Just love this place so much. It is a true treasure hunt every time I shop at DAE. Makes my day just to stroll through and see all the items that bring back warm memories and nostalgia of the past. Many surprises and a range of prices starting at mere pennies. Not just an antique shop but truly a Pop Art Gallery in the greatest sense. I go out of my way to get my holiday decorations at DAE because the uniqueness of the stuff is tough to find at any other place. Lots of grand Greensboro gear, North Carolina apparel, and top quality vintage clothing. The staff at DAE is as unique and lovely as the antiques and they seem to be quite happy and relish providing the very finest of customer service. It is a real honor to offer them this positive review. I just cant find the words to make it as wonderful as I would like for it to be. Many thanks and lots of love. 🌈 💚💙💜
Great overall experience, exactly what you’d think would be here. Clothing items were a decent price but the vinyl records were overpriced. Staff was friendly and was a great environment.
Great spot downtown for gifts, antique housewares and clothing- vintage and secondhand. Found some beautifully curated denim for decent prices!
Very cute, love the staff, but mostly over-priced
I’ve loved this store since I was a kid and when they were located on Tate street. I love the local products and the vintage clothing and accessories. Friendly staff and the owner is sweet.
Unique finds and the most inviting staff. Love this place!
Interesting shops filled with wonderful items.
Kind staff, unique items for sale, cool store layout, something for any sort of person. Although I do find the majority of their vintage clothing to be overpriced.
Great blend of new, vintage and handmade items. GREAT for finding gifts for everyone on your list!
The best place to buy vintage clothes in Greensboro! Awesome vendors and a great place to buy jeans at a good price. Funky T-shirt’s and sunglasses are easy to find here too.
This was an adorable little shop! It was full of all kinds of things, from gifts to clothing to handmade pottery and jewelry! The girl at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The prices were a bit high, but all in all, it was an enjoyable experience!
This place had all sorts of everything, and the majority of it all was reasonably priced!
I love this store. If you like thrifting and authentic retro clothing you should definitely check this place out
That place is so cool!! I love all the different decades thats apart of that store. If you havent stopped in you should check it out.
I love this place! I love vintage and handcrafted goods. I was greeted and spoken to in a courteous manner when entering, but that is where the customer service ended. Associates and vendors ignored us. We browsed and shopped while, but at least the cashier was cool and attentive. Ill continue to visit both locations, especially on First Fridays here in Greensboro. Ill go for the product, not the people.
Local hand crafted items galore! An amazing variety of vintage items from clothing to kitchen. A Variety of Vendors rent space here so its kinda like a flea market shopping experience but with quite a few beautiful hand made items to temp you.
Lots of cool finds. I always love stopping by when Im back in Greensboro.
It doesnt matter when I come to this place, I always walk out with memories and something fabulous.
I love perusing this store. It always has a great selection of new and used items. I always seem to find a unique vintage piece when I am there.
Bigger than the one in Winston. Several different local vendors make various creative goods and rent spaces to sell them. Good if you want to get a gift for someone
Unique items both new and old . Highly recommended
Love the eclectic tastes and i found some AWESOME records the other day! Definitely stop by if youre visiting Downtown!
Hometown and Home state feel to the store. Lots of vintage clothing and merchandise. Pride and love for Greensboro and North Carolina. I love it!!!

Neat place, prices are high but still its a fun time.
Cool store, loved looking around.
Amazing shop with local made goodies and perfect condition vintage items with something for everyone!
Super cute place to find unique gifts for yourself and others.
Consignment store. Lots of variety. Great stuff and cheesy stuff. A bit pricy.
This a great little boutique/gift shop/themed party paradise right off Elm St. From local artists, designers and business owners you will find NC inspired clothing and jewelry, antiques, vintage clothing and specialty gift items that would be perfect for anyone you are shopping for.

The newest Design Archives Vintage has added a Handmade Emporium stocked with 30 stalls for artists and collectors. In addition to their vintage clothing inventory they also have period reproductions that they rent for special events. Adorable fifties dotted dresses and Flapper fringed sheaths are ready for your party. The mens section is a curated collection that is full of sixties and seventies. I found an old 20s dress that was tattered and torn but was cheap enough that I plan to use parts of it in an upcycled summer dress creation. My friend found a straw fedora and he also purchased a pair of cool short leather boots. Another friend of mine rented a 1960s Peggy dress for a Mad Men party. I believe this dynamic new creation of a vintage and handmade shop in the center of downtown Greensboro will continue to be a big hit. I certainly enjoyed my shopping experience. They are open every day of the week, too. Find them at 342 south elm st greensboro
I went into this store yesterday... they had dresses from Amazon (you can get them on Amazon for less than $20) selling for $60... scammers much??
