This is our third purchase with this company. Great customer service and the install for our other two projects was very good. The attention to detail and corners in our laundry room was outstanding.I had never heard of them till our contractor suggested them. Now I am doing a small bathroom on my own and they are providing cabinets. No, they are not the cheapest in town, but this is real wood and truly you get what you pay for.

Purchased vanity through contractor. Vanity was installed via subcontractor. Drawers in vanity were not adjusted correctly, crooked and not soft closing properly after install. Asked both Contractor/subcontractor to fix. After two months had to fire contractor for various reasons. Called the company to ask for assistance with adjusting drawers which should have been something they could do. While I understand their position that they did not sell to me directly, they should stand behind their product and help the end customer especially with such a simple request. After two calls they said they would have to get back to me. It would have taken just a few minutes to explain how it worked or send a copy of the instructions or offer some kind of guidance. Needless to say, I figured out how to adjust them myself having no experience . I would not use this company again based on their poor customer service and lack of concern for the end customers satisgaction. If you cant help with a simple request, then I would never trust them with a large project or remodel.

Kerry came out to measure my home and designed cabinets that did not fit the space in my home. The cabinet installer had to remove cabinetry so doors could open. When I brought this problem to the attention id Kerry he said well, I knew it wouldnt open. Kerry provided one of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had to deal with. The cabinets are cheap quality matching Kerrys customer service. Stand clear of this business. Now Im stuck with cheap cabinetry!

The cabinets are of good quality, the designs are good, but Kerry cannot read a tape measure and will not take financial responsibility for his mistakes. Go somewhere else where you will most likely be treat fairly. Very poor customer service.
