One of the best 🎯 Target locations in the Triad. The layout of the store, the cleanliness, the selection, the checkout process, the in-store pickup and exchanges, grocery, and CVS pharmacy are top-notch. They have pretty amazing 🍅🥦🌽🍎 produce, ❄️frozen foods, and 🍺 beer and 🍷 wine wine in their grocery. They have an amazing 💄👩‍🎤 makeup and cosmetic section. Also dont sleep on their clothing for adults and kids. They also have a Starbucks in this location. The outside has ♿ handicap accessible parking, they have ramps, and accessible aisles.

The store stays very clean and organized anytime Ive been. The employees are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. My favorite part is that I can check my prices on my own at anytime while in the store.

With the recent renovation of the parking lot it feels like the parking spaces are a lot small/tighter. I wish target would have done the same as Costco with the spaced out spaces. More than half of my dings on the side of my car come from people at target hitting the side of my car with their doors

Target is always great to go to just even walk around and look at their amazing variety of things that I wanna splurge on myself. The store is always so clean and shiny, the staff always has a smile on their face (or smile in their eyes since theyre all wearing masks now), the aisles are always stocked and never empty or half made. They do such a good job with their stores and it always brings me back constantly, thanks Target!

There was an ease of comfort. There was no conflict that I had to address on this shopping trip such as getting the small children our of the car and loaded into a buggy, searching within the store aisles to find that perfect fit and diaper count, etc. This was so quick and easy. The drive up attendant was courteous and personable which was very refreshing in today’s times. Thank you target for this new way to encourage your customers.

Great customer service skills!!! When I was looking for an ethernet adapter, I was welcomed by an employee in the technology department who stopped from what he was doing to ask if I was doing alright and if I needed help. He took the time out of his task to look in the back to see if more was available in the back.

This store surpasses all standards for stores, and especially grocery stores. Never had a better go to grocery store.

Its a good retail store with lots of choices in lots of departments, and the prices are right.

I went to pick-up to get my merchandise that totaled $151.00 and was expecting to receive a $20.00 target gift card for the $100.00 plus purchase. However, the pick up customer service person had me spend an additional $22.00 in order to get the gift card. Which is in my opinion, is false advertising because when I completed the $151.00 online purchase, the target web site stated I would receive the $20.00 target gift card.

I do not work at target so why am I having to do someone else’s job? it’s annoying that there are zero lanes available for an actual employee to scan my groceries.

I always enjoy shopping at Target on Lawndale because the store is always clean and I know where to find things.

It’s a pretty good Target. The parking lot intersection on the Lawndale side can get frantic at busy times. It’s a pretty standard Target. It has self checkouts—which make it more convenient. I like it better than the Wendover one but the New Garden one is probably the best.

I love Target especially for their Order up options such as Drive-up and Pickup. It is quick and very efficient. Target also has their employees wiping down each carts inside and ready for new walk-in customers to grab and use. Sanitizer is also available for usage at cashier registers. They are doing a really great job especially during the pandemic. We feel very comfortable shopping there :)

Clean, well stocked store

They couldnt find the order and when my husband told them the name they still couldnt give it to him and he waited too long for it! He could have just went in the store bought it and left faster than what was done just getting curbside pickup! Ridiculous!

This store isnt as busy and hectic as the Walmarts around here, and always has great selections and prices of whatever you may be looking for. Lots of cute home decor.

This store was hardly busy today. I was here for a return, and the clerk had difficulty returning the funds to my card, so he decided to refund cash. I shopped for a few minutes and then made a purchase. The clerk at my checkout register went beyond expectation by trying to help me find a specific gum item that was displayed at the checkout registers. On a 1-10, I give her an 11. Kudos for being so helpful, young lady!

