The crue at this location has always been cheerful and helpful. Our order has always been correct. Im looking forward to the day all the road construction is finally finished so it will be easier to get to a good cup of coffee.

If u wanna sit in this Starbucks, don’t park your car in their lot. You’ll never get out. Once, I actually came outside and directed traffic, because the drive through line stops all the parked cars from being able to be backed out. I have been stuck in their parking lot too many times. Poorly designed drive thru and parking lot. The design engineer should go back to school and learn about safety. The staff inside are wonderful. But, as a lady of a certain age, I just go to the one on 76th and Layton Ave. I don’t wanna be stuck in my car with no way to get out when an emergency occurs. 😝

So excited to have a Starbucks along my route. The drive thru looked congested so I walked in an there was no wait. My order was complete within minutes. I only wish there was a tip option for card use ( for all locations)

Starbucks was one of my daily morning coffe. Til last 45 days. When they stopped serving Splenda and replace it with stevia. My coffee never tasted the same since.

Staff are great. Coffee and food are good. Drive though is notoriously slow. I stop here often on my way to work and wait almost 15 minutes sometimes in the drive-through.

They gave the wrong person my drink after ten minutes of waiting. Then when they made me my new drink it tasted awful and I threw it it after two sips. A waste of $6 and the made me late for work.

Long lines at drivethrough in the morning. I ordered online and walked in to get my sandwich and tea and it was ready waiting for me at theestimated pickup time I was shown in the app. the interior atmosphere was great and it was clean. I dont think they have dine-in but I didnt pay close attention so Im not sure. the workers were nice.

The coffee is good and the staff is always friendly. Any place where the staff has a positive attitude is just that much more enjoyable. There is another big name coffee store in Brookfield and the staff is just horrible 😑. I will not mention the stores name but they are named after an animal.

Good when they are open. Line backs up and parking lot is too crowded. Bsristas are overly friendly. Out of sleeves and caramel a lot.

This location appears to be one of the last ones open later into the evening. Theyre swift in working through their drive through and are courteous and accurate about orders.

Cold drinks dont seem to taste right. Gave this location many tries. Hot drinks taste better but never really hot. Horrible drive through set up. Most employees Ive encountered arent as pleasant as other locations, especially after management treats guests so poorly. Luckily its corporate owned and not family because I will travel to further locations to avoid this 1.

Hours should be updated. It is 7:20pm and they’re closed even though googleMaps says open until 9pm.

Excellent customer service and food tastes great. Only four stars due to long wait times in drive through and unsafe line for drive through as the line was down the street and other cars were trying to get in the drive through from a different direction and it is very unsafe.I went there the first 2 weeks after it opened and they screwed up my order, the manager apologized and provided a discount on my next order. I waited 2-3 weeks before I went back but all the bugs seemed to be worked out and everyone was wonderful as always.I love the location as it is 1/2 mile from my house but still worry about the safety of the drive through line. If that could be figured out, this place would be ideal.To all the employees, we appreciate your smiles and great service. It is always a pleasure even though I may not be in the best mood when I arrive, you all seem to make sure I leave with a smile. Thank you!

This was the absolute worst experience at Starbucks ever. This Starbucks was recently built and the wait line is a SAFETY HAZARD!! The line will stretch out into the street (43rd and Layton) causing traffic to get backed up and cause accidents. The inside is not even open to help the line go down. I waited in this line for over 20 minutes with very little movement. This needs to be rethought.

The worst service! Music inside so loud that you cant hear the employee and they lecture how to wear mask. Craziness!!! That was my first and last visit there, didnt order I prefer spend my money in place that respects customers!

OK so this place is a mess. The line to get in is out onto the street and if you go in on Loomis the cars are still backed up and you cant even park. Who thought this was OK?
