I love Edible Arrangements! Was recently in to redeem my birthday treat of a free dozen chocolate dipped fruit pieces. So yummy! Also picked up a few of their new fruit smoothies. The smoothies were really good too - not too sweet, but full of fruit flavor. Gabrielle was also pleasant while preparing my order and checking me out. I can always count receiving discount offers in my email for my next treat or gift giving items.
Not delivered when assured. Not contacted when they tried to deliver as told.This is most certainly a slime pool of wet crushed cheesecake and barely chocolate covered strawberries.Did not stand behind their nasty very expensive product. Will never ever try to make someone’s day by sending them something to just make their day worse.
I am thoroughly pleased with the Edible Arrangements order I placed for a delivery in Greensboro, NC. It was important that it arrived for a graduation celebration by the start time. It arrived 5 hours early and was nice and cold. The parents were absolutely thrilled with it and could not have been more impressed with the presentation. Thank you to my fave delivery company. Your prices are a bit steep but so is the price of fruit that I would have to prepare. So, yes! I will use them again!
Edible arrangements has the best chocolate covered strawberries. I received some for my birthday, and they were delicious. So, I decided to send some to my sister for her birthday along with the cheesecake. She said the strawberries (chocolate covered)were fresh and they were delicious and the cheesecake was good.
Best customer service Ive seen in a long time. They were very accommodating to my request. I use Edible Arrangements for all my get well, Happy Birthday, Anniversarys. No matter which location I order from they are always the best! Thank you to all the employees for an amazing experience

The fruit seemed frost bite and was notGood at all, this is one of the bigger baskets and I must tell my boyfriend to surprise me with something else cause this ain’t it, they called when they arrived at my home for delivery and I wasn’t there, she offered to leave my arrangement on the front porch in the dead heat of summer ( lol) I asked if I could go to the store and pick it up. Went to battleground store the lady was abrupt and rude, when I asked why don’t they call ahead to assure people are home she replied they wouldn’t get any thing done doing that… smh.. rude! I waited hours and picked up the basked Just for the fruit to appear to have water set inside it, not fresh. Only thing decent was the berries! Smh…. Y’all go somewhere else cause they are slacking

Beautiful! Tasty Special Birthday Surprise! In the midst of this time of not being able to be with your loved ones on their special day. This was a great opportunity for us to celebrate our daughter from a distance! The fruit arrangement was fresh, beautiful (she said tasty) and cookies were yummy too! The arrangement was exactly what I ordered and they even have a way of tracking your order. So thankful!

The gift options are great! My problem is delivery. We are paying nearly $100 for candy and flowers but we cant have an estimated delivery time? Not even an option to pay more to know an estimated delivery time. Ive made the decision not to purchase from Edible Arrangement again because i shouldnt have to worry if my order will be actually be delivered or returned to the store because no one is home. Give us estimated delivery times for residential addresses, not everyone can just sit around waiting to see when you will show up!Edit: I changed my review from a two star to a one star because of the response from the owner. I am not interested in your day to day activities or how you run your store. I am simply saying it would make sense to offer an estimated delivery time for the customers. I was told my purchase would be delivered before 9pm and If no one is home then the product is sent back to the store. This means someone would have to be home all day to receive the product. Plenty of businesses (ex. Dominos) will tell you an estimated delivery time and also allow you to choose a delivery time. I needed my order delivered by a certain time this was not available so i was left with one option: wait for someone to eventually show up. I would have taken this option if i could have at the very least been given an estimated delivery time.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!! I wish I would have read the reviews before making my purchase. I have never had any issues with edible arrangements until now. Apparently the delivery driver tried to deliver my order but no one was home. I know this not to be true because the recipient get this.... WORKS FROM HOME!!! I got no call from the delivery driver and the customer service rep told me they would try and deliver again just to get me off of the phone. I am in a different state but I sure wish I could step foot in this store. No refund was offered and if I hadnt advocated for myself the lady on the phone would have just shrugged it off like nothing. What type of policy is it to not offer a refund if the product wasnt deliver or received? Its robbery!! I will be filling a fraud claim with my bank against this establishment and contacting corporate! This is ridiculous! They basically stole my money AND ruined my gift to my friend. I ordered an arrangement for my best friends birthday on Monday to be delivered on her birthday on Tuesday. By Friday I called to ask where it was and they seemed to have no idea. However all the money was charged to my card. When I said I just wanted a refund they said I had to call corporate!!! Unbelievable.

