I love that whenever I come to the store I can get a custom cake at the bakery. At least three times Ive decided to get a cake the day I needed it and each time there was a great employee in the bakery who customized the cake while I waited. And they all tasted so good! Sandy did the cake today that I have in the picture. My 2-year-old grandson swiped his finger through Abigails name before I got the picture.

Lowes Foods is always a delight to visit. Almost always, their grocery stores are super clean, organized, aisles stocked, excellent staff, and so much more. The general vibe of their stores makes me feel like Im shopping somewhere local and where everyone knows each other. They always have selections of items that arent available elsewhere and the prices are amazing. Lowes Foods is the best! If you dont shop here yet, you have to start!

I love this grocery store!!🥰🥰Always clean and fully stocked. The employees are so nice. One saw that I looked like I needed help finding something, and took the initiative to help me. You usually have to ask customer service elsewhere, but not at this super friendly grocery store. The cart storage in the parking lot is planted with flowers. I felt welcomed and excited to shop even before I entered the store. Just to add to the amazingness of this store, I shopped day before Thanksgiving.🥰🥰 They had it together.

Lowe’s Foods has a reputation for good quality and a good shopping experience, however this location misses the mark on both counts. The prices at. Lowe’s Foods are pretty high so they really need to deliver on the quality and experience or why bother.Of significant concern these days is their total disregard for the Coronavirus much less the Governor’s Executive Order requiring masks. During my recent visit, very few customers were wearing masks. Proper mask wearing by the staff wash it and miss. I have friends who get heckled when they go in. The disregard for customer health and safety as well as disregard for law is unacceptable. I will not frequent such a poor community citizen.Beware!

This store is not enforcing mask wearing. Both customers and staff are allowed to roam the store without a mask, and no employees ask them to wear one. Either the store managers do not believe the virus is a real threat, or they do not care that they endanger their customers. I saw many elderly people in the store (wearing masks) who were forced to be around non-mask-wearing younger people. This disregard for both the law in North Carolina and the lives of our elderly is unacceptable. It has been made clear to me that these practices will continue. I urge everyone to shop elsewhere and send a message to the management of the store that we care even if they do not.Thank you for your attention.

This store has very high prices, very poor selections - especially in the meat and produce areas - and generally low quality produce. The recent remodel has made many traffic jam areas by placing product displays in the middle of busy intersections, as well as replacing several parking spots with grocery pick up areas in an already small parking lot. The bar in the middle of the store also means that there is usually a large number of people without masks on.I rated 2 stars instead of 1 because the kids at the front are always very polite and friendly.

Great selection

This was a lovely store. It was convenient to the friends house we were at. The store was very nice, but the bathroom left something to be desired. The toilet wasnt that clean and neither was the rest of the bathroom. Besides that, the store was really nice. I like the self check out option. We were able to get discount steaks here and they were delicious grilled. Me and my boyfriend will more than likely come here again.

Great products when theyre open but they will put a cart in front of the door an hour before they actually close to deter customers from coming in. Im all for giving places time to close but blockading the entrance an hour before close when youre the only grocery store withing a 5 mile radius is a little ridiculous.

Such a big and lovely clean store that has a wide variety of everything in it. The food at the bar is so fresh and tasty! I don’t think anyone would go wrong with this store at all!

Since there was no meat in the coolers, maybe its time to scrub them out. Never have I saw such filth. Maybe the health department should take a good look.

The store is always clean and great customer service. A little more expensive than other grocery stores in the area though. In my opinion its worth the extra money for the quality of food, especially in the produce department.

Bright and clean grocery store, decent selection but not a bazillion brands ... prices compare to Harris Teeter, some more some less. Staff always pleasant and helpful, but sometimes scarce. Beer garden is a plus, as is their kitchen. One of the few places around I can find RC Cola.

This location is the most disrespectful and disgusting location. The food to go service is so disloyal. I would not go to this location. Most employees are wearing ripped jeans that don’t look appropriate for work.. they all seem to not care about professionalism. Who ever manages this store really needs to be demoted. Because compared to the other Lowe’s on New garden this one just doesn’t measure up.

