Had an amazing experience at Home Depot. Oftentimes being a contractor you find yourself readjusting orders regarding material list due to whats on hand. Had amazing help from Mark S. readjusted my order with ease. 🙏🙏🙏 overall experience extremely pleased. Even showed me how to streamline future orders through text to confirm. 💥 Will definitely be returning to this Home Depot in Greenfield #2619

I havent really used the home Depot very much but has a great location across from the Big y complex its easy to get to in Greenfield Mass,, its a fairly big store with a lot to offer contractors and homeowners alike,, I might actually apply for a job there,, they could do better with price incentives and matching deals and various ways of saving money though, overall I think the prices are somewhat too high,, in general. They also do have a very good garden center to the right of the store they sell sheds out front to the left as well and they have a work flatbed that you can rent out by the hour..

This was my first time shopping at Home Depot in Greenfield and the experience was super cool.As a designer, I am always looking for ways to improve our fashion boutique. I had an idea for a new-multi purpose shelving for display. I was able to find everything we needed with ease and was in and out in about 30 minutes. This is a great store, its very spacious and well laid out.

Misguided company political affiliation asside, I came here on a work errand to buy 20 gallons of barn paint. They had plenty of red and white in stock. With the nursery display and the hills in the background, this is the most beautifully located home depot Ive seen.

I was having a hard time finding a specific product. Mark came along and asked if I needed help and worked very hard and found the product online. He was pleasant and resolved the situation with a smile.

Very well kept franchise. Staff is always attentive and helpful. Bathrooms are always clean.

Gave me a little trouble picking up supplies that my wife ordered because I wasnt listed as picking up. Im not sure how many people are waiting to steal $15 worth of mouse traps from other people with an uncommon last name, but still my go to place around the area for tools/home repair needs

Wish they had a bigger selection of products like their bigger stores. They could make the store bigger with all the empty store spaces next door. They are making use of the extra space in the parking lot so dont see why they couldnt offer more selection in the store. 🤔

We went to Home Depot to buy a class 4 pin. Although they did carry it, Troy went out of his way to call the nearby part stores until he found one. This redefines excellent customer service. We are full time RVers and without this piece we could not move forward. Thanks Troy!!!

Home depot, not bad for having most of your product, however the last few trips ive made in ive had some issues with things. I dont understand if the store can have am online deal why i cant go into the store and get that deal especially if you have said store set as your store. Ive also have had trouble a few times with it saying they have the product at the store but when i get there they tell me they only sell them online. Lastly, i have just bought a car, i made a trip to home depot parked as far away from other vehicles as possible and i come out to one of their carts smashed into my car and now my passenger door is dented in... I complain to their customer service and they just tell me oh it happens to me all the time... So normally i would rate the store 4 out of 5 but 3 just seems more appropriate considering..

I love this store! Everything I need for my house and garden- right there!

Pretty bad trip. Pallet left in front of what I needed. Waited in sight of 4 employees waving. Ignored by all except the woman at the garden register who had the idea to climb in the rack, and Id climb in halfway, and just up and move 6ft fence post bundles through a 2ft gap. Not great, but thats why I was there. Paid for those.Same trip. Paid for 10 bags of stone, and asked for help getting it from the rack to the car (to avoid what happened before) and was just told to go down and get it and come back to the service desk while they found someone. Help never came.

I met a friend who was helping me choose some flooring samples for my kitchen, dining room, and my basement room.

Our sales associate was extremely helpful in selecting the right board for our project.

Mark from pro desk always provides an exceptional service. I have worked with many pros while doing projects in the house but Mark is definitely standing out with an exceptional services. He is knowledgeable, professional, advocates and doesnt hesitate to do research on unknown. I love shopping at home depot, thow this last visit I felt rudely treated in the manner of secret employesundercover following my friend and I throughout the store. Im a honest hard working mother and never steal. So to be followed, then when looking for assistance in aisle, where no help was, completely amazing. Thow we found 5 out 9 things we needed. Still got minimum Aid from employee of different department, Totally unhelpful. 😒

Ive always enjoyed shopping at Home Depot, staff is always nice great prices. Knowledgeable. If they dont have an answer, they will get some one who does.There safety measures are comforting.My experience at Home Depot has always been a pleasant one.

Good selection and service. Just save those receipts, I have bought electric supplies for outlets, lighting, etc that didnt work. However they always fix the problem.

I did mostly browsing Just to see what they have I did get a cup of things but I ask a lot of questions Which most of the Employees was very happy to help me I found that very surprising Because not too many places you go to these days willing to help.

Great that they even have toilet paper.