My daughters boyfriend order a edible arrangement and was supposed to be delivered on Friday and was not delivered and we called and they kept saying we will get back with you and never did they are scamming people and had to put in a fraud claim with the bank and the lady at the bank said they have had to do alot of investigations for edible arrangements. I ordered and was expecting them to be delivered today. They were however I am on call so I did not hear the door bell ring. The driver didn’t leave a number. I tried calling the store and nobody answered. Tried again and a girl answered and told me that sometimes the drivers will circle back around or will give me a call. They haven’t circled back around nor have they called to see when they can re deliver it. Nobody is answering their phone and I paid for something I’m not even able to get on the day I wanted them
I should have listened to the reviews before using this location, they have plenty of apology responses but nothing changes. My order was missing the Happy Birthday cake pop add on, called the same day and was told they would deliver the next day....well, that didnt happen either. Left a complaint with the corporate office and it said my case would be resolved by the location within 48 hours. No surprise, didnt receive a call or resolution again. Had to contact them a third time....waiting on the credit? Great birthday treat for my wife while I was out of town.....NIEVER AGAIN Edible Arrangements! Lesson learned?
Update: I did receive my order and it was perfect there was a delay and I understand things happen. The manager/owner followed up below and I totally understood. As long as my wife was happy, I’m a happy pleased customer. Next time I will definitely take the advice to place order earlier before actual date.
Their drivers drive way over the speed limit. Was driving home from work and one of their delivery trucks passed me and sped in front of me going at least 70-75 in a 60. I understand you have to get orders out on time, but no need to drive like a jerk .
BUYER BEWARE! this a FRAUDulent establishment. one that will take your money, not deliver the purchased and paid for item, not tell you they were unable to deliver unless you follow-up with them, and then refuse to refund your money for something that was never received. sadly, the people who work in the store that can’t seem to make a simple delivery and communicate are nowhere near as incompetent as the “office” staff, mainly debbie and the ever-illusive manager. this one proprietor appears to own four edible arrangements around the triad and no doubt operating them all the same way: fraudulently. you can tell how awful they are by their google reviews and the zero-accountability response to them all. don’t waste your time and money.
My boyfriend order from here for my birthday. The customer service was awesome. I was able to finally eat the fruit and it was so fresh. Definitely a 5 star.
Horrible experience with this location. I placed an order online as I live out of state to be delivered to my sister in Oak Ridge NC on her birthday. The order showed up at 9pm at night. Then she called to tell me she couldn’t even eat the strawberries because they were mushy and sitting in water. She said they were horrible and sent me pics which I forwarded to this locations manager and she refused to acknowledge they weren’t any good and would not give me a refund. My sister even offered to bring the strawberries to the location so they could see. The only thing offered was a replacement of strawberries which my sister didn’t want more bad strawberries and it defeated the purpose of the fact that it was supposed to be a surprise for her birthday. Absolutely unacceptable and horrible customer service. I was trying to support a local business but this is unacceptable esp when you pay over $40 for A few strawberries. I will never use edible arrangements again after this experience. I should have went with their competitor.

I have not been able to contact anyone at this store. I left a message yesterday for someone to call me and as of now no one has. I have been on hold for over an hour todat trying to get on contact with someone. My order was not delivered even after speaking to someone yesterday morning guaranting that it would be by 5pm since it was being delivered to a business. This unacceptable!
Our company sent out Edible Arrangements this year to our main clients as thank yous. It was so easy to get everything scheduled, Travis, the store manager was incredibly helpful and everything went off without a hitch. Not to mention, everyone loved the gifts! This was our first time doing this for our clients and it was definitely worth the money!

