Not everything is Covid!! You turned away a patient that ended up having strep. So, you’re denying people basic f$&king healthcare because you need a negative Covid test in the last 24 hours. Guess what…Covid isn’t going anywhere. Your precious vaccines have shown us that. But your customer service is garbage as well as your “policies”…I hope you continue to deal with being short staffed and having garbage shifts. You deserve it all….
This store is very dangerous. Check you prescription. They have mislabeled my medications as well as given me the wrong insulin but told me it was correct. I took it as prescribed but found out later after going to Hospital that the pharmacist knowingly gave the fast acting and not slow acting insulin to me. I could have died. I now know of a second guy who this happened to. He has neuropathy and it spread do to other parts of his body. He said this went on for about a month. I found that the same pharmacist is still working there. CVS is self insured the guy said. He is now disabled and cvs gave him next to nothing and can not work nor walk as he did prior to what CVS did. I just went to the store to pick up meds and its 24hrs. No one there to give you your meds. Staffing issues but have nothing to say when it is staffed. Now how do we get our supplies. Only three places in town. This is not acceptable.
Great selection of drinks from the cooler. Unfortunately they seldom restock them so lots of empty shelves in the cooler for weeks at a time. Ridiculous!
Was very displeased with pharmacist Breanna, script called in at 10am went at 4pm to pick scripts up and 1 was done( pain killer) the penicillin was not ready, when I found out that I did not receive the penicillin I called to expedite picking up script as I needed to take my antibiotics. As I talk to the pharmacist I said I was 15 minutes away she had told me it would be 30min to 45 min my reply was this is my 2nd trip down and I was already on the road so Ill be there in about 15 minutes and I hope they will do there best, instead of leaving it at that Breanna thought it was best to sarcastically say it will be 30 minutes to 45 minutes and hung up the phone. The were not short staffed as when I got there they had 4 or 5 people working. Phones dont get answered. Would recommend going to a different location, Walgreens doesnt seem to have this issue.
I am watching one pharmacist working alone on a busy night. He is getting killed and is literally running to get me my medications. Corey is an exceptional employee from everything I have seen.
Would literally give zero stars if I could. Called over to ask about a medication and the person who picked up was so rude. Of course I dont have her name because she transfer me before I could ask. Good luck cvs. You might find more people going to Walgreens if you keep this one on the payroll
This pharmacy is terrible, the management is bad, most of the staff with a exception to a couple of people are rude and have poor customer service skills. The staff is mostly comprised of boomers & Karens and if youre trans it can sometimes make you uncomfortable with the misgendering and condescending tones, just like some of the older people in this county. When you have a prescription they almost never have it ready, they take forever to get it ready, They dont give you calls in advance if theres a problem with insurance or if its pending. And youll constantly get spammed by their automated phone calls regarding your prescription, almost daily and sometimes a few times a day.Sometimes they may have your prescription ready while youre waiting and they wont even call out your name, the pharmacy staff can be borderline useless with answering questions as well.I would suggest if you want a better pharmacy, go to the Walgreens just a block away or go to the walgreens in turners.
Worst service ever!!!!! Came back 3 times in a row and was told 20 more minutes each time! Would give negative stars if possible. If your thinking of going here drive to the next town itll be quicker. Staff was unhelpfull and couldnt care less! Seriously avoid this store!!!!!!!
Its nice that CVS is open 24 hours. They have the usual selection of drug store merchandise and snacks. I feel like there prices are a little high but thats compared to the grocery store. Sometimes you can get a lot of things on sale. Especially over the counter medicine. The pharmacy is good and usually has prescriptions ready in a decent amount of time. Overall not a bad store. Just try to do your regular daytime shopping elsewhere.
I shouldnt even have to put 1 start but that one star will go to the staff in the pharmacy department that are pleasant. I call quite frequently as it is a part of my job to check on the status of medications that I or my provider send over. The female that answers the phone to assist with checking on the status of medication is extremely unfriendly and unpleasant. She doesnt say hello, she doesnt say goodbye she is extremely short over the phone and quite frankly rude. I understand pharmacy departments are busy but this is unacceptable I call multiple pharmacies a day and this is THE only one who is like this, and Families tell me the same exact thing about this specific woman who answers the calls in the pharmacy department.
Wonderful set up for COVID vaccine. Person administering mine was great. Very professional. Store very clean.
We drove about an hour to get our Covid vaccines there. What a wonderful experience.Incredibly organized and professionalThe manager, staff and pharmacists were all friendly, upbeat and extremely accommodating and knowledgeable.
Friendly staff, great customer care. They worked with me to lower some of my medication costs, amazing!
I called on the phone because I needed an emergency dose of my medication sent here—it’s the pharmacy I’m closest to—and they were not only unhelpful, they were rude and accusatory and hung up on me when I tried to explain my situation. I am not from MA and my provider is not in this state, and because USPS has been backed up, the prescription I needed has not arrived. I am out of medication and this is an urgent situation. But when I explained all this, and even gave the number they needed to call so my provider could fax over the prescription, they told me “they didn’t have to do anything,” and hung up on me. I’m really shaken by how rude and dismissive these people are, and frankly it’s dangerous considering they’re dealing with people who are trying to get medication for their health and mental stability.
Rude and obnoxious drive-thru staff, old hag with short grey hair is the most obnoxious of all.
