It Michaels, who doesnt like Michaels. I got the perfect stuff to make my wife some wine racks. It was absolutely fantastic.

Very nice store. This is the place for arts and crafts. Great deals. Good price on rolls of removable vinyl. When it comes to removable vinyl sheets, they need a better selection. Gildan shirts are fairly priced. The seasonal selection is one to look at. Lots of patriotic inventory. Highly recommend awards program if you shop there frequently. Great customer service

Every other day?I dropped off a package on a Monday afternoon (1 PM) and it was not picked up for 3 days.Please clarify the processes and affiliations with UPS regarding the access points.Aside from that - 5 Stats All around!

There is always a good selection of crafting and art supplies, coupons online and instore sales.

While we usually have great experience at Michaels, not this time. Did online order for pickup. We did not get order ready for hours, so went to store anyway before they closed. Asked about order, total confusion. Second associate joined in and about 30 minutes later said they were getting our order together (which was a single item). Another 15 minutes passed by, no one contacted us. Searched for associates that were helping us. Asked again about order. Just walked away. Finally found manager who said our item was out of stock. Why didnt anyone say this for the hour plus we were there?

Its Michaels. Nothing really special or important to mention. Ive been to better ones and Ive been to worse ones.

Had a good experience there the staff what was extremely helpful did everything in that power to make a visit a good one. The amount of product and wide selection what was great. Would recommend to anybody who enjoys creative hobbies

I do like Michaels. Store is always clean. But most of time they dont have what Im looking for. But when they do, they have great deals. And when a sale is on they are even better. Staff is sometimes hard to find. But they are working and doing their jobs. And helpful once you find them.

Michael’s has everything you need for your crafting hobbies. But at a premium price. I’m making a dress and on a budget. So, after comparing prices, I didn’t purchase my rotary cutter at Michael’s, rather I ordered the same Fiskars brand & set on Amazon for $10 less. Although I did pick up a cute sewing box already filled with a several essential items that was on clearance and marked down even more with my 20% off coupon.

Love Michaels, the decor for all the holidays is always on point... There is always a sale and if something happens to be full price there is usually a 40% coupon floating around!

With the holidays upon us. Even though the store was crowded and all the workers were very busy when we couldnt find items that we needed they went to the back and got them for us. Very helpful.

This store is ok. I shopped there quite a bit when I was planning my wedding. The prices are a bit high, but not too bad. I wasnt greeted by an associate or offered assistance so not sure what they were like.The store is well organized and its easy to spend hours in there. The variety of products is great. My daughter draws a lot and I own an event planning company so this is an excellent place for both of our needs.

This is a great Michaels location. Its well organized and they have a great selection and stocked full of items. The only thing that Ive run into several times is a long checkout line, sometimes wrapped into the aisles. Super helpful staff though!

Actually very organized for a craft store. Everything was easy to find. The staff was amazing. The lady that checked us out was so helpful. An item was damaged and she helped with getting a discounted price (it was the last item of its kind in store). Definitely recommend this location.

Not a UPS drop off site despite sign on door claiming they are. I took a package in there and they gave me directions to ups store 10 minutes away.

My first visit to a Michaels. I went to buy a gift box and wrapping supplies. Found the box I needed, some beautiful paper and a bow. Didnt have time to stay but will definitely go back to browse. I wish they had greeting cards.

Great experience at this location. They held a bird bath for me in order to exchange for another type that I purchased at another location. The cashier was super friendly and extremely helpful. He made the exchange process seamless. Although this location isnt close to where I live I would be willing to drive further for the positive shopping experience.

They are absolutely terrible at training new employees I had to wait 15 minutes for a manager to tell me that a coupon would not be eligible when that’s something the employees should know. A coupon. Lol like and that was fine that I couldn’t use it but that’s something he should have easily known. Sad thing is he wasn’t the only one that wasn’t knowledgeable on coupons the other new guy was confused as well. I will definitely be spending my money and time at hobby lobby in the future.

Michaels is a good place for most of our arts and craft needs however, it bothers me that their shelf for polymer clay is always missing red color.

Disappointed. Store aisles seem too close together, difficulty in being able to social distance. Prices seem higher than I remember.

My favorite store ever...well I love hobby lobby too...but michaels I get stuck in!! My husband tells me Im not allowed to go in there lmao I will literally spend hours upon hours in there. Love it!!

Cant find what I need. More expensive than Hobby Lobby. Their website says they take Hobby Lobby coupons and when I gave my hobby lobby coupon at the register she said we arent taking those. That is false advertising. It looks like a store with leftovers from a nicer store. The layout of the store is confusing and I had to ask several associates where certain things were. I will not be back. 2 workers were in the aisles on their cell phones. You will never get this experience at Hobby Lobby!

