Delicious homemade pastries and coffee is very high quality. Wish they had more flavors available seasonally, but still nice choices. Limited seating indoor. For some reason, they only let you sit in the hallway on way to bathroom.
Is a nice small chain for the area to get a cup of coffee and one I dont see everyday.
Great coffee. Highly recommend
I love this place. They know their v customers by name and coffee is great
Cute local coffee place. Home town country vibe. Good assortment of traditional baked goods. Coffees, tea, espresso and lattes are available but not other types of drinks.
Coffee should not cost $3.50 no matter how good the coffee is...love the coffee, not the price. It is like going to a bar and buying an over priced shot
Cozy and great coffee. Staff was very friendly
Your best bet on a Sunday is to function like 22 yr old and order on your mobile device to get better servicce.... those customers seemed to get the.priority service. Service at the counter in person severly lacks..
The coffee is always fresh and the peanut butter cookies are BANGIN!
Delicious fresh hazelnut decafe coffee was fantastic. Service was prompt and friendly. Not a five because they dont have stevia like their other shop on RT 2 in Shelburne. Which is a five.Ps cinnamon twist was lacking in flavor and dry. Stick to scones especially multiberry.
French toast coffee was excellent and the pastries were fresh and delicious. Fast service!
Coffee is great but we waited 15 minutes for 1 cup of pump coffee. They need more staff and maybe someone over 20!
Favorite coffee place. Maple latte with almond milk..mmmm
Over rated over priced
Been coming here once or twice a month for 2 years now and I have been displeased with how inconsistent this place is. My order never comes out the same, timing is always off for online orders, the business isnt staffed adequately for the volume. I dont blame employees for this at all, it all feels very much like a poorly manged store. For the price they charge and how much business they get there is no reason for them to have only one person making drinks during a rush.
I really like the Greenfield location over the Shelburne Falls location. I will say however parking at the Greenfield location is very difficult. Often you have to park in the tow-away zone at the Welden garage next door or used bicycle worlds parking lot. A unique location to Greenfield considering the history of the Taekwondo shop located just down the alleyway which I would never Park in due to the history back when an auto body shop. Now as far as the coffee roasters themselves I find that they are very expensive. I would have given them five stars but when two bagels with bacon egg cheese and onion cost you $16 it hurts. Its hit or miss on how good your bagel is going to be I love the Hadley Bagel there as I just described it above. But often times it takes more than one to make it through a morning. I have a lot of friends by really love it when they take your time to make it with care instead of just throwing it together and throwing it in a bag. You can tell the Baristas there who really enjoy being there and the others who are just there for the paycheck. I do like how they have a note touch process for cashing out. Theyre toasted coconut iced coffee is spectacular but again very pricey for the size. Their chocolate croissants are fantastic but again overpriced. This is a place I would like to support and be a patron of five days of the week but I can only afford to do it maybe four or five times a month if I dont pay the full electric bill and put a little bit to the side. I do think that the quality is not comparable to anything else that I can think of except for down in Deerfield at the four-way stop theres a little store that makes breakfast sandwiches and they are fantastic right behind Leos Tavern. Problem next to Greenfield Savings Bank. But again I wouldnt say it would necessarily be comparable because they dont use the same ingredients or had the same sandwich offerings. But theyre much more affordable you can get to breakfast sandwiches there for $8 with the works. Literally half the cost. I tend to stick to what I know because of the price at the Shelburne Falls Coffee Roasters establishment Im not much into experimenting and trying new things because if I dont like it then Im out a good chunk of money. Not all of us are plush with money and during the pandemic I think most of us really notice how much things cost. I know I have become more observant in conscientious of this. Ive never had their hot coffee but I see a lot of people walking out with them so it must be worth the investment. I will say Ive had their lemon bread and I did not care for it at all it was a very artificial lemony flavor and I am 11 fanatic all my friends and families know I love lemon stuff. I am a very good food critic when it comes to Lemon category Foods or beverages. I felt their bread was too hard to sit and it was very heavy in your stomach as well not just in your hand. I would definitely skip over that and I have not bought it again since. I do enjoy using the Shelburne Falls Coffee Roasters app as I live out of town so I can order when I leave my house and by the time I get to the Greenfield location my order is usually waiting on the counter for me and I dont have to do anything but walk in and pick up my order and go. Its even more contactless than being a walk-in. For someone like me who has health issues I want to be as contactless as possible during this pandemic. Everything Bagels I have ever had especially when theyre toasted on the medium to a little darker. Another positive of their app is you can customize your order with options you wouldnt really maybe know where otherwise available. I will continue to be a patron of this establishment when I could afford to. Its nice to have something in our community that tastes authentic
Cant go wrong at Shelburn Coffee Roasters. Great flavors. You can get this on line also
The pastry were delicious but the coffee was a disappointment.