We have developed a relationship with our local store. Having owned three fixer uppers, we spend a lot of time there. The Greenfield, MA, store has some solid and knowledgeable employees. I also love that we can shop the HD website and have it delivered to the store. It allows for more varied options.

Its Home Depot what more can I say. Lots of stuff some great quality some not so much. I find many of the products are Chinese made nothing inherently wrong with that so long as you know how to judge quality. I prefer tools that are manufactured in the USA but thats my preference. Other items it doesnt matter to me as much.

Picked up an online order; Minimal time required; Nice feature; Well done at HD. This is not my most local store but they held up the standard Ive come to expect.

Waited 40 minutes at curbside pickup. Are the Trump donations preventing you from hiring an extra minimum wage teenager? If you promise a service during a pandemic you have to be able to deliver. Unacceptable.

Waited long time to get in but felt very safe. Mike was very helpful to assist me finding the right tool.

Nice size store for Greenfield! Great assortment of many items at reasonable prices! Bought a stainless steel fridge here by whirlpool about a year ago and its great! Bought an electric fireplace here about 4 years ago and going strong! Their garden center is quite large with many items extending into the parking lot! Associates are friendly and helpful! Check em out today!

The staff was kind and helpful. Missy at the front was able to direct me where I needed to go, Mark in the back was able to make what I needed happen and Ron was pleasant when I went to cash out. Thank you for quality staff.

The order not ready clerk at counter blamed civid and said to come back in 2 hours. After we fuss the order was fil look ed.

Last option kinda place, don’t expect the staff to be eager to help ( the company doesn’t pay enough to have knowledgeable help). But, it’s a box store and no Lowe’s close enough.

Always ask questions of their staff, wonderful people. Didnt find everything we needed, but they sure tried to help us from what they had available.

Pros:Always have a halfway decent experience everytime I come to this store even when I have been moody the staff remain friendly and helpful to an extent.Cons:Everytime I have to get an item down from the top storage (Items stored on the upper shelving) it takes the store associates a minimum of 30 minutes to retrieve the item for you. I have waited upwards of 2 hours before to get shower surrounds down from the above shelving.

Didnt find what I was looking for but very easy to find the isle I needed. Nice to see the cart handles being sanitized.

Super quick and easy curbside pickup.

For a big box store, this one feels big enough without being overwhelming. It wont have everything you need if youre a pro, or are particular, but itll get you there 95% of the time. It often feels like theres more staff than customers, but what that translates to is that if you need help, its there..

Went in looking for pine pellets for pellet stoves and was directed to the only stove pellets in the store. Was reassured multiple times that it was pine pellets.It wasnt pine pellets and at 40 pounds, it wasnt exactly a pleasure to have to return.

Mark Stelzer flooring specialist and Mike D-26 Were very helpful and knowledgeable with what we were looking for they gave great advice which helped with our bathroom remodel! My trip to Home Depot today was to buy parts for an exterior stairway. This is one of my favorite Home Depot anyway every associate is extremely helpful and cooperative. Today I was directed to find all the things I needed, and that check out, associate Lauren suggested I opened a commercial account and save a good portion of money. She got me started in the process and directed me over to Mike at the builder service desk. He completed the process, and I saved almost 50% of my purchase cost through their efforts. This summer I have a 400 sq ft wooden deck to build and you can bet Ill be going to Home Depot in Keene for all my construction needs.

Fantastic customer service from Outdoor Department Manager Peter and Store Manager, Joe. Found an item I had been hunting for for weeks - Right off the truck at the loading dock. Helped me to my car and off I went with the grill, a sturdy cooler, an ornamental perennial, paper products and pest control (NOT Monsanto and not environmentally contaminating, thank you...!). Great humor, patience and perserverance. I cant recommend this location highly enough.

Joe the new store manager is amazing. I had some problems with a large delivered order placed with the Pro Desk and when I called the store to report my issues the first assistant manager I talked to made it a much worse problem putting all the burden on me to fix the stores mistakes.Upset about that I drove down from Vermont to the store and talked to a second assistant manager who was a very nice guy and together we solved the original problems but because of the large order, I did not discover until later an even bigger issue with a very bad batch of unusable 10 studs delivered to me.I am not one to complain about every little thing and have realistic expectations but after trying to work with what was given to me I gave up in frustration and took a few photos and headed back to the store and this time asked for Joe.Joe took one look at the photos and after a very sincere apology and without me asking for anything, Joe said I will have 40 new 10-2x 4 delivered to your job site in an hour. This was on a Saturday morning just before Christmas. It takes a special manager and person to respond in this amazing way to solve a problem on such a busy day.He then immediately got his team working on it. When I got back to the job site I got a nice call from the Pro Desk giving me an update and soon later the lumber was delivered by two of the nicest employees who would not even let me help unload their Load and Go truck. At least one was a department head. Joe took a bad situation and turned it into the best customer experience of my life from any store of any kind.I am a pro contractor and shop with 5 different Home Depots between Rutland, Vermont and Pittsfield, MA and although the Greenfield store is on the small size, store manager Joe is making shopping there a big time experience. After my bad encounter with the first assistant manager it was a great surprise and pleasure to meet Joe and the four outstanding employees that helped me that day.