Restroom was good and there was a nice bench to sit on outside of the restroom. Couldve used some scratch paper to write on and a television to watch while waiting for the rest of your party to finish shopping.

Good store, but there are better places to get lesser expensive items of the same quality or better... even with the discounts. Even with the 70 percent discounts.If you need something in a pinch, and this place is closer, it’s not bad. But I prefer Jerry’s artarama in Greensboro. They are farther, but they have better items at a significantly lower price

Had not been here for about a year. Was disappointed not to find the selection of flower wreaths they once had. What was there I felt was overpriced. Went elsewhere for my wreaths.

Lots of sales so prices were very good but the selection was pretty poor. Empty shelves everywhere. The girl at the check out counter was very rude and not at all helpful.

Always a great place to find craft supplies in a variety of different media. Pretty selection of yarn and other needlework supplies, including the big chunky yarn for those Instagram blankets you see online. Seasonal decor usually has a good variety and goes on sale often

They have a lot of different items, but they did not have Perle Cotton Size 8, only size 5 which is heavier. So I ended up purchasing crochet cotton size 10. Also I could not find a public restroom!

Michaels is a typical crafts store with a very large inventory. It is clean, well organized and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I asked an employee for 2 items. She showed me exactly where they were and made sure I understood exactly how to use them. The service is excellent.

I really really like this place, as an artist myself I tend to need to go here a lot, and they almost always have what I need. The employees almost always are caring and nice and overall quite a comfortable place to be.

Went to get a custom frame made for a canvas that is odd size. Found a beautiful one on sale for 75% off. My daughter-in-law recommended them as she has had several items framed by them. Very friendly and helpful staff! I was able to preview the frame on the print right in store which helped me choose the right frame. This is a great selling tool to help customers. Highly recommend Michaels!

Not impressed with the framing department. I needed 2 small pieces of glass and the price I was quoted was outrageous. They may very well do great framing but dont try to buy glass there!

Love to shop here! They always have such great material for crafts of every kind. They have a great assortment of art supplies as I have been able to find great art materials as gifts for my 3 granddaughters who love to do painting. I have found art kits, great buys on frames, brushes of every type, oils, pastels, etc. Also they have great supplies for holiday decorations, for special occasions like weddings, scrap booking, jewelry making, yarns of all kind and more. They always have weekly specials and give discounts to teachers. A great place to get ideas and the supplies to make it happen,

TL;DR: Generally great place, slightly understaffed, should consider signage rather than fussing at customers when they break unwritten rules.I’ve been going to this Michaels in particular for several years now, and I usually really enjoy it. They’ve got a wide selection, and there’s always a sale going on (and the staff looks out for you when it comes to coupons!). I’ve also used the buy-online/pickup-at-store option which is very convenient. However, they seem a little under-staffed; there’s hardly ever someone around to answer my questions. Also, I semi-regularly break a rule that isn’t posted anywhere. This time, it was setting my basket on the counter.I usually hate the “I’ve done this before!”, but the truth is that the counter is just the right size for a basket, and there’s really no other convenient place to put my purchase. Even so, apparently you’re supposed to just know not to do it, like you’re supposed to just know where to pick up an online purchase. If they got another person on the floor and stopped assuming their clients were psychic, I’d give it five stars.

The employees were so friendly and helpful. It reminded me of Target. Actually walked me to where they believed a wall hanging would be. Very good experience because I do not frequent Michaels and now Michaels is my first thought for more items than I initially thought Michaels carried.

Even during the busy holiday season Michaels was fully staffed with friendly, helpful people. The store has a good selection of a wide variety of crafts. They also offer professional, high-quality, framing services. I have been using Michaels for many years and Ive always found this store to have helpful, friendly, professional staff and quality products.

Like all Michaels, I wish there were at least 4 more staff members on the floor at any given time, but the service here is as fast as they can possibly manage with the companies staffing policy.

I was sent to the rear of the store to pick up a package, where I waited for 5 minutes, pressed the help button several times and no one came. I had to go back to the front and get someone, then go back to rear of the store to get my package. Then a coworker showed up with a baby and the employees helping me stopped looking for my package to play with the baby. Poor customer service. Not planning to come back to this store ever.

I love craft stores, and Michaels is a favorite. In this store, I usually find more than I was looking for and find staff to help me if I have trouble finding the things I came for. Staff are all friendly and seem to enjoy working there. 👍

Just as great as any other Michaels. The layout is different than the Wendover location, which I usually shop at, but the selection seems to be the same. The clearance area at this location seemed more organized, which was a plus.

Michaels always has what I need, and I love being able to use online or in-store coupons with every purchase. I went to buy spray paint, and I found a 50% off coupon online, which was really helpful in saving me money on my purchase. The staff was friendly, and the store was well kept and organized.
