Always find more than I was looking for.emplyees are great too.very friend and helpful. Manager runs a tight ship, keeps place clean and organized. Does well on inventory movement in Greenfield. Nothing last long time but Always something else to get. Five stars! Nice people and couldnt find better customer service from everyone involved in store operations and manager
First time to this store. Wow how nice, neat and clean. So organized. Others not so much .And prices somewhat higher than other stores, but from what I saw its because they have nicer items.Staff super helpful and friendly too.Great Job!!!I will be back.
This location CONTINUES to disappoint me! I go to all the Restore locations A LOT, however, this one is closest to me so I’ve tried to bite my lip and give it the benefit of the doubt time after time! Their prices are a lot higher than other restores and their merchandise is continually the same. I can deal with the first two, however, I cannot deal with their staff!!!! They have consistently been rude to me over and over. It’s absolutely appalling to be treated in such a manner. I am at the point where I never want to step foot in this location again! Management needs to take a long hard look at what’s going on here and teach their staff/volunteers how to simply respect people! I would warn anyone against this location, spent the extra 20 mins to go to another location that actually respects you!!
I dont usually leave bad reviews but this place is absolutely the worst. One of their employees smells heavily of alcohol and is clearly drunk or on some kind of drug. The others are rude and will ignore customers. Had to ask the lady up front several times for help before I even got her attention. Prices are way too high and they refuse to come down on anything. Management needs to take a good look at the people they employ here.
Awesome awesome place, staff are great, prices reasonable. Most of the items they get are in pretty good shape.
A very nice thrift store. Have a lot of construction items, nice furniture, and second hand construction items. Not extremely cheap but above average items.
Love going to shop and see what they have new to offer. Friendly and always helpful.
Best Restore Ive been to! Love the random finds and usually decent prices
Very nice place. Good products for a great price.
The store is crowded but maintained. They have a variety of household items that I believe are reasonably priced well below retail. Friendly staff.
No wouldnt hold a couch for my sister for 3 hours even if she pd. For it until she could get a truck to get it.
We frequent the Restores around town. This one is amazing. The pricing. The organization of the store. Bravo to this team!!
Love this place, I wish they had more, explan..please
Great prices and great funiture. I love to shop their for all of my house needs.
They had a wide selection of gently used furniture and appliances here. Very clean environment. And some of the construction materials on hands seemed a bit overpriced to me but and fairness I havent really priced in a while.
Why us it that these are donated items and Habitat raises the price to some ridiculous amount. That is why people likely just to shop at Macys or online. Not worth digging through the overpriced second stuff.
A good place for savings
I brought some of my late husbands belongings to donate and was told by the older gentleman working there I had nothing but useless junk. This place is very unprofessional and are just trying to make a profit.
There are a lot of hidden gems here and support for a good cause.
Great place to get stuff if your working on your house good deals plus the proceeds go towards helping people
These places are great, always find something awesome there!
Great please to go for saving money
Theres a little bit of everything thing there.. lights, tile, carpet, bath tubs etc.Great helpful employees..
Just looking today very well organized and helpful employees. Just didnt have what I wanted.
Great place for good deals.
Nice shop. Ok prices.
You can find pretty much anything for a home and its affordable.
Play spaz good stuff often but if you dont get it when you see it itll be gone quick
Big selection...good prices
This habitat is on my weekly find something great route. Friendly people / good values
I went in there to see what they had
Employees are always nice and very helpful.
Great deals. Always. Redoing a home will save alot $$
Recentle I have an horrible experience. I wanted to buy an item that it doesnt fitted in my car. I wanted to pay and came the next day for the item. Because it was close to 5 p. It wouldnt give me time to comeback with the truck. So yes, I asked somebody for a truck, bu when we get there with the truck the item was sold. This wouldnt happen if I was able to pay for the item and holding for more time. This is a place for rich people only. Its un exchange of products between them. They dont accept any payment unless you item pick up immediately the item. Only can holding the item up to 5 pm with out pay the item. So, where is the humane on this? Nothing close with the Habitat store in New Castle, IN. They holding more time the item and also do shipping services free. I hope the manager of this store put attention to this and change the policies of this store, that should be for the services to the poor not to the rich people. Go and see for your own eyes. Prices are to high for lamps up to $100. Etc... now they are put it a price comparison paper on each lamp or some other products. I hope everything change in this store for the real benefits of poor people.