I called the store in Greensboro as my local store wasnt able to assist me and advised me to see if the store that would be delivering it would be able to help me in placing my order. The lady I spoke with was able to help me out in picking the perfect arrangement and also helped me to figure out the best day to deliver the item. She was very helpful and nice and I was appreciative of the help she provided to me in placing my order.
Delicious! Who would have thought that chocolate on pineapple would become a favorite of mine. The summer offering of the fruit cup is so perfect for a quick snack - just grab and go! Every arrangement we have received or sent has been well made and delicious!

Picked up a delicious daisy arrangement, which was supposed to be in a small vase. Instead, I get was a coffee cup as a base with everything jammed into it. When I asked about the change, the lady at the front ‘blamed it on corporate’ and was unprofessional overall. This was my first edible arrangement, and definitely my last!
Usually I dont have any problems with them. But today they got everything wrong. Put in order to be delivered to wife job as a surprise. Something I always do. However on today the delivery was unsuccessful. They didnt arrive at job until her whole first shift was over and was gone. They told me I could come and pick up in store and will be ready. (Angry), but said ok. Drove 25mins there. Stood in line over 30mins. Only to be told, they cant find it. Late for work so I left. They call me close to 6:00pm to say they got it. It was still on delivery truck from earlier. And will send the order back out tomorrow. So my wife will be getting old, late fruit treats and chocolate tomorrow. Thanks

Second year in a row - poor customer service on the biggest holiday of the year (Valentines Day). The locations should turn down orders if they cannot fulfill them. Instead, they ruin the surprise of a delivery since they are 1-2 days late. Separately, the chocolate covered strawberries look like raspberries they are so pitiful. I will spread the word to everyone I know, do not support this location.

Never have I been so disappointed with a delivery!! Instead of a Happy Birthday arrangement, My daughter was delivered a Prayers for you arrangement! She thought someone was playing a joke on her, and when called to complain and ask how this could happen, they informed the right arrangement was then delivered! Guess what? DAMAGE DONE! But thanks for the $16 bucks you credited back! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

My son is an over the road truck driver. He couldnt get home for Valentines Day, so on the 11th, I helped him place an order for an arrangement for his wife, with bears and balloons for his 2- and 4-year-old children.The children were told that a surprise from Daddy was coming. They waited all day. They were supposed to go to Grandmas (my) house for dinner, but because the delivery hadnt arrived, they couldnt leave their house. My granddaughter Skyped me at least half a dozen times to ask if she could still come, each time I said yes, thinking that surely the arrangement would arrive soon. We tried calling the store and the main customer service number. Customer service kept sending us back to the store, the store never answered. My granddaughter stayed up, fighting tears and sleep, until almost 10 p.m., hoping that Daddys surprise would get there, and then she could go to Grandmas. (No, she wouldnt actually have come over at 10 p.m. but at least the surprise would have made it up to her a little.)NO DELIVERY ON VALENTINES DAY AT ALL. NO CALL FROM THE STORE. NOTHING.I called the store the next morning to let them know what had happened. Apparently, they could care less. They saw no reason to try to do anything to make it up to my son and his family. No extra items were offered. No discount or partial refund was offered. They would not even guarantee a prompt delivery! They tried to tell me that it could be as late as 10 p.m.. When asked about the failed delivery, they mumbled something about maybe our system was down. I contacted my son and he was going to just cancel the order, but when I went online to do so, it wouldnt let me because they had marked that they were already making it up.The arrangement finally arrived at almost 1 p.m. today, 2/15/18, although it was supposedly being made up at 9:15 a.m. There was no care taken in making the arrangement at all. The fruit was not arranged attractively, some of the fruit was hanging off to the side, the dipped fruits were crooked, several of the strawberries were half green. The delivery guy said, Yeah, we were really busy yesterday., thrust the arrangement into my daughter-in-laws hands and left without another word.Looking online, this particular franchise seems to excel at poor customer service, failed deliveries, and sloppy arrangements. Previous to now, I have used Edible Arrangements frequently, both for personal and business gifts, because other stores have done a great job at sending attractive arrangements with fresh fruit in a timely fashion. After this experience, Im hesitant to use them at all.The picture is of my crying, disappointed granddaughter. I hope the franchise sees this so that they can realize there are REAL PEOPLE on the other side of these deliveries, and when they drop the ball as badly as they did here, shrugging your shoulders and saying, Oh, well doesnt cut it.
I HATE writing negative reviews. But wow! Order placed for a valentines day delivery. Recipient and two small children eagerly waited ALL DAY, into the evening for a surprise that never happened. They were going to visit grandmother for dinner, but instead continued waiting for no-show surprise. Finally got through to Edible Arrangements the day after valentines only to get the pat on the head and the scoot-along. They gave us two options: a refund, or they would deliver the arrangements today, sometime before 10PM (cuz you know, having a 4-year-old wait around till 10PM (AGAIN) and go to bed disappointed and in tears (AGAIN) is an option.
I order from here yearly for families birthdays and they always have great customer service and beautiful arrangements not once have I had a problem the staff are professional and kind as well and I will definitely continue getting my arrangments from this location

