.

I have two babies with ear infections, my 4 month old screaming. The pharmacist is taking her sweet time and makes me come around to another lane to give me the medicine. Instead of putting them through the tub seperate, because they didnt fit together. Now im here waiting in a long line with my sick babies. SLOW! wont come here again
Called because i had a prescription that was on backorder from Optium RX.The pharmacy tech said they had the med in stock. Contacted Optium and had the prescription filled in a few hours. Excellent service.
Problems filling a prescription month after month
A+++ everyone thats works here is friendly and the pharmacy staff the best.they really care about you and answer all your questions. I would never take my business anywhere else . kudos to all that work here. You guys rock!!
People in the store shopping have no mask on and not following the 6ft rule.this is not being inforced by your works.
They always have great deals and if you miss out on bringing a coupon they usually have an on site coupon book to scan for you. They will even let you double up on certain ones. The location is nice too for people that shop at Aldi (since the parking lots are connected). They are also quick to open up lines when one starts getting backed up at checkout. I wish more stores did that
I recently transferred a prescription from another store. This pharmacist was so helpful! When I picked it up at the drive up window, again, most excellent customer service ! Thanks Walgreens!

This is the worst Walgreens location I have ever had to deal with. If you need to call them? Youre on hold for 30-45+ minutes. Need to pick up a prescription via drive-thru? Be prepared to wait 20-30+ minutes. Need your refill? Expect to wait an extra day or two for them to figure their system out. Want good customer service with kind manners? NOPE. I have been a customer of Walgreens for 10+ years and this is the worst location I have dealt with. Im honestly very close to taking my business elsewhere like Meijer, CVS, etc. They really need a true staff makeover!
Harry T pharmacist is horrible. I asked if I could take Tylenol Cold med that my dr said I should try and passed me up once at the consultation window and almost again! It was if my question was a bother. Turns he said, no I should not take it due to 2 ingredients and then had NO suggestions and just blew it off. I don’t know why I stopped at this location, I use the one on 62nd and Loomis and they are amazing. Oh, and I read Harry Ty’s philosophy on his Walgreens profile and it doesn’t match his professionalism or dare I say, LACK THERE OF. I am in the medical profession and this would never fly in my clinic. I am floored at the horrible service of someone who should be a resource.

Head pharmacist had a nasty attitude when I went there to get my childs script filled. She got mad because she had to drop what she was doing to make sure there were enough pills in stock. Which there werent, so she still had an attitude after that. I wont be going to this location for prescriptions anymore. This isnt the first time I have encountered this problem.
Rude service all the time... pharmacy tech threw my order down on table because I asked a question. Cashier got mad because she had to repeat a question and the photo center messed up all my photos and printed half of them so faces were cut out. And when you call and complain the manager hangs up on you
This store is very rude to to people who dont spend a lot of money no loitering in store unless your a bell ringer for the salvation army Then you can do what you like
