I looked at several brands and different styles within those brands. I was able to make a decision on what my needs were and given a good price. The Manager was friendly and very knowledgeable. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me several selections. He was able to answer all of my questions. It was a very pleasant experience.

Beware. Mattress Warehouse and Synchrony Home will SCAM you if you are not careful. DO NOT BUY with 24 months interest free. We bought a mattress in 2018 January for $2,097.64 with 24 months interest free with their financial company Synchrony Home.Today (5/1/2021) we got a phone call from Synchrony that we did not make an April payment for our mattress. We thought that we already paid it off, so it was surprising to hear that we are still making a payment. And then Synchrony said we STILL owed $2,222!!!!!!We have been paying since 2018 Jan, $70 x 39 months = $2,730, which is more than what we owed. They said we got 29% interest after 24 months interest free was expired, and also we are not under a promotion(????) anymore. So, we still need to pay $2,222 more. THIS IS SCAM!!!Why someone set up the payment $70/month instead of $88/month (2097.67/24) to pay it off for 24 months with interest free. We had no problem to make payment even $100/month. We DID NOT ASK to pay only $70 per month. SOMEONE set us up to pay more than 24 months, and end up paying an enormous amount of interest for $2,097.64 mattress.In addition, there was NO notification when 24 months interest free was expired. Also, there was no monthly paper statement AT ALL ever since we bought it.We are going to keep calling to the District manger until we figure it out whats going on. If someone either Mattress Warehouse or Synchrony really set us up to pay twice more than what we bought, then this is really SCAM. We will keep posting. Please do not buy with 24 months interest free with them.Side note: when we called the store on May 1st 2021, the current store manager, Nicholas, was at least polite and understanding.