I love the habitat stores Great idea
Great place to find the odds and ends everyone needs. If your planning a small remodel job it would behoove you to stop here first. Who knows how much you could save. See you soon!!!
The staff is very helpful and I love that the profit from my purchases helps Habitat build more houses!
Incredible selection at incredible prices and a staff that goes out of their way to serve.Have literally saved thousands of dollars for 3 different home remodeling projects thanks to ReStore.
Great selection when I visited.
Great place. Has a little of everything. Love going there.
I love this store! A great place to cheaply get your creativity fix.
I am always down for reusing things and this is a good place to look before you go to the Hardware store. The carry windows and plywood so keep that in mind. Great place to get cheap paint if you are not hard set on having the exact shade you need. If redoing a house or room look here first.
Cool stuff, just alittle expensive...
Close to home. If you are wanting to donate items they will come pick up. However will not take clothes or baby items. Also make sure items are newer or close to new prior to donating. Will not pick up if they don’t want it.
Found a cool wooden box for only $5.00!
Great prices! Great service! Great cause!
They are great! Good prices and the variety of building materials are great!
We often find something useful for our home here. Everyone should stop in once in awhile. Find great deals and support a wonderful organization.
Enjoying going there. Today we bought a great looking wooden kitchen table with five cushioned chairs. The people there are really friendly and very helpful. My husband and I appreciate the store.
Ive gotten in the habit of stopping by ReStore just about every Saturday. You never know what youre going to find. Oftentimes, nothing for us, but sometimes treasures of surprising quality - furniture, a China set, & tools. The prices are fair and the staff is friendly and helpful. Dont forget to check out the open air shed behind the store.
Very good
Great place to work and go to, its the biggest habitat in Indiana. The staff are friendly and awesome.
Its good if you need some remodeling materials or cheap (ish) furniture. Best thing about it is that it benefits the community and people who need a home. Almost all of the furniture is taken to reuse from other homes that have been remodeled. I would say its worth a trip.
Nice and organized. Very good prices on a lot of stuff.
You just never know what your going to find. Customer service is great
Being a DONOR to this organization is NOT worth the hassle! On two separate occasions now, the pickup guys rejected my donation because the furniture wasnt pristine enough. They are extremely picky, completely unwilling to do light spot cleaning or any improvement whatsoever for donated items. If there is even a small, minor stain or imperfection, they reject your item. But when scheduling over the phone for pickup, no one questions the item or gives any indication that they might refuse to take it away for you. Once again, Im having to scramble to make last minute arrangements because I cant rely on them to take my furniture as planned. I have a small living space and a new couch being delivered tomorrow. And now Im stuck with my old couch, trying to figure out an affordable alternative for removal asap.Habitat needs to question people, even review pictures beforehand, if necessary. If theyre going to insist on barely-used furniture, they need to assess their donations properly beforehand instead of wasting everyones time. Its very alienating to donors to make it this difficult. They wont dump the item for you either, even though they planned for the space of your item on their truck for the day. So now Im stuck paying over $100 for removal costs, or renting a truck by the hour and inconveniencing my family or friends to ask for their last minute help. Im looking into other alternatives just in case, but you get the idea. Thanks for nothing, Habitat. Two failed pickups is enough. Youve lost my business for life.
Restore is one of my favorite places to go. You can get really good Bargains On used equipment. Their selection of sofas and Cabinetry is excellent. Staff is friendly and helpful.
One of the places that its not a problem purchasing used items, and the staff who goes into the store to assist. Prices are not excessive.
We were looking for a exercise bike they had 3. Very good prices and in good condition for used. Bought one. They have a variety of stuff.Employees were great help also.