Always a delightful folk style, quaint experience
I gave five stars before but the horrendous customer service today definitely deserves less. Great place, but they need to review how their staff is speaking to people, I know it’s a crazy world right now but a bad attitude is never called for. I’ve never had an issue with the one on the trail, this was at the one in Greenfield.
Great food. Super nice staff. Clean. Strict with mask protocols.
Best coffee in the area. Great taste. Great cold brew options. Allergy friendly.
I love the coffee. It might be a bit pricey but its worth it. The food is great and atmosphere is very chill. A perfect place to enjoy a cup of Joe and do work on your computer. they offer free WiFi as well.
Great cup of coffee! Toasted coconut is dreamy!
Please remember to separate gluten free orders from regularGreat place !
Overrated faux-yuppie coffee stop. I have never had a good cup here.
The best coffee in the world!!! Sugar maple nut!
Quaint, great coffee
My wife and I love small locally owned coffee shops and this one was a perfect find. The staff were friendly, the environment cozy and clean but most importantly, the coffee was really enjoyable. This will be the shop we go to when we are in town.
Friendly service
Cool little coffee shop on the main street leading into Greenfield. Good place to stop for a coffee and a snack on the way to Mass MoCA. There were some nice baked goods and inventive coffee concoctions. Easy street parking. Some seating available. Coffee making products and roasted coffee beans for sale. Friendly staff. Quick service.
Great coffee, and delicious baked goods. They’re a little pricey compared to other places, but the quality gap is enormous. You get what you pay for here, and their coffee is the best in town. This place gets busy on the weekends and for good reason, it lives up to the hype.
Great coffee selection and locally roasted! A bit on the pricey side for lunch or dinner in my opinion. Great food and delicious treats available
Always great coffee, customer service, and seasonal beverages and food.
Hooray good bagels and coffee!
If your looking for real small town coffee with a bold flavourful punch, then you have found the right spot! The coffee selection here is amazing and I think its overlook a lot of the time considering its location.
Friendly staff. Added a picture of the orange juice (extremely small, sour paid $3.50 for it) and the Double Almond Latte (good size, tastes awesome, paid $5.50 for it) I had a cheese Danish, it was the best Ive ever had. Husband got the Hadley on an e. muffin with Canadian bacon. Good size, he said it was really good. Definitely impressed, would recommend. Price is higher but its quality makes it worth it.
Try their breakfast sandwiches and youll be in heaven they always use real ingredients (the Hadley is the best). The coffee is always rich and full of flavor and the various sweetener options is a very nice plus. Much better then that Dunkin water they call coffee.
Shelburne Falls Coffee Roasters do a great job with their beans, as well as the food and drinks they sell. Today I had one of their breakfast sandwich specials and an autumn cold brew and got a huge bag of coffee, all for just under $30 after tip. The sandwich and cold brew were delicious, and the coffee is probably enough to last me one or two months -- its a real steal, and a local business Im happy to support.
Traveling through Greenfield and stopped in but found the mocha latte to be super bitter and not very mocha-y at all. The breakfast sandwich was also a disappointment. The bagel tasted like whatever had been toasted in the oven before it - not a plain bagel - and it was so greasy even the outside of the foil wrapping was slick.
Really good coffee
Unique and amazing coffee and a real great vibe. Knowledgeable fun and engaging staff. Located in a beautiful town! Dont miss this one if youre in the area. Also check bridge street bazaar for great clothing and unique jewelry!
Prices on the menu are lower than what they charge you when checking out. A friend loved their chai but they recently cut from three shots of espresso to one shot for the same price. Their food and smoothies are very good. The coffee is okay. But management problems like the ones Ive encountered make one worry about what else that youre putting in your mouth is poorly managed.
They are pretty pricey. I got a small hot chocolate which was under $2 but I got a $9 sandwich that seemed sort of expensive. Also it said it was gonna be spicy and it wasn’t at all. The sandwich was good otherwise, the hot chocolate was a thicker consistency than expected but tasty. Would go again but only for drinks.
I love their food AND drinks! They have a lot more drink options besides just coffee! Their breakfast sandwiches are very creative. The place is super cozy and laid-back! They even make their own whipped cream! The only negative is that they are a little expensive.
Great breakfast sandwiches!
Great coffee, friendly atmosphere. Lots of pastries, assorted food on grill, etc. Prime location. Has metered parking. Staff are friendly, efficient. Seating parlor for those not on the run.
I went to use the WiFi this time. Its a good place to get coffee and others drinks or a breakfast or even a sandwich for lunch. Its a little pricey and can get over crowded at times. I go t9 the one in Greenfield and its a small place but worth going when you can afford it.
Good place but please talk to guy at register “eliah” giving out dirty looks and I could hear him talking trash about the customers which isn’t good for business
Nice place to catch up w the locals for a cup of joe🖒and awesome customer service👏
If you enjoy coffee and your in western mass Shelburne falls coffee roasters is the place to go.
Great staff, good coffee & baked goods. No special food allergy food. Gf bread available but area not wheat free. Still love love love this place!
