Great customer service and very helpful. Love the memory foam mattresses

The customer service is fast to call you when you document mattress defects. But when you tell them about the poor or sloppy workmanship with the brand new mattress being delivered they respond by telling you that those are just manufacture defects. WHY are you selling known defective merchandise? They offer a ten year warranty that the representative did not know why when there is a 10 year warranty on the mattress. Paperwork given to the driver not even matching the paperwork that the customer is being charged for. Had hope that they were a better company but have serious doubts at this time - buyer beware.

The purchase of the mattress was nice to do without an associate and was easy to order. Next day delivery was a bonus. I did not appreciate however how one of the delivery guys just pushed the mattress through the door brushing against my trim and wall and didnt consider my property.

Very nice mattresses high-end mattresses nothing really reasonable good thing theres no people working there or the mattresses would even be more expensive other than that its nice not being bothered by salesperson if you have the money and you looking for a nice high-end mattress looking for a reasonable mattress go somewhere else

Best mattress buying experience ever. Only you know what works for you, and it was wonderful not having a salesperson breathing down our backs trying to sell us something that wasnt quite right for us. Price was unbeatable, and super fast and professional delivery.

I absolutely hate the feeling of a sales person watching you or suggesting top of the line products. This store literally has NO sales people! They had an awesome rating system that explained the softness/firmness of each bed. We found one we liked right away, but because we had never purchased a mattress before (we’re young), I wanted to price compare at a few other stores...don’t bother. This place has the best prices for what we were looking for. We used their in store kiosk to book our delivery date (we chose to have it delivered 1 week out as it was a Saturday and we knew we’d be available). We also put in our payment info. They said they would call the day before to give us an hour time window. They called the day before around 5:30 and told us they would be at our place between 2-3. They came the next day on time and only charged us after it was delivered. I could not believe how unbelievably easy and smooth the process was. I would recommend trying this store first!

It is really nice to be able to try out mattresses without the pressure of a salesperson, especially these days when there is so much information available online. In store, I did call the phone number published with questions. It was nice that I could have ordered in store or online from home (which I did). Scheduling, delivery, and setup was a breeze, no complaints about that.My bedmate and I had a hard time deciding on a mattress. We ended up meeting in the middle, but the mattress was not comfortable for either of us. It seemed like it would work for us while we tried it in the store, but after a few months at home - it really wasnt working for us (pain, tossing and turning all night, etc.).We didnt pay much attention to the 100 day sleep guaranty up front because we figured this mattress would work for us. I was very surprised at how easy it was to move forward with this. Nancy was very helpful and super accommodating and the exchange was scheduled for the next day once we made decisions.Highly recommend HassleLess! They truly live up to their name.

Ive had two extraordinary experiences with Hassleless. Why didnt I think of this idea....to disrupt the mattress industry with salespeople free shopping. You learn all you need to know with their informative ratings and mattress descriptions. Plus, Suzanne was super helpful and eager to serve me when I needed to talk to a human.Prices more than fair! Delivery guys Josh and Collin were super courteous and my mattress arrived the next day!

On Sunday we were looking at bedsThe advertising in store says next day delivery,we ordered items and the computer they had was acting weird had to go through the process a couple of times, and the computer still forgot an itembut when we got finished with the order they said that we could get or bed Friday. Friday is not next day? Then on Monday we get a call saying now it wouldnt be delivered until 3/26/21. It seems its actually more hassle then hassleless.

My dog got loose and ran down a busy street. I saw 2 guys running down the street really fast and they caught up with my dog and carried him back to mean. My dog started to struggle snapped at the guy that was holding him. They kept my dog while I ran to get the leash and calmed him down and put him in my car, if it weren’t for them my dog would of been hit by a car and being that he is only 10 lbs it wouldn’t of turned out well. I was shook up and forgot their names, I want to say Josh and Jason (sorry guys, I’m old). Thanks again

Easy process love my adjustable bed frame

I was surprised to walk into the store and be the only one in there. No salesmen or even an attendant. I basically had the whole store to myself to try out any mattress I wanted to. I was in there for about an hour laying around until I found the mattress I wanted. To order they have a computer in there, but for me it was easier to just go home and order on my computer. It was easy to order and my mattress arrived the next day. The 100 day sleep guarantee is great and I used it with no problems. I thought I needed a stiffer mattress so that is the one I chose. Boy was I wrong, I couldnt sleep for more then 6 hours before my back started hurting waking me up. I went back in and chose a softer mattress. I then submitted an exchange form online and a representative called me within the hour to schedule the exchange and to pay for the difference since the new mattress I chose was more expensive. I got the new mattress the next day and have been having great night sleeps ever since!

