I went in looking for a Barbour jacket… There was plenty to choose from and even a sale! They were all the wrong fit though. John Fields, the sales associate working that day noticed me and proceeded to pull six or eight different options. He graciously and knowledgeable he helped me make the best choice. He was very understanding and was an expert in this area! I couldn’t have found my perfect fit unless he was there, I’m no easy fit and did require a lot of help. I left with my new favorite jacket! Thanks John!

Id you need anything related to fly fishing Mike is your guy to go to. He helped me out beyond measure and gave me some casting tips and had me cast in store for about 10 minutes to get the hang of it. Beyond impressed with the customer service.

Love the look and quality of the clothes. I found some deals online, but didnt want to pay the shipping so I had the store place my order. That box landed at my door in less than 24 hours, with everything in my order, no lie people! The store has great customer service.

Been shopping at this store since it opened and other store for many years.. Last year I spent around $2000 in there. I have concluded they have prejudged my ability to buy based on being a senior citizen. One clerk knows me. She is good. When she is not there I have to ask someone to help me when I need it. Stopped going in there.

Brought in the only rod I could afford and asked one simple question Can you show me how to connect Clear Line to the Green Line. Obviously I am new to the sport and can not justify paying $300 for something I dont know I will love. Instead of helping me, the man insisted on bashing my old equipment. I say insisted because I asked him my simple question three times during the proving phase of why my rod was not worthy to fish with. Look, I know Im new and it will be harder to use this rod but I went to a place looking for advice and left not wanting to enjoy the sport at all. I wont be back.
