Literally saved me thousands in beef. Came through in an emergency when the compressor went out on my deep freezer. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff.

Everytime I visit this Sears store, theyre very helpful and most always say hi when I arrive. They arent hovering over me as I walk through the aisles, which is good too. Wish they were stocked with a tad more variety such as Craftsman tools individual pieces not full kits but thats ok I guess. I heard this stores moving to the abandoned Marsh grocery store on S.R. 9 which if true I will be sure to visit.

What a great place! I purchased my lawnmower, my washer/dryer and now a dishwasher. They always have what I need to service my mower or install my appliances.

Great establishment, great help. It’s a small location yes but the women who runs the front desk is exceptionally brilliant with customer service. We will be returning back to this SEARS, we drove from Florence KY because this is the closest sears store. Thanks for all the help and look forward to doing more business with you in the future.

I had a problem with a dishwasher and the warranty department. The store, and particularly Brittany, went way above expectations to help me fix the problem. I highly recommend a store in Greenfield. I will continue to do business there as needed because of the service that I received there

Went here to get a part ordered. We did have to wait a couple of minutes to be helped, but when we were helped, they were able to find what we were looking for and have it shipped to our address. No meddling or trying to get us to pay more someone to install it. Simple and easy just how I like it!

Sears Hometown is great! Judy is especially awesome. She knows her stuff & takes the time to help you find the best product choice IN YOUR BUDGET while always making me laugh!!! You get solid product education, friendly people, & fast & easy in-house delivery! No taking an entire day off work for an install like the big box stores. They even call afterward to see if the delivery was satisfactory & see if you have any follow-up questions. Who does that? Theyre also locally owned & operated.

Tim was awesome. He helped us buy a washer quickly and we needed it fast. Tim was Johnny on the spot. I had also lost my keys and he went way out of his way to call Autozone from a rewards card I had on my keys and I was able to get my keys back that I might have never found. Big kudos to Tim and Sears Hometown Store. Tim Rocks!!!!

Small retailer with a great feel. Staff was friendly and the prices as expected. Will remind us older guys of the Sears of old with tools and toys.

Melanie is amazing!! We bought a dishwasher from here online at a great deal and then she called me and worked personally with me to help me get it delivered and installed. She even let me know that I had ordered an install kit that I didn’t need and refunded it for me...saved me almost $50! This is superb service! Huge thank you to Melanie!! She created a raving fan out of me!

Came in to pick up an item that was ordered online. Staff met me almost immediately. Great hometown service and help with getting a large item on to the truck. The store appeared neat and well organized. I would recommend to anyone in the area to check it out.

The people at sears is awesome most of all Brittany she helped us so much. I wasnt going to come back to buy from Sears ever again after my bad experience but because of Brittany we will be back only to the Greenfield store she went above and Beyond to help us with the replacement of ARB refrigerator. The delivery team love them brothers they came in and did exactly what they were supposed to do in a timely manner. The entire staff in Greenfield is frendly and helpful. Melonie was absolutely amazing, her costumer service was above and beyond. I had to bring my three young children and pick out a dryer... I had to get on the phone and figure out a few Financial options we had before choosing and she was more than patient and helpful. Melonie not only helped me with the kids while on the phone, but she did everything possible to make it a quick and easy process and it was just that. The delivery guys were also amazing and all the staff in the store that day. I love Sears and will always shop there first because their service is untouchable, prices and quality too. Bought my Craftsman dual line electric weed trimmer there last year. They beat everyone locally on price for a comparable product, including the W word. Store staff great to work with and wouldnt hesitate when I need to purchase tools, lawn equipment or appliances again.

Have bought most of my appliances here. Love they install and haul old away. On time, pleasant, and they have the name brands I am looking for.

When our fridge died, I shopped around extensively for a new one. I was surprised to see that they beat out even the big box stores! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and easy to work with. Ill be back!

The staff was extremely friendly! They are not owned by Sears and will stay around even if Sears goes out of business. I am happy to have a small hometown Sears store relatively close (1hr 20m) to home. Also they do carry KitchenAid and other brands that Sears Corp does not.

The Sears staff is one of the best in knowledge and customer service. Where else do they take the time to understand your needs and know the best product for you. The guys who do there deliveries also where very kind and showed me how to care for my appliances and use them.

I think my tenderloin was cooked in the same grease as fish which would be fine if I didnt hate fish. Service and atmosphere were great!

Doesnt have everything you need on site far as parts go so its a week wait sometimes....

My dad recently purchased a refrigerator from this sears and the customer service was beyond amazing. They even let us borrow their dolly to help us unload it when we got it home! Would recommend this store to anyone!

My wife and I were shopping for a new washer and dryer for our home. We shopped big box stores, and although there were great deals, didn’t find personalized service like we found at Sears Hardware. Very knowledgeable employees, and great products.

Melanie is wonderful! Was managing phones several customers at once like a pro. Even with all of that, still knew more about merchandise than other stores I went to! At a store i visited later in the day the salesperson sat with me and looked through their website (which I could have done at home) and after 20 min printed picture with price crossed out with big question mark, told me a dryer I liked couldnt be ordered with steam. I went back to see Melanye and she answered all my questions off the top of her head, and did get the dryer I wanted with steam after Id been told it didnt exist! She had completed the sale and set up delivery in no time. Wonderful customer service! Glad I avoided big box store and stayed with hometown store.

Maloney is the greatest shell help you with any and everything you need since almost all the Sears are closed and I for 1 liked them go see this store they are polite helpful and the greatest I will say take it from someone who dont normally leave a rating but they desire it thanks again Maloney

Worst store ever!!!! They take your money & never deliver your product. Their customer service is horrible (especially Melanie). I always try to do business locally and am truly disappointed that I will have to take my business elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and do not shop in this store!
