Very helpful nice staff. We already knew what we wanted after looking online and picking our item. We browsed the showroom quickly and saw more items we will get later. Then talked to an associate and gave him the information on the item we wanted, it had to be ordered so we gave him our personal information and a small downpayment. He will call when it arrives so we can pick it up. They will deliver for a small charge.It was a very good experience with no high pressure salesmen breathing down our neck.

I called Furniture world, explained I need a bed that day and my father was coming home from hospital. Quoted prices and asked if I could pick up in afternoon. Lady said no problem. Offered to give payment over phone, she said they had plenty of Mattresses and box springs. We get there explained I had called in am, she Remembered me calling. She then told me that they only had the mattress available and I’d have to come back again tomorrow and get the box springs. I then asked her why she had told me over the phone that I could pick up both today. She said she didn’t hear that. We then Went to Selmers furniture got the mattress and box spring and great customer service.

I recently purchased a sofa from Furniture World. It was a great experience. Pam was very helpful in helping me find the right sofa and was not pushy at all. I felt the pricing was fair and delivery was fast (within a week) and they brought the sofa in the house, assembled, and removed packaging materials. I would recommend this company to anyone in the area.

I ordered a jofran barn door bedroom set August 2020. I still have not recieved my head board I ordered. They gave me a head board to hold over until I got the right one. However it has been a year now. I have made multiple attempts to get a refund off the difference or the correct head board I already paid for a year ago. I never receive a call back after I reach out to them about it. I had to wait 7 months just to get my bedroom set alone now it has been a year and still no head board. I find this to be very frustrating and unprofessional especially since I spent over $10,000 at this store. I lost everything in a house fire in 2019 and for the most part I was happy with the purchases but this is unacceptable to have to wait a year and no one ever returns my calls.

Incredible selection at both locations. Across the street from each other. Linda and Pamela were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Pam printed information about the pieces we are interested in and gave us prices for both floor models and custom upholstery. Sale prices are very competitive. Large selection of custom fabrics. Would recommend visiting their stores when shopping for furniture.

I recently purchased a sofa from Furniture World. Even with the store closed, I was able to shop online and complete my purchase via phone with the local manager. The process was easy and efficient. I received my sofa fast and I am thrilled with it. Great piece for the price and wonderful service! Highly recommend.

Impressive selection.. Great price on our selected furniture and easy to work with staff. When we picked it up they quickly wrapped the furniture with plastic and loaded our truck. Great service, we will definitely consider F.W. NW for future furniture choices!

Update:After posting this review originally in August I got a call saying a replacement would be delivered in September. It’s now September and I haven’t heard a word. :(Been waiting since March for a replacement sofa that was delivered broken. I bought the warranty too and have called multiple times, never buying from here again.

We went to Furniture World after visiting multiple store from Olympia to Aberdeen. Linda is the best!! We were feeling defeated after buying an expensive bed from a national sleep store that we ended up returning after the trail. We were at the end of our ropes until we found Linda. She listened and understood what we were wanting. We bought our bed on a Monday and we were sleeping on it by Wednesday. Took 4 weeks for the last place. Great buying experience from Linda and the rest at Furniture World! Thank you!!

Scott patiently escorted me through endless choices, answering my questions and helping me make selections. The store occupies 2 bldg; one of them is 4-stories. So many choices. But he listened when I told him what I needed and knew right where to find everything. Once I finally chose the pieces I wanted I discovered that I could select from a vast array of fabrics and my furniture would be custom-built. (In the USA). Im delighted with the high quality, extraordinary service and very reasonable cost.

One of the best sales experience Ive had. Dan- our sales guy- was very knowledgeable yet humble enough to admit what he didnt know, and was willing and able to find the answers. No pressure, no rush, very friendly. The furniture selection was amazing. It was so nice to have someone with us the whole time because furniture (we were looking at sofas) does so much more than what is just in the show room, and we had no idea!

Great place to buy quality furniture. Went to Furniture World in the old Kaufman Scroggs building, and was greeted by a smiling and happy associate named Sunni. She was able to answer all of my questions and helped find exactly what I wanted and needed. Im SO happy with my purchase. Ill be back soon. Purchase a lift chair from these people last June. the chair went out and because of my special needs and the length of time it would take to get the chair repaired they brought over not just only a loner but a better one, than the one I purchased, for me to use.this is why it pays to shop local. I could not ask for a better customer service from a business

These guys have a need for the city to think that they are the cheaper option when in reality its a no credit bad credit store. There prices are if course higher not lower than competition. Trust me my family knows as we bought there when we had little and now buy elsewhere realizing we paid more there.

Went on the website and it looks like a great selection. I just moved here from California and left most of my larger furniture behind and need to replace it. I tried calling but they havent answered. In curious about the Commercial for 101 days same as cash no credit needed. Im building my credit and need to find something just like what the Commercial sounded like. I make good money but need to establish myself has anyone taken them up on the 101 days same as cash with no credit?? It sounds great if I could just get someone to explain it and contact me back.

They store the furniture in a moldy backroom and just brush the mold off before putting it on the showroom floor. If you buy furniture here you may be bringing mold into your home.
