I took my vehicle in for a recall, a basic oil change, and a tire rotation. I made the appointment a week prior for 9 a.m. on my only day off throughout the week. The individual that was taking care of me told me that he had no idea I had an appointment, but that my car would be done by closing time at 6 p.m. They had my email and my phone number, that I had to verify with this person twice (they weren’t writing my name down or my email correctly) and no one contacted me throughout the day whatsoever, so my fiancé and I try to call and even went as far as driving down to their shop to see what was going on and they had already closed their shop. There were a few workers that weren’t part of the maintenance that were leaving for the day and we had stopped them and they said, “There’s nothing we can do you’re going to have to come back tomorrow, sorry.” I had to work a twelve hour shift at a hospital that next day and had no vehicle. I had tried to call the following morning and no one had picked up, I hadn’t gotten a call from them, or even an email from them about what was going on. My fiancé went in the next morning and asked them about the situation and they said that they didn’t feel like they did anything wrong and charged us full price. I will not be returning to Dellen Automotive for any vehicle related needs. It was by far the worst car maintenance experience of my life and I’m disgusted by their staff and the way that they handled the situation!
I have never had an experience as negative as I did with the mechanic at this dealership. Let me start by saying everyone else I dealt with was WONDERFUL! I had heard such wonderful things about their mechanics I decided to give them a try for my oil change. Thats when things went awry. When I met my mechanic, Josh, I immediately got bad vibes from him. I wasnt sure why, but I knew something was off. The entire oil change Josh tried to upsell me and lie to me about what was broken in my car. My grandfather is a retired mechanic and had just finished checking out my car, so I knew everything was fine other than the oil. When I finally left, I informed Josh that I was going to be speaking to his supervisor about his behavior. Josh then threatened me and told me not to. Being a single woman and fairly alone at the dealership, I went home and intended to call his supervisor in the morning. Thats when I received a threatening message on Facebook from Mr. Mullens. Upon talking to a few friends it appears I am not the first person Josh has harassed on messenger. Please take care of this terrible employee immediately.
I recently purchased a 2018 Ram we had nothing but great experience from the initial sales and paperwork, Doug was great to work with and i would highly recommend anyone going to see him. We did have a minor set back with my front strut leaking, But Audrey in the service department did a wonderful job. She worked around my schedule even got me into a loaner so I could still get to work why my truck was in the shop. Went back a few weeks later for an oil change and tire rotation. Audrey once again was able to get my vehicle in and out in a very timely manner. Thank you all for the great service

I gave them a one star before but they did call and set up a time for me to come back and have the brakes reinspected. They were friendly and courteous. Gave me a free oil change for my inconvenience. They made it right and for that I would give them 5 stars.
I am on my 3rd Chevy Equinox and this newest one is the first bought from this dealership. It was worth the drive. They are very friendly, they did all they could to get me the best deal, and everyone was just nice all around! My new car had a few hiccups, but the service dept went out of there way to get it in quickly and get it fixed with minimal inconvenience to me. I also called in to service with a question and they found the answer for me quickly without having to bring it in. I highly recommend this dealership.

We have purchased our last 7 vehicles and always had a good experience until this last Jeep purchase. Sad to say Dellen has turned into a typical car dealership and we learned it the hard way. Beware purchasing here, check and double check what you are told. With our salesperson, he straight lied to us, we took him at his word do to our long relationship with Dellen and past experiences. Big mistake, once we signed on the line, story changed and he did not standby what he told us. Needless to say we will be shopping else where.
I loved this place. The Service department no longer takes walk ins, so my oil change and tire rotation were completed in less than an hour. The people working in the service area are super nice.

Update: Dellen came through! Not only did they get a service engineer from Chevy to come help them diagnose the issue and resolve it. They put us in a Chevy Tahoe while ours was being worked on, detailed the car and filled up the gas tank! Fingers crossed that we have it finally fixed, but it looks promising so far. They went above and beyond to make things right for us. Rick was very accommodating and took care of us!Hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership and service department. They have tried to fix our 2018 Chevy Tahoe now 4 times and have been unable to resolve. They now have requested that I contact Chevy to get them to help, and they havent been much better. Started in September and it is now January with no resolution. Have to take vehicle 30 minutes each way to the dealership and have made a total of 16 different trips to the dealership. Now they are saying that they cant get a Chevy engineer out to take a look at it until after the holidays. We cant use the vehicle at all because it smells like gas, and cant pump gas because it shuts off every two seconds when trying to pump gas. Now they cant get us a comparable vehicle for us to drive until it is fixed, because they dont have one on the lot to use, and they have to have enterprise find one. It has been over a week since we requested a vehicle and they say that they cant find one through enterprise. They promised a call back on Friday of last week and it is now Wednesday, and I have to call into Chevy to get someone to return my call. Horrible customer service, horrendous service department and overall pathetic follow-up.

Took car in for a problem still not fixed. Keep fixing things that arent the problem. So far $1300 spent and not fixed.
We purchased a 2019 Jeep Cherokee and 5 days after the purchase we discovered we had a screw in a tire. Took it to the dealership and spoke with the salesman who sold us the jeep. He made the comment that this was strange because we were the 2nd person he had sold a car to in a week with a screw in their tire. This was a service issue and we needed to go to the service area. The service dept wouldnt do anything for us. We had to purchase a new $200 tire. I guess they arent concerned about our return business. Where is customer service? Very frustrating.
Had an oil change and Tire rotation was in and out in 25 min. Very good service