My favorite grocery store of all my 59 yrs. Staff nearly always at the top of their game. Manager Tom is very helpful! Produce is always fresh and beautiful. Great bakery and meats depts. Hard to beat Lowes Fried Chicken...in fact, all the store brands items are top notch.

A winner!! Fresh and delicious food already prepared if you choose. I make a quick stop and Im able to serve delicious, nutritious food to my family!

Friendly staff, good selection (premium price) While I live all of the people who work here, including all of the high school kids who get their first work experience, it comes at a premium. Theyre out in the country, so with that and their being a Lowes Foods..costs are high. Everything seems to run 20 % higher, at minimum. Fresh fruits and vegetables are usually top notch, and other than hamburger, I love their meat. (Hamburger keeps its string shape from grinding, its weird).

Very thankful to have this clean store near my home. We live several miles outside the city limits. Love having this store available to prevent more trips in to town for just a few items.

Lowes is a beautiful bright and cheery grocery store which provides customer service like no other grocery store. Lowes provides many different types of food items which may not be found at other grocery stores.at checkout I noticed that I did not receive a discount on my groceries when I questioned this young man answered that nothing could be done about it I then asked the gentleman if I could simply return my grocery items and have items scanned again but this time applying the discount. The young gentleman smiled and said yes I can do that for you. I noticed that there wasnt anyone behind me at the customer service counter and I only had three bags of groceries so I did not feel too badly about asking him to return my items and re scanning, however Im wondering why the gentleman didnt do this to begin with?

A very nice looking Lowes foods. But on multiple occasions we have had trouble with ordering made to order wings in the deli on account of that they didnt seem to want to make it for us and they kept giving different flimsy excuses. With managers having to be brought in we eventually we able to get our wings made, but its and annoying hassle to go through that each time. The wings are excellent though.

Quick in out service, order online and pick up when i need it. Friendly people. Love the people. Great sales prices little high on regular but sales are excellent.

Fantastic down the road grocery store. If you look hard enough you will find some fantastic deals and not to mention that you can earn points on their rewards card to save on the local gas station.

Love this grocery store but is more expensive than most. What bothers me is that they can spike prices so high but cannot pay attention to restrooms. Womens is a complete disgrace! Also some cashiers need some customer service polishing

Heres a picture of the video I took of the poo on the side of a toilet that my 6 year old sister accidentally stuck her hands into. I had to take it from the video I took because it wouldnt let me insert the video of it. It was a good place to shop but not for using the restroom.

Very nice clean grocery store. They have just about everything anyone would want to buy.

Everything is clearly marked and easy to find. I am in and out in about 15 minutes. The workers are super nice and are always willing to help you out.

Great assiciates at checkout. Rest of departments have 0 associates at 3 pm. Produce is not fresh, often empty. Deli is great. Meat department very pricey, compares to a private meat shop$$$$. Dairy/frozen usually full.Is my last choice of supermarket.

Rude Customer Service, on the day I visited (March 14) there was a blonde I presume to be manager behind the partition. There were no other workers around to assist with checkout error. She looked at me several times, and never made an attempt to assist. Overall the atmosphere was horrid, and will continue to use the store on Guilford College.

Smh But being the person i am I spoke & Greeted them myself.. Train your workers a Little Better place..

Never eat there poor food

This store is generally clean and organized. As time passes its become a little more cluttered and crowded, The employees are always kind, fun and helpful. I love the local produce. I do NOT like the produce being drenched multiple times a day by a deluge of artificial rain showers that keeps the veggies in a pool of water that rots them and requires you to wear a raincoat and waders to go fishing for lettuce, dukes and celery in case the thunderstorm breaks out whilst you are foraging for broccoli at the wrong time. You will go home with drenched sleeves and drowned broccoli florets. I dont understand the need for soggy/mushy lettuce leaves, wilted celery leaves, slimy carrot stems, drenched broccoli heads, dripping romaine leaves that have to be rinsed at home and individually dried, mushy iceberg leaves, science experiment cabbage heads....Please turn off the high capacity sprinkler heads in produce. I really dont like doing half my shopping at Food Lion or the Fresh Market to get decent produce. Id appreciate it.
