Every time Ive taken my son there theyve alway have been extremely nice and helpful. Im just wondering do they clean xbox ones?

Ive always had great customer service experiences there. They usually have the items that I am looking for or can help me order them. Clean store.

They sold me a copy of horizon zero dawn that was basically a paperweight. Covered in smudges and scratches, and completely unplayable. Absolutely shameful. Im going digital because at least then I know my money wont be wasted.

Most of the time we get the same guy. He is friendly, offers great suggestions. Talks with my kids about video games, levels, and choices. He recommends yes and no games for me when I ask about my kids ages and interests.

The customer service alone at this location was deserving of the 5 star review. The staff was very knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. I traded in my old Xbox One for the new Xbox One X and the staff told me about a few promotions which helped me to make the final decision. While I find Amazon to be super convenient, nothing beats the experience of buying games and game consoles in a place that has an appreciation for gaming that matches their customers.

Because I love gaming and the service is good. Forget about finding any chase Pops though. Pretty sure the employees take them all.

Been going to this GameStop for years. Always had friendly service and their gaming events are pretty good. When the release of SkyRim came out, people were larping and there was a contest for best costume. Great staff.

Man who helped us tonight was great. Got a used Xbox slim and games and Xtra controllers and shirt and batteries and 1 year warranties. Great experience.

We had to go to this one to exchange a xbox console the GameStop on Scatterfield didnt have in stock..so the employee called Greenfield to make sure it was still there & that we were coming so could he hold it for us?..Of course we went & Greenfield employee had the console waiting for us!Going off that one employee Id say this location is pretty good! A little far for us to make a run to unless in that type of situation but is worth it if needed to!

Walked in and was greeted. Asked if I was looking for anything and needed help. Said no not at this time. Followed me around like I was going to take something. Spent 100$ and was still being followed. Really?!?!

This Game stop seems to be in a popular spot In town. Located next to Walmart. They have a good selection of games and a staff thats helpful and knowledgeable.However I can not get over how much they price gauge customers. Merchandise tends to be 20-50% more expensive then other places or Walmart.PS4 controllers were around $60. Walmart and others had them around $40.The PSone class was almost $100. Walmart and others had then around $50.Everything was drastically more expensive.... Used games, new games, consoles, controllers and accessories. I mean if you dont care thats cool. I was just kinda shocked because it was noticeable.Retail Apocalypse is coming, GameStop needs to set it up if it wants ti be in business

Every time I go to this store, the employees and managers are exceptionally polite and helpful. Even when they dont know the answers to your questions, they know how to find out relatively quickly and are always cheerful. A trip to this store is always a pleasure, and that is honestly hard to find in this crazy world.I usually go to scope out Nintendo Amiibos, and see what kind of deals they have on Pokémon cards or clearanced items. If you seek Amiibos, check this store often.... or dont, more for me lol. They have a decent rotation of Amiibo, and they always have good deals, an amazing selection of new and used games, and interesting collectible items.This store even has clothing! Absolutely INCREDIBLE!Furthermore, I feel it necessary to let you know that Im very picky and not easy to please, yet this store gets a maximum rating from me. TWO THUMBS WAYYYY UP!Edit: 2 years later and this review is still applicable. This store is still awesome!