Nice store

I bought a mattress and had to use one time exchange. That went great as did the original delivery. I was pleased in all aspects of my experience with Hassleless Mattress. I well be getting a refund on the exchange my only issue why it will take 14 days for this to happen. Seems a long time for a refund. I know there a office procedures they have to follow but everything else runs so smooth.

The place is affordable and has no sales people as advertised. I would like to see a place like this that doesnt have so many cheap mattresses though and more quality ones. Their adjustable bed frames are priced great though - much less than any other adjustable frame Ive seen anywhere.

Happy with the mattress but the guys who dropped it off said they couldn’t take my old mattress which seemed odd as the signs at the store said they would take my old mattress.

I purchased my order online from the comfort of my home. I am a guardian for a ward of the state, prior to the order I placed for my ward, he was sleeping on a futon mattress so anything above that was a great value. I looked at the hassleless website and I was pleasantly surprised. It was VERY basic, easy to follow, no ads, and placing the order was simple. I didnt feel the need to go to the store as anything above a futon grade would be an improvement. The brand names that were able to be chosen were all familiar to me and the website revealed how firm the choices were. Very easy to select. Plus for my ward, we had to stay within a certain dollar value and choosing which would be best was easy. The delivery was made to the group home without issue and they removed his old futon. My ward is very pleased with his new bed, is sleeping better, and I was very pleased with the service. I was supposed to get a delivery time range phone call the day before but I never did, so I emailed Weston and he responded within an hour and gave me a timetable. Perfect service!

The store seemed shady at first (I must zone out when the ads on the radio play.) I was surprised to walk into an empty store. I ended up really liking that there were no salespeople breathing down your neck trying to sell you the most expensive things. We ended up ordering right from the computer in the store. Super easy.. we got our bed 2 days later. Love that they offer free delivery and set up! Excited to try out my new bed.

I will never NOT rate a hassleless mattress 5 stars. This is the best place ever. I come here on my breaks just to hang out, and I am NEVER HASSLED.

So far,so good.50+ mattress set ups amd no pushy salesman, not even nice salesman, literally no sales people at all.all prices marked on each mattress and very simple to purchase via the kiosk.if u do need help,a salesman is a text or call away,genius business model.

Hassleless in every way. Very simple, very friendly service. Picked up my mattress straight from the warehouse to save delivery costs without a problem. Called back a month later and Weston did not hesitate to help me dispose of my old mattress. Was able to dispose of my old mattress within 30 minutes of the phone call.

Would definitely buy again from there. Easy to order with delivery options. No sales people at all!

This place lives up to its name. There are zero employees. Literally. I went in, tried a bunch of mattresses, went home and bought it online, and it was delivered the next day. It took the delivery people about 5 minutes and they took away the old matress as well. Compared to other matress stores where salespeople pressure you to buy for their own greedy reasons, HassleLess is a godsend for my retail anxiety. They get all my money from here on out! I cant recommend them enough!

What a wonderful way to buy a mattress Placed my order on Saturday delivered on Monday. Took away the old set up the new Delivery personnel were very efficient and friendly.

Great idea with no salesmen or employees in the store. Wish they did this for selling cars.

These people are Lifesavers. My daughters bed and mattress was delivered for another furniture store yesterday. The salesman failed to tell us that we would need something called a Bunkie board, which is a low platform support, so when they delivered the bed I knew right away that the slats that came with the frame would not be anywhere near strong enough to support the mattress and would probably damage the mattress very quickly by having it sit on top of those. It uwould have taken that furniture store days to get me the proper support it needed.I called Erin at hassless the next morning, and she answered before they even were officially open. She found what I needed in her stock and my husband picked it up two hours later. Thank you for saving the day Erin!