Great prices on new and used items. Bought a nice brand new little cabinet for the kitchen for about a quarter of the price of something comparable at IKEA. And, bonus: it was already assembled. 🤩
Donated used and new household and building material items are sold and the profit is use by Habitat for Humanity to build homes. What a great way to help a very worthwhile organization! You never know what will be in stock, but thats half the fun!
Lots of different items for your household that you can purchase here. But, have to be careful what you buy here because you could get home and find that something is not functioning correctly. We bought a replacement toilet here and we are happy with it. We did however have to replace the internal gasket were the water flushes from the tank to the bowl. Without said gasket the water was continually draining from the tank to the bowl. As a result the tank was certainly refilling.
Wish I could hold furniture for even just a couple hours but Im sure they have a reason for that policy. Great furniture gets donated all the time. We furnished our bedroom and kitchen for $340. All solid wood too! So nice
Maybe seasonal, but not a muh as expected.. easy to locate and very fair on price for most material and appliences... Its for good cause people... And ran by volunteer
Absolutely beautiful to walk into. Nice, clean and completely organized. Friendly and helpful staff. Greatly recommend this store to all
I used to love going to RESTORE. Id go every other day. But their prices are out of control. Especially for the shape some of the items are in.
My first time in here and we spent like $400.00. Its an awesome store if your fixing up an old house!!!
There is always something to find or give you ideas for home projects
They have a little bit of everything. Tubs, showers, vanities, cabinets of all kinds, sinks, faucets, lighting, appliances, doors, windows, tile, tools, vinyl siding, furniture and lots more. At very economical prices. Always getting new things here. Definitely worth the trip.
Always something new and cool to see but you need to go often so you dont miss a one of a kind item or deal. They also support a great cause so you cant really go wrong. Keep an eye out as this location is kind of tucked back off the road and easy to miss for even local patrons.
It was really great spent to much money but we supplied 3 houses with Furniture... Where can you get a chair for $5🤑😇
Good price when you find what you are looking for in the store.
I have shopped here several times. It is a great place to find a multitude of items for the DIY person. In my opinion the items are very reasonably priced and mostly new. The staff are helpful and friendly plus the $$ go to a worthwhile project instead of big corporations.
Very nice items in the store.
Very nice place
Nice place lots of vintage
OMG it was so windy today that French doors I had just purchased from habitats restore,....one had flown out of the back of my truck and smashed all over the ground. Crazy! The service there is amazing. The staff treat you like family and the prices are so low that youll never want to shop anywhere else. EVER!!!
As expected. They had an item I didnt need that I bought and the one I needed they didnt have.
Great store excellent resource..not the biggest ..I suggest dropping by every two weeks..
Love my store you can always get a fine just about everything that you would need at a bargain he just might have to go back several times because it gets new stuff in all the time but its worth the while
Wonderful store and people
For a place taking donated items to resell I was very disappointed in the pricing. I was looking for a few older base kitchen cabinets to refinish and make a project out of. The cabinets they had in the store were priced so high I went and bought new cabinets from home depot for similar price to what they had. I understand they are trying to make a profit to benefit others however when you have items donated and its mostly all used, it should be priced accordingly. I wont donate to this place anymore.
Very clean very friendly reasonable prices
Very friendly and very helpful, bought a dresser and matching night stand, and helped load without hesitation.
Wow shop here first before remodeling. Shop often. Materials change frequently. Neatly organized and a staff ready to help. You must take it with you no holds so come prepared to take something home !
Organized space. Knowledgeable employees. If you dont see what you are looking for just ask!
Nice people and place. very clean for a restore but selection was limited. prices were good though.
Good deals
Love this place
Great prices and the people there are always willing to help you out. They usually have a decent selection of items.
Good place to go for cheap used building materials, very friendly good prices
This place is great! Lots of really good items at really good prices. And it helps a great charity!
Had a lots of nice things today
It was great, I got a nice kitchen table and chairs along with a hutch. Both were in good condition. I called a friend who helped me move the furniture. The staff was great and very courteous.
Prices are increasing for donated goods and most used. Some things I came home and ordered new with sales these days why not buy new.