This is my everyday coffee stop. The coffee is excellent, the staff is always friendly and the baked goods are fresh and tasty. Way better than Dunkins, just saying.
Delicious! If your in town and need a coffee, snack or even lunch treat yourself!
Great coffee and beans. Plenty of roasts to meet different tastes. Food is delicious and the place is clean. Pastries are delicious. Rugelah is my favorite when available.
Good coffee and always fresh baked pastries. Kind of a small space so it gets hectic if there are 10+ customers.
Great organic coffee! Cozy hometown feel.
Best coffee and quick bite to eat for breakfast around.
Coffee place relatively inexpensive. Also has some baked goods
So, the coffees awesome. Food is ok. The service has definitely improved. I had boycotted the Federal st store for a long time just due to rudeness of staff. I still take issue with the price. Way over priced. But thats all their stores, not just Greenfield
Cool staff
I love a good local coffee shop and I cant imagine a much better one than this. Their breakfast sandwiches are a nice addition to good coffee.
The coffee is delicious and the Buckland is my favorite breakfast sandwich
This is my favorite coffee shop, expertly brewed coffee with many different kinds of beans available, and delicious breakfast sandwiches.
Smells wonderful when you walk thru the door great breakfast and lunch special But hard to find parking space They are very popular
Good place for a hot cup of coffee, a variety of biscottis, or a hot or cold sandwich for either breakfast or lunch. But be sure you are specific what you want in your coffee or iced drink otherwise they will put how its normally made such as a mocha will be made with chocolate syrup unless specifies with chocolate powder. Little things.
Been coming here for a while now and the quality has been steadily declining. The experience and personnel that was here when the Greenfield location first opened was great. Not so much now. Some of the staff come come work dirty and do not treat their customers with common courtesy. A specific few incidents I got a double order split and me and my party member paid different amounts. They could not resolve the issue within 10 minutes, and wasted my time. To let the staff member redeem theirself my party member then asked for siracha and received a bottle labeled sweet chili. This specific moment ruined coffee roaster for me. I have been In Customer service for 10 years dealing with food and the way this interaction transpired was an indication of poor judge of character in the hiring process. This kid seemed like he was on drugs and did not care about the outcome of his employment.
The coffee is the best!
Good regular coffee and pasteries. Nice relaxed place.
Coffee was good! Food looked good and had a great aroma! The one thing I would work on is making sure the food prep looks emaculate from the customers viewpoint. (E.g. The walls looked yellowish in the back)
One of their tasty cold brew concoctions sure hit the spot for me
Small place but lots of goodies. You can even get breakfast. Great lattes!
It is a nice little place with fresh coffee and delicious muffins.
Great atmosphere. Excellent chai! Be sure to try the chocolate chip cookies
Best breakfast sandwiches in town
Amazing coffee. Cool vibe.
A bit of a Saturday routine ... cappuccino and a bagel. A local classic, SFCR does the job with quality and character. Excellent!
I love their coffee its sooo delicious!!!
Delicious coffee, great chai, and a slice of coffee cake is bigger than my fist (about three times as much as I expected). The feel is of a small, comfy, local coffee shop.
Good menu and prices
Always friendly and prompt, make my London fog custom everytime without complaint or sign of annoyance. Very good biscotti.
Excellent coffee, cozy inside, good pastries. A very pleasant place to spend an hour with coffee and a book
I arrived at 6:29 am on Sunday morning. The sign on the door said 6:30 a.m but it was unlocked, so I walked in. I was greeted with a quite unfriendly were not open yet. Not I need another minute. Not welcome. It was quite rude actually I guess I was supposed to go back to my car and sit? I went to McDonalds and got an absolutely horrible cup of coffee. But better than spending my money here.
I love the quick service friendly people
Amazing place on the way up to go skiing! Fantastic coffee and breakfast sandwiches!!
Cozy, reasonably priced. The only thing I have against them of the folks who walk out the front door and right into traffic.
I love their blueberry muffins and tea options
Always great service, excellent coffee, and delicious food.
Great place. I go to Dunkins more but this is my second choice!!
Great coffee and the breakfast sandwiches are excellent as well. Jalapeno cream cheese is awesome.
Just like the rest of their stores in the Pioneer Valley, the Shelburne Falls Coffee Roasters in Greenfield is delicious, fresh, and super friendly. Best coffee around!!!
Lots of coffee options (iced and hot), sandwiches, cozy inside, and friendly staff.
Good cup of joe n cheese danish
Awesome selection of Great coffee, with a friendly staff serving. Todays selection..... Sugar Maple Nut with a couple shots of almond milk and a dash of cinnamon, sweetened with stevia. Delish!!!!
Great service and delicious food and coffee!
Noho is great with jalapeño bagel, and the coffee was on point with all the options available to dress it up.
This place is nice, but I feel like theres been a decline in service lately. Hoping they turn it around soon, usually a great place with good quality items.
