They did an excellent job from helping me to select the flooring that complimented my tile flooring to installing the flooring. They are perfectionists when it comes to the products they use, to the completed install. If something is not right, they fix it immediately, and to your satisfaction.Cooper Trotter was wonderful to work with, and was a large help with any questions I had. Their prices were more than reasonable, and their products are top grade. Customer Service was top notch! I had a pleasurable experience from start to finish. Although I was unable to go to the showroom, the personal attention I received from Cooper Trotter was just what I needed. He always made himself available to answer any questions; I was able to choose my carpet online, and we conducted every aspect of our business over the phone. Carpet was ordered on a Monday and installed the following week. The installers worked fast and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves very well (seemingly a lost art with contractors nowadays). Overall, I am extremely pleased with my carpet installation. Mr. Trotter made me feel like I was his only customer; Im so glad I went with Trotter Brothers and I highly recommend their services.

I had a unique situation in that my floor was extremely hard to remove. Im working with Hunter and he wants perfection. I admire this company with integrity. I have just a couple finishing touches left before its complete. My floor is beautiful!! After the final two issues it will look even better!! Its already being admired. Hunter and his team did an outstanding job with carpeting our new guest bedroom and unfinished stairs leading down to our basement. In fact, they found an issue with the stairs not being finished properly and recommended a wonderful carpenter/handyman to finish them up the right way so the carpet would look its best. Were so pleased, we may have them carpet the basement as well. Hunter is a sweetheart and their prices were very competitive, so their customer service spoke volumes over what you can get at a bit box retail store.

Trotter brothers: very professional and the knowledge that they had about the ceramic tile/ porcelain tile that I wanted was very informative and helpful!. I did my bathroom floor and bathroom shower and around my jacuzzi tub and backsplash in porcelain tile with boarders and I am extremely pleased. Ive hired Trotter Bros. for two different houses and projects, and with both they did a great job in addition to being professional, courteous and just plain nice folks to work with. So Im going to start off with. Im am not going to beg you to take my money.I am in the beginning stages of getting my home renovated. Yes my home needs LOTS of work. First things first Im going to get the floors done. That alone will upgrade the interior of my home. Well I called 3 different flooring companies. Trotter Brothers had some of the best reviews, along with one other company. Well I had both companies come that same day (different times) to get measurements. Trotter Brothers came first. I told him what I wanted, he was educated in what he was speaking, took my email address, everything. I asked how will I get the quote, phone, email or what. He said email. It never came. I called was told Ill get a call or email back with quote. It never happened. So apparently they dont want to fix the floors in my home. Im not going to beg them to take my money. I went to another company. I apologize for the typos. I was very upset.UpdateThey did get in contact with me AFTER they saw my review. Working with Trotter Brothers Flooring was a great experence. I needed nice flooring fast as we were trying to get our house ready to sell. Hunter came out and gave me a quote two business days after I made my first call to them and 4 business later the floor was in and looked fabulous! He matched it to exisiting flooring in the house and got us just what we needed for the area. We had thought about trying to buy flooring from a chain store and install ourselves, but I am so glad we didnt! On initial contact this company was prompt, professional and courteous. In the end however, I waited three months for a job that was expected to take two weeks. And even then, I had to go to the store and demand the carpet I had paid for 3 months earlier, take it home and install it myself.I suggest anyone doing business with this company pay on completion of the work. Otherwise they will not be responsive.
