I went into this store while shopping for a Christmas gift. I was looking for a specific item and an employee quickly asked me if I was able to find what I was looking for. He was very helpful but they didnt have the item in inventory. When I asked another employee to check other locations for the item we discovered that it wasnt available. She took time to see if there was another item in stock that might be similar to what I was looking for and was courteous and very helpful. This visit was during the holiday shopping rush and their customer service was fantastic so as I was exiting the store I took a moment to tell a manager their names and how helpful his employees were being. I also told him that for customer service, his team was knocking the ball out of the park. Its refreshing to see someone getting it right!

I was fortunate enough to find everything I was looking for and allowed to use quite a few coupons. And they have a head count limit into the store.

I always enjoy going to Bed Bath and Beyond stores. They have cool kitchen gadgets and housewares. Plus this one has a baby section which is useful now that Babys R Us isnt around anymore. The prices are ok but can be high. They have a large selection of things which is why when I need something specific I go here.

This Bed Bath & Beyond in Greensboro is great location for getting makeup, hair products, over the counter medications, basically anything that you would get at a drugstore. They have a separate department for all these sorts of things. Its great. Then the rest of the store is all typical Bed Bath & Beyond. I have noticed that this store compared to the one in Burlington has a much larger clearance item shelf.By the way, the manager is great! I only know him from going to the store, which I do about twice a month and he knows exactly who I am, and always says Hi.

The store seemed surprisingly low stocked. I was still able to find pretty much everything - and enough to keep me browsing for hours. But, I remember it being a little more robust before. Maybe theyre between seasons or something?On a different note, I have to say the employees were wonderful! The cashier was incredibly patient and helpful even though my mom and I had a bit of a miscommunication/confusion when we got to the register and Im sure that could have been a frustrating situation for a cashier to deal with. I was so impressed with the she handled it!

I come in to this store often and the staff is amazing. I was in tonight and wanted to give a shout to the manager that dealt with the crazy return lady with some kind of open razor. She was trying her damndest to help but the lady was not having it! In the end the lady threatened to call corporate. I made sure to smile and thank her and everything when I walked out. She was still dealing with the lady, so hope it worked out.

The store is clean and well stocked, and there are employees visible everywhere that a stuck customer can ask for help. the employee that helped me, a guy named Byron, deserves 6 stars out of 5 possible for customer service, people skills, courtesy, competence, efficiency, clarity, and going the extra 10 miles for me. if I will ever need anything from BB&B, this is the guy Im going to see. and if his employer reads this - you need to recognize this employee

You were super helpful in helping me to secure my wine glass set at another near by store when your store did not have it in stock. Solid place for all things....bed and bath, including those things that go beyond that. The pricing is reasonable enough, but some prices will raise your eyebrows. The staff were friendly and the service was quick and efficient.

The vaccum cleaner that I wanted wasnt in stock because it sold out. Clarence was the nice gentleman that us purchase the vacuum online and have it shipped to our house for free. This is excellent customer service, so I suggest if you ever need any help ask for Clarence.

They either had what we needed in store or online. They were helpful when exchanging items. For our new home we loved the uug blankets, umbra curtain rods, and design solutions blackout grommetted drapes.

I thought theyd have a large selection of pillows, but no, not really. You can get lost in their pots and pans, but bedding selection is limited. If you find the pattern you like, you may have to go online for your size

There selection of electric toothbrushes was fantastic. Oral B Braun is hard to find but they had it. This made me very happy. Great personnel ready to help. Smiling & gracious check out personnel too. Merry Christmas.

They have the largest variety of sheet sets Ive seen. I got a mid range queen set 500 threadcount for $79.99. It is very comfortable.

This Bed, Bath and Beyond, like every one Ive ever been in, has the nicest, most helpful employees ever. Tonight I passed several other well-known stores that probably would have had what I wanted. But I knew my experience would be much better if I drove the extra 2 miles. And it was!

OMG! Its like the Amazon store for me! Several things I had in my amazon cart, I found right here in this store! They have a pretty wide selection of items too! I was able to pickup a few things right then!