Not to good not to bad
WORST PHARMACY IN TOWN!!!!have been using this pharmacy for years (not sure why) but on top of the long wait always, the pharmacy staff is super rude! I think I got cut off/ignored at LEAST 4 times in a 1 minute phone call!!! For being as busy and popular as they are, the customer service is terrible!!!!
What an absolute nightmare this place is. Rude pharmacy staff- how about a little compassion when you’re telling someone you are OUT of a medication they need to survive?!?! Or better yet- keep the medications stocked up! What a disorganized mess. Every single time we have to come here there is a problem. Get it together!
Generally nice staff, but I HATE, HATE, HATE the self checkout. Go to the pharmacy line. Usually moves fast and they are nice.
I went to get my 1st COVID-19 Vaccine shot.
Self-service machines that are not sanitized between customers, and that may not even get sanitized? No alternative for people who dont have credit or debit cards? No employees to be found anywhere? Why is a business that has Pharmacy in its name not thoroughly embarrassed to be contributing to both the potential spread of COVID, as well as the addition of even more aggravation and difficulty to peoples lives? This is the last time I set foot in this store.
I just love that they are open full-time 24/7 a day and you can refill prescriptions 24/7, so thats fantastic!I have found myself need to come here for random things at all times of the day and they fact that they are open 24/7 is a blessing! The store is always clean and the staff is very friendly considering the unique town its in.
A prescription of mine was sent here accidentally. Both Walgreens and Rite Aid have had no issues processing my insurance. CVS couldn’t handle it and insisted there was an issue with my insurance. Transferred the prescription to Rite Aid and there were no issues. They really need to train their staff better.
Waited 20 mins in line just because i wanted to pay cash and the cashier is just doing self check out... which is cashless.Shouldve just walked out with the stuff.
Last night I watched a cashier allow three people to make purchases without wearing any kind of face-covering. Dont you dare tell me youre here as a business (pharmacy) to serve the health of the community while at the same time ignoring the most BASIC of ways to promote public health during a pandemic.
Really bad customer service.
DANGER! COVID-19 EXPOSURE LIKELY! In Greenfield, MA, on 8/1/20, new automated checkouts were only about three feet apart on center, front of the store was overly crowded, and store employees were aggressively moving people forward, crowding us together, making sure all of the too-close checkouts were being used, and hovering over our shoulders. No manned checkouts were made available. Multiple employees walking up to me way too close without my consent. Store sells healthcare products. Entry by infected persons very likely. Checking out felt like being loaded into a cattle truck. It was terrifying, and other customers vocal complaints about being too close were also ignored.
Very clean and well stocked! Great specials all the time! Best seasonal selections around! Parking lot is ample! Checkouts are usually busy but they do a good job! Pharmacy is the challenge depending on what time of day you go and how busy it is! Some clerks seem stressed out and tired! The pharmacists have always been very helpful and informative to us! Dont forget that cvs offers a minute clinic as well on a walk-in basis!
My husband was treated rudely by a front end cashier who made personal and racist comments. Cannot contact manager to report this incident. Disappointed, unimpressed, taking our business elsewhere.
Very helpful all the time and cashiers are pleasant and always ask if you found everything you were looking for, helped you if you didnt. Pharmacy is extremely good and always have time to answer questions.
Asked for help and you would of thought I was taking everything this person owned the way she responded. I suspect CVS underpays its workers.Headed to WALGREENS.
Its a CVS...... Anyway I like how its 24/7 now I have been there countless times at 3am for sick kid supplies. During the early morning there is normally only two or so people around however they are always ready to help you and respond quickly to the register.
Called pharmacy tonight for some RX info. Got info I needed but the customer service quality was nonexistent. Unfriendly, unpleasant, and “tudy” tone made me feel like I was disrupting her w my call. Might as well answer their phones saying “What do you want?”But I do shop this CVS often. Have had a few “less than pleasant” experiences like having the cops called on me and I wasn’t even stealing! But haven’t seen that associate since, lucky for her. I do try to use as many coupons as I can per purchase so they tend to get a little annoyed w me. (I’d prob be annoyed w me too lol)I will say, I am guaranteed to have a pleasant, helpful, and relaxed shopping/coupon experience when LUCAS is working.
I went into cvs to send a MoneyGram. The cashier (Rebecca) was totally rude, and was not trying to help me at all. In service industry, I expect to be treated with respect when making a simple transaction- it is after all her job. Instead she seemed annoyed by having to assist. It did not leave a good impression.
Always helpful staff. Can find 99% of things in one stop shopping
Never staffed past 10pm and nearly impossible to find an employee to ring you up.
Take forever to fill prescriptions.
This pharmacy is a joke! Called my script in my script around 2pm with a pick up time of 5pm. Get to Cvs at 9pm, seven hours after my original refill request and they inform me its not finished. Had this been the first time I would be way more understanding but no this is a reoccurring issue with them. Women sitting at computer says come back in twenty mins, for mutiple reasons I am not gonna explain here this is a MAJOR pain hence calling ahead! Get home and less then five mins later I get a text from Cvs saying my script is ready. Its now suddenly clear they didnt even bother filling my script until I showed up for it. Real classy Cvs..Walgreens here I come!
There is one lady who is extremely judgmental in the pharmacy when you bring certain scripts to be filled. So now I only fill basic scripts and bring my others to Walgreens.
Great hours, great deals on cereal, and great service
Open 24 hours. There are also plenty of cosmetics. There are also snacks and soft drinks.