Sports Cards... the new policy said they were going to distribute sports cards on fridays at 8am I go there at 7am to get in line... I wait 30 minutes outside in the freezing cold just to be told by a employee that the vendor came yesterday😤😤😤

Target’s Drive Up option for pickup of items purchased online is wonderful. It’s so easy, quick, and pleasant. Employees are helpful, friendly and get my purchases out to my car in just a minute or two after my arrival. I’ve used this service at several area Target stores and have always received excellent service. Give it a try, I bet you’ll love it too.

This is a lovely Target. They always have a lot of cute stuff that I technically dont need, as well as the essential stuff I actually go there for (groceries, toiletries, cleaning supplies, prescriptions). Great for affordable shopping. The employees are always friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is wonderful and I always get my flu shot there. There is a very nice little Starbucks here as well!

This has continually been the worst Target I have ever experienced! Not just this time, but many times in the past. I love Target but this store has always been an issue for many of us. Accidentally, when making an online purchase (for store pick up), the order changed my normal default location to this location (Lawndale Drive) (which I stopped going to long ago because of several customer service issues in the past, etc), and once again their customer service, was an issue. An item I was picking up was defective. I asked the women if she could go get me another as I am disabled and they had no working motorized scooters (which has always been the case at this store in the past as well and why I also stopped going to this location). She continued to help others, while keeping me standing there. The purpose of in store pick up is so that it is quick and convenient. I waited and waited and then had to ask the guy getting the outside carriages if he could possibly help or get someone who could. I also asked someone walking by me, and also a cashier, and I then finally had to ask for the store manager, who turns out to be, even worse. I tried to explain the situation. He said nothing. I explained that the item I purchased for pick up was defective and that i asked the customer service women if she (or if she could have someone else get me another replacement item). I think I explained myself clearly yet, he just stood there. I have never seen such poor customer service skills in my life. This is a manager? Someone with no social skills, no professionalism, and no customer service interaction to rectify an issue or to help their customers. He didnt even apologize for the inconvenience or even try to help, or even ask what the issue was. Its shocking and unacceptable. His name was Jake. How did he get a managers job? Is it acceptable to treat your customers this way? I filed a complaint with their Guest Services Department as soon as I got home. UPDATE: a week later, I was called by another manager from the store. He was very nice and asked me what happened. He apologized for the situation that occurred and offered me a gift card, which I told him was not necessary.

OMG !! The best shopping experience ever ! So I have always been overwhelmed when entering the cosmetic section. And have recently almost lost my passion for cosmetics due to my lack of knowledge on what products I can use for my VERY sensitive skin. And FINALLY I encountered the most exceptional and professional cosmetic guru named Serena. Her advice and talented expertise immediately put me at ease and the selection of products she advised, provided me with AMAZING results! I would definitely recommend this Target location to everyone! & Thank you Target for providing me with the opportunity to meet this amazing cosmetic associate.

Usually when i shop at a brick and mortar store it is out of necessity, as I almost always find the best price online. However I had been looking for the TI-84 plus CE calculator and found it to be $30 cheaper than anywhere else. They had plenty in stock and the staff was friendly and helpful.

We love shopping at Target. But we were in Target in Greensboro NC while on vacation and my daughter vomited in the restroom. I immediately alerted the security guard that was guarding the restroom that she had vomited a small amount on the floor. When we came out of the restroom. We were kicked out of the store and told they didn’t allow sickness in their store. I let the guard know my husband was shopping in the store. He said he did not care and kicked us out. So myself and my daughter, who is 10, where out front of the store calling my husband because we were not aloud in. Greensboro was a very nice place to visit. But won’t be happening again. Im a nurse and my hubby works for the military complex NCDOT. My daughter did not have an illness. It was hot outside and we had left the Zoo. She just drank her beverage too fast and it caused her to vomit. We were then called names by the security guard and management. It was a disgrace to the Target name. And has now changed my mind about shopping with them.

I always shop at Target for cards to send for any occasion. The selection is excellent, and I can always find the one with just the right message (or no message at all). Several checkouts were open, along with self checkout lanes, so the wait was minimal.

The staff is always friendly and I was able to get everything I needed in one trip.
