The manager was professional and efficient had me setup quickly.

False advertising i.e.: Climate controlmore expensive than other storage units, but went with this one due to the climate control they said they had. I went through and got a unit and paid for it and at the very end the receipt says -not climate controlled I was very frustrated because thats the only reason I paid this much. I emailed the company and they did get back to me pretty quick asking for my account number yet Ive not heard back other than this review email they sent me. What the heck is up with that? Hopefully something more will happen but thats all I have for now.

The CubeSmart in Greenfield is wonderful! After checking other storage facilities in the area, we knew this was the right place for us. This property is secure, clean, convenient; and I have to mention, they have a great team working there. Kelly and Liz are personable, helpful, reliable and kind. Our family had a positive experience from start to finish.

The booking center was very efficient but the follow up from the local Manager Kelly was immediate and very intuitive. She made sure we acquired a unit that met our business needs quickly so that we could begin the process of using the unit right away. This experience could not have been more positive and efficient. Cubesmart is a great place for storage rooms in all different sizes, my storage was on raised concrete flooring, it was a typical tin storage with plenty of room for a u-haul truck to pull up to it, with room to spare for other cars to pass by. Its in a secure area with fencing, a key# to enter and also security cameras. Pricing was high. Friendly customer service.

We’ve been using CubeSmart for well over 5 years now and love the peace of mind that it brings us. The units are clean, well maintained, no leaks and the snow is cleared in the winter. Best of all, Kelly the manager is an absolute doll! She’s extremely helpful and has become a friend to our family. I highly recommend this storage facility!

This is a great place to store your things. This is my second time storing with them because their prices are more than fair and the units suit my needs. Liz is a tremendous help and makes sure that you have everything you need for move in; besides having a wicked sense of humor, she is pleasant and knows her stuff.

I have had a very good experience with this company. There prices are decent, much less than some of the bigger city facilities. The units are nice and easy to use. Very straight forward. The staff are extremely helpful and happy to answer any questions. I really like that the security gate is also easy to use. Plus they have CCTV. The facility feels secure and I trust them with my storage. Definitely a popular place but they seem to have units available more often than the other places in town. Im happy with this place overall.

The lady who runs this place is so amazing. She was extremely kind and compassionate and worked within my parameters for finances and logistics. 100% happy with my decision to get a storage unit here!

Great customer service, clean dry space.

I have had 1-2 units at this facility for several years. It is very well managed. Staff are courteous, helpful, and effective; maintenance and snow removal are prompt, and access is never impeded. Unit prices are competitive and the site and units are clean. I would highly recommend this storage facility.

Wow, this was a really pleasant experience! The facility is clean, well lit and has a passcode gate for security. The unit that I rented, was clean and had no evidence of water getting into the unit.They had an amazing deal going on when I rented my unit, so I didnt have to put out a lot of money to get my unit.The person working the office that day ( I cant remember her name, my apologies ), was very nice and very helpful. When I realized that I needed a bigger unit than I had reserved, she was able to accommodate my change without any fuss.Ive only had my unit for a month, but based on my experience so far, I would recommend CubeSmart to anyone needing a storage unit.

Though I hate being someone with a monthly storage unit bill, I must say that I always love going to my storage unit and stopping in the office to say hello. Ive been a customer many times and for years, and the people who work there have always been people I enjoy seeing and speaking with. They take good care of the facility itself - which is taking care of the customers access and safety - and they are very nice to talk with. They like their customers, and I for one like them, too. If you need a storage unit, this is a good place to do business. I miss the funnies that David shared on the old Casey Storage sign, and Im very happy to know that I will still find Kelly in the office; she cares and she helps however she can, and shes fun to talk with.

I have rented 2 units here for almost 3 years. Kelly is an exceptional manager and integral part of why I still rent here. After the business was sold to Cubesmart, the rent has increased steadily to be much higher than other area storage spaces and the original price. But Kelly has been excellent in her communication, the units are clean, and the added security is great.

Good clean place with great security. They allow motorcycle storage which can be tough an most storage places. Would definitely recommend.

They had a 15 by 20 storage unit when no one else had one in greenfield, so we rented it for almost a year now, concrete floors, clean driveways, always, thats a big thing for me is cleanliness and they do keep the roads clean, staff very polite, thank you for your services, we may need you again in the future!!!

The service, price, location,etc

I initially made a reservation thru the national Cubesmart phone line. She was very nice. Locally, Kelly was also very nice and explained everything thoroughly. Other self-storage companies in the area are not nearly as professional.

Everything is great except I would suggest having lights inside the units.

Ive had a unit for YEARS and this wonderful woman has been so kind and helpful from my childs birth to father passing away she has showed compassion and understanding.NEVER GET RID OF KELLY!!!Love this place too. Bait and switch tactics, they wont charge you the price quoted online, and you wont find out until they charge your card. They lied afterward and said that Uhaul requires you to pay for the Collision Damage Waiver. If its mandatory, why does the website allow you to decline it?Bottom line is they advertise one price and charge another. Do you want to trust them with your stuff?

I had a very pleasant experience with Cubesmart! The people I dealt with were very friendly, polite and efficient. Liz was especially kind and helpful. She even stayed after hours and waited patiently for me after I got lost on my way there. (Im not from Greenfield and my GPS sent me the wrong way!) The prices at Cubesmart are very reasonable and the units are clean and nice. Cubesmarts policies are also very fair and they charge you from the date you checked in, month to month, (not like Public Storage where even if you check in on the 20th, you still have to pay them again on the 1st, which is not right.) I wiuld highly recommend using Cubesmart for all of your storage needs.