Tricia Juarez is correct!The associates there do watch you for no reason. It’s really disturbing to me two days after our trip there.Last Sunday while there one of the associates a women walked passed me without stopping nor slowing down and says “do you need any help” I thought she was talking to someone else perhaps because she was moving perpendicular to where I was standing and my back was to her, but then a moment later comes back and then decides to look at me and ask are you finding everything alright in a very annoyed manner.My wife later joined me where I was then and we walked around the back of the store and then toward the front area (where she had been previously) to see then another associate (a manoy) staring at us like we were in the body snatchers movie and as if he had zoned in on the guilty murders or something, he did not stop with that though he followed us to where we were in one of the isles and started acting as if he was straightening the shelves.My wife and I were watched and followed like we will guilty of something; trust me there is nothing in your freaking store or any other store worth either of us going to jail over, besides that we have money to pay for what we need.I planned to call the manager at this store today 2 days after our visit there I am still little angry about it but after seeing Tricia’s post I had to back her up. I figure this might be a better way also for them to re think there loss prevention strategies, which I am all for making sure people who steal from stores are caught and prosecuted with the full extend of the law. But let me tell you I do not favor accusatory observations like what we experienced that evening.How totally ridiculous it is to treat people in this way. Awful! The store management needs to understand this is not the way to treat people who come to your store to purchase items - I mean look you sell all this cooking tools stuff to look at and explore but you treat people who do this like they are there to steal from you.

I personal love Bed Bath and beyond. It seems like they may be cutting back on their inventory. But their coupons are great. I will continue to shop there. Ordering on line is very easy and and free delivery on more expertive items.

This location is closing, they sold me a broken lamp and will not even allow an exchange! I am no longer a customer of any Bed Bath and Beyond! Beware of what you buy there, you might get stuck with defective merchandise!

Bed Bath & Beyond has long been one of my favorite stores. I always find something there that is exactly what I didnt know I needed but do. This location, as with most Ive visited, has kind, courteous, and efficient employees. The only thing I would change would be to lower the prices on their bedding but not by sacrificing quality.

They have everything you could possibly think of in this store. Despite being jam packed with stuff, it’s all organized very well and kept clean. Staff is also very helpful.

I’m regular customer here and love the franchise. However, I had so much trouble trying to return gifts from my wedding registry. They didn’t know what they were doing, took a while to figure it out. They were annoyed that I didn’t know my registry number like why can’t you look that up here??? They also acted like this was such an inconvenience for them and were very rude to me during the whole ordeal. You would think a store like this would be better at handling wedding returns.

I came in yesterday looking for Olive Oil. Walked the whole store one clerk said kitchen section. Finally found a manager and asked her. She said we dont sell Olive oil. I told her I had been buying it there for years she looked at me like I was CRAZY and said You have us confused with World Market No I dont have a bottle right here aTaste & Co with a bedbathandbeyond price tag on it. Usually like them lines are always long and slow. After this treatment not sure.

I found the prices a little on the high side. I were looking at their blackout curtains then end up getting them at a great price at Wal-Mart.

Came in today to purchase a bouncer seat for my daughter and a Bumbo seat. All they had was on the top shelf about 20 feet up. Asked for help waited 30 minutes and decided to climb the steps up to get said product . Then a manager named Courtney came and fused at us that we couldnt open a product we were already going to buy. Just down right rude to us after we waited 30 minutes for help that never came. Will never return to this location. Its a shame you cant spend the day out with your family without an employee from a store ruining your day.Thanks bed bath and beyond/Buy Buy Baby

Went here looking for a Buy Buy Baby... Only the back right portion of the store is a BBB. Their selection is obviously very limited. We were trying to compare two transitional carseats : Britax and Chicco. Only Britax were on display - with 3 or more styles. They only had one Chicco seat available and it was not on display but boxed up available for purchase. Very disappointed that I drove out of my way to see these items and could only see half of what I was looking for.

I can find everything I need for my home at Bed, Bath & Beyond! This store is always clean and well organized and the associates are helpful. The checkout lines are rarely long unless its around the holidays. Parking is also easy which is appreciated.

Went top get a robot vac for my daughters wedding gift. The actual manager of this place is so rude, I was actually dumbfounded by the way she acted. Im not sure what her deal was and Im not sure why she took it out on me. I left didnt buy my daughters gift from there, just wanted to thank her ( the manager ) for taking the joy out of it for me. Bed bath and beyond you need to do some customer service 101 training with that one ! Hopefully she doesnt treat all your customers that way.

I reacently webt to register for my baby shower and it was technicaly part of buy buy baby but the lady there that helped me woth my registry was beyond helpful. She not oly gave me advice on products that would suit me better for the parenting route that i would like to go onbut she really let me know advice about safety and recommendations. It may not have been the biggest selection of baby things like we all used to see in babys r us but it still can get overwhelming. All the workers there are very friendly and are quick to helo. They printed us inserts for our baby shower invites to let everyone know where we were regestering and we got the nicest goodie bag from the store just for regestering.

The store has a pleasant smell throughout it - made me smile. Employees were somewhat hard to find when we had a question, but we found what we needed eventually.

Been here several times, always experience tremendous customer service.

The store was very busy today. There also was not many empoyees who could help. We were unable to find our product and had to leave.