I like shopping at Home Depot in Greenfield because they have personnel who have worked in the trades and know what theyre talking about. Joe the plumber is always a great help in finding what I need and offers instructions on how to install the product. Jim Thurber is also extremely helpful. He listens, and suggests products with instructions on how to install the product. On occasion, hes suggested buying more than I wanted to spend by getting a complete door and casing, for instance, instead of just replacing the door for an easier installation and better result. He understands drywall and drywall finishing products, helping me to buy the correct tools and materials for the best results. I found that I can rely on his expert advice and integrity in selecting products best suited to my needs. Mr. Thurber is soft spoken and has demonstrated that he has the customers best interests at heart. He even fixed a jammed staple gun for me. Great employees like these are reasons why I am a loyal Home Depot customer.

Multiple experiences where I waited for an employee to come to an aisle and assist me after they’ve been paged and they never showed. You’ll have a better experience at your local mom and pops hardware store.

Im often surprised and disappointed at what isnt available in store. Whether Im looking for a digital pH meter, or a welding solvent that isnt just PVC cement, or PVC slip to garden hose threaded couplers, Ive had to buy them on the home Depot website for pickup in store, when the home Depot website even has them. Far as I can tell, Im going to Amazon for a decently priced pH meter.I suppose you can only stock so many things, with shelf space being at a premium, but the oversights are usually pretty surprising. Individual 2 gallon leaktite buckets? You can get those in store. Case of 10 to gallon buckets? Only available in Argee brand, and only over the internet. 1/2-in 45-degree PVC elbow? Available in Hadley for 68 cents, but not in Greenfield, where you can get them shipped for $232 each. I think that last one is a mistake, but its a mistake that made me drive to Hadley because I wasnt going to trust the website to not charge me $232 to ship them to the store (with free shipping!)If you can go to aubuchon, supporting local businesses is always better because it reinvests more money in your local community, but since most purchasing decisions are made based on availability and price, youll usually find more options and lower prices here than at the local hardware stores. #SadButTrue

I bought two gem cacti yesterday and they were poorly taken care of. The one I first picked was broken and the soil was dry as a desert (no pun intended) and it was dehydrated. Gem cacti have to be watered fairly often (every 10 days or so) and it clearly has not been watered in a while. The other cactus seems to be fine and doing well but care of plants needs to be paid more attention to.

After being delayed by 2 weeks already, I was told today that the composite deck boards that are being sent to replace the damaged ones I returned, will not arrive for another week. They dont even seem to care or be apologetic.

This is a well kept Home Depot. Most people will know what to expect. The staff has always tried theyre best to help when called upon. They appear to be well managed.

Excellent customer service

Ordered refrigerator which would take week to deliver. Received automated call day before with delivery time -- 9 am - 1 pm on Saturday. No call, no delivery by 1 pm. Called Home Depot and told they were running late but currently in town 15 minutes away. They couldnt call delivery service until 4 pm because no one would answer. Called 4 pm - no call, no fridge. Told delivery running really late and will have delivery call us with estimated delivery time. Told us deliveries until 9 pm so no worries. 7 pm and no call, no fridge. Called Home Depot again and told delivery people were headed back to Connecticut. No reason give why our fridge was not delivered. Home Depot sales never followed up with delivery knowing the issues we were having and nondelivery. Home Depot should have found out when estimated delivery time would be. They did nothing and just acted like they sold appliance, their part was done. Too bad for delivery service not delivering to us. We cancelled our order because of the poor service and went to Lowes, who actually have appliances in stock and more variety, got same refrigerator into our truck and brought home and installed. Wish we had done that to begin with. Will never buy an appliance from Home Depot in Greenfield again. Poor service that is beyond words.

The Home Depot in Greenfield, MA is a relatively large place with a good assortment of merchandise. I almost always find what I am looking for. The staff is very friendly and know the merchandise well. Are helpful with suggestions if you dont know what you want to have. They also can point out what different parts you should buy to avoid further problems. I go there frequently as a source for my projects.
