Unfortunately for my luck, my tinted brow only lasted 4 days.:(No more tinting for me, went to Ulta with expectation that it had good product and that it would last at least a week.

Just had Jocelyn do my eyebrows, and she did an outstanding job! I told her my concerns with my brows and how I preferred to have them, and she listened to me intently and made sure they turned out exactly how I wanted them! She even concealed my eyebrows for me to hide the redness!I will continue to come to her for my brow needs!She was also very knowledgeable about other makeup questions I had that werent brow related.

I was very disappointed because they turned me away when the lady had everything ready to go because i wasn’t 18. they should’ve told me over the phone when i made the appointment or had it on the website, but no, i drove 40 minutes to be told i needed help and to be turned away. worst place ever! stay away! i don’t understand how i can get my eyebrows waxed at the age of 10 at any nail salon in the triad but i get turned away from the brow bar. please fix that, thanks.

Visited this particular Brow Bar today and was extremely happy with the customer service, tips, help and products I left with. Will return if I cant seem to get them right on my own, lol.