On September 14, 2017, I submitted an online order for anEdible Arrangement to picked up at this location. The arrangement was ordered to celebrate my best friends birthday who lives in the area. After picking up the arrangement, my friend stated that the service providers at the location were impolite and lacked the professionalism that shed been accustomed to at other locations. In addition, the packaging of the arrangement was substandard to say the least, containing some under as well overipened fruit including molded strawberries that were discovered as portions of the arrangement were disassembled. I called the corporate number and was advised that I would be contacted by the staff at the Greensboro pickup location. I was later contacted by a representative from the franchise. I must say that I was appalled by the lack of professionalism she displayed during our phone interaction. The representative demonstrated a rude and defensive tone with little room for me as the customer to express my grievances. When confronted about her unprofessional approach, the representative appeared further irriated and replied that the call was being recorded. I inquired about the owners contact information and was told that the information could not be provided. I was later informed by the representative that per the owner, a refund could not be issued however another arrangement could be made to replace the previous. After expressing disapproval of the resolution, I was informed that the owner would contact me at a later date. I have yet to receive a message that would indicate proof of that call. I am highly displeased and disappointed with my overall experience with Edible Arrangements. I feel embarrassed that my friend endured such a negative experience on her birthday at my expense. I am a awaiting a response from the corporate office regarding a refund request for the purchased arrangement not only because of the poor quality of the product but rather the overall experience. I have had no complaints in the history of purchasing arrangements until now, however this was by far the worst experience Ive had with this company. Based on what I am seeing from other reviews, there is a common practice of unprofessional behavior at this location. This is unacceptable and should be investigated further by corporate management.
I have had the worst experience with this company today. I was hung up on twice never got the arrangement delivered to the business it was to go to then told that there was no way to reach the drivers. Then told by a supervisor that she was going to call the driver and see what could be done and call me back she never did. I called back and still no order they will have the driver deliver it to my home address by 9:00 pm this has ruined a birthday as well as a valentines day. This will be the only time I order from here again.

My sis sent me an arrangement that I picked up from this location. The worst fruit ever, the arrangement looked as if someone that was not properly trained threw it together and on top of that, the customer service was horrible along with the quality of the hard fruit🍇🍒🍍🍓. The service at this location is terrible. The girl that waited on me was super awkward and not friendly at all. I went to this location to get a smoothie. Beware, if youre a fan of Juice Shop smoothies, these are not the smoothies for you. Most smoothies include juice or some type of yogurt along with fruit but the smoothie I ordered here consisted of ice, strawberrries, and bananas. Very disappointing.
