Recently came to buy some boxes and ask about potentially renting a garage from the little lady in the office. Ashanti was so warm and inviting, very informative too. Unfortunately the unit size I needed was unavailable and though the offer to go to a nearby property was offered her location is my preference. If you need a unit, definitely talk to her.

I came to public storage to buy a lock and ended up chatting with her for almost an hour straight, I almost ended up renting a unit lol! She’s a bright and informative individual with a positive attitude. Hopefully this review finds you well Ashanti and is useful for anyone looking to rent!

Set up an appointment over the phone to come see the unit and pay for it. Was told the unit would be saved and I received a confirmation email. I went a scheduled and the unit was no longer available they had rented it to someone else. The person at the office told me I was misinformed by whomever I poke to. She told me its first come first serve. Horrible experience!

Didnt tell me that I had to purchase the insurance until I was there paying. Hidden fees! If I had known about having to buy insurance I wouldve went elsewhere. And the first month isnt a dollar. They charged some fee that happened to be the exact price of my unit

I wanted to commend the staff at the Greenfield location (4750 S 108th St, Greenfield, WI 53228). They were curteous and helpful, answered all of my questions, and made contracting my unit painless. I had stopped by for my reservation after work so I was already done with the day, but the gentleman there (I feel so terrible but Ive forgotten his name) made sure I was getting a unit that would work for my needs. 10/10 customer service. 5 star experience. Frankly speaking I think Dequila works hard around here I never seen a ground so spic and spanned . She has a pleasant voice and doesn’t mind explaining everything you need to know. If I had a company I would definitely take her away from public Storage!

I have never gotten a storage unit before and was a little bit concerned but didnt want to seem foolish. While I was packing from trip to Wisconsin I found my Google card from my recent visit at public storage. I was in Wisconsin checking out the area maybe having to trans plant here. I came to this location and walk in to the office and the dame behind the counter was manger name Jennifer. This dame really help me out showed me some units and gave great info. Showed me some of the packing stuff I may need for my move here. If it happens I will be storing here she made feel comfort and welcomed. Thanks Jennifer you all your help.

Only had storage here a few months. They have raised my rate TWICE with no reasonable explanation other than it’s just done randomly. I always pay on time or ahead of time so it’s not that. So now I pay $70/month while my relative pays $34/month for the SAME EXACT UNIT. I’m moving my stuff out tomorrow before the 1st. Absolutely ridiculous.

Without a doubt I give this location and Cathy at #20725 5 stars. Her customer service was great and she really took her time explaining every aspect of the unit especially how to properly store our items and place the locks for maximum security. I had a lot of questions coming from out of town and especially for never renting a storage before, she was very kind and offered answers that simplified the process. I am glad I chose this location and would graciously recommended it to others :)

Went to do my final process and checked out the storage. went smooth and Jake was great with everything and even made sure my lock worked properly.

Went in today to fill out the paperwork for a unit I reserved online and was so impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service! I was helped by a very sweet woman named Cathy who answered all of my question and was very helpful making sure I was all set up with my unit, insurance, and additional products. The customer service here is simply phenomenal!

Walked in and was greeted by Kathy & Jennifer. They helped me decide which storage space would work best for me and also told me about the great deals on boxes and stuff for my move. LOVE IT! Definitely coming back for more boxes in my future.

Nov. 10, 2014 I was in need of a larger storage space for my additional property/belongings.I went into the office and was greeted by Cathy who immediately assisted me with what I was looking for. Cathy was very efficient and professional in going through the process with me to move from a 5X10 space to a 10X10 space. The paperwork and transfer from my previous space to the larger space took place in about an hours time and it made my day. I commend Cathy for how helpful, friendly and professional she was.

He was extremely polite and walked me through everything I had to know -- and let me tell you -- I had a lot of questions. I came to this store several ;times in the last month and spoke to both Cathy and Rhonda several times about my need for storage in the upcoming month. I couldnt believe how great they both were about being so patient with me in answering my many questions and concerns. They took me out to show me different size units that should work for me as well as explain the best way to protect my things while they were in storage. This review does not really have to do with this specific facility or the employees of this facility, rather the overall management, specifically the regional manager Amy. I had a storage locker there for about a year and a half and everything was fine. I informed them that I was going to have everything out on the 31st of June so I would not get charged for Julys rent. I made sure that everything was out by the date I told them. I put my lock back on so that nothing would happen to the locker that I could be blamed for until I had a chance to get my name off of it. I went back on the 2nd of July to get my lock off and they charged me $75 dollars in fees. I talked with the employees of this location and they pulled the cameras and gate records proving that my stuff was out on the date that I said it would be out on and submitted that to the regional manager Amy. She apparently did not care and told that employee to tell me I still had to pay. I got Amys phone number for her office and was told I was guaranteed a response within 48 hours. No response. I called and left another voicemail. No response. I called and left a third message. No response. And now I have received a phone call from collections saying that I owed the money. Its ridiculous that there is proof that all of my things were out of there and I am still being charged for this. And its even more unbelievable that this Amy just ignored me all together when trying to get an explanation as to why I was still being charged. The facility itself was OK. But the management just baffled me with the lack of professionalism.

Brandy was super helpful on our check out. She is so easy to work with and went way out of her way to process our transaction. You are very fortunate to have Becky working for Public Storage. She made our day!
