Good selection of Weber grills. Its billed as entertaining shopping experience. Based on their website I expected a larger store. Id call it a gift shop that also sells the occasional grill and outdoor furniture set.

Drove 45 minutes to look at a grill they had on their web page just to find out they dont keep them in the store but I can pay $150.00 shipping to have one shipped I was told.

Was looking for a stand alone vent free fire place. They had none but could order. Very pricey!

This store is more glam these days but I still needed a hardware item. Actually I need plastic caps for my metal patio furniture which they still keep in stock. I did get sidetracked by some of the jewelry and sat awhile on their front porch. They have very well made patio furniture also. And grills, fireplace accessories. Paintings and a very good variety of greeting cards, and much more. I cant wait until they put Christmas items out.

I love the jewelry they have at Fleet Plumber. They carry all shapes and sizes of Scout bags, Rain jewelry, very nice handbags, Peeper reading glasses (my favorite). Baby gift items. My husband always enjoys looking at the grill items they carry. If you are looking for that something different gift item, stop in and browse around. You wont be sorry and I doubt youll leave empty handed. They even have gelato!!

I visit this store frequently to purchase Green Egg items and on such visit, I noticed they were having a sale on their outdoor furniture. I spoke with a store representative about an outdoor dining set that was labeled “Last One!” Later that same day I called and spoke with the Style and Design Consultant and purchased the aforementioned dining set. Receipt emailed to me confirming the sale. Later, she called me back to say the table had been previously sold. She said they could get the same dining set for me but the price would be 45% higher than what I had paid. That seems to be deplorable customer service. I requested that she speak to the owner again and call me back. Two days later, I emailed her stating I assumed they were honoring the sale of the dining set for the original price as it was still charged to my card. No was the answer I received…so why had they not issued a refund? Why had they not called back? My experience as their customer was definitely not a top priority in this transaction!!

I have purchased a number of products from Fleet-Plummer. The employees in the store are always very helpful and courteous and get an answer to any question one might have about their products. Today, for the first time, I had a delivery made from their store to my home. I can now add that their delivery folks did an outstanding job and that was greatly appreciated.

I searched around and called every Big Green Egg dealer in the triad and Fleet-Plummer was by far the best priced at over $200 cheaper for a XL package. The staff was extremely helpful knowledgeable. The owner was extremely nice and even helped load the egg up in the truck. A+++ buying experience!!

Wow, this place is tchotchke heaven! Came during holidays so its seasonal and great place to find quality grills and fireplace inserts. Also, plenty of scents, candles, oils and soaps. The wife found a fragrance in Hilton Head that she loved and found it here so it was a must buy! Great place to bring Mom and Grandma or Mother In-law.....

I am a regular at Fleet Plummer. The staff is so friendly and helpful! You will find things here that are not mainstream, so if you like to adorn yourself and home, this is the place to go. They sale Pandora and other designer jewelry and much more. If you like cheap prices go somewhere else, however, it is worth it. You can setup an account where they enter all your purchases, and when you reach I think $100, they will give you $15 reward that comes in the mail. They also give you a birthday surprise.🎂 Their Christmas decorations are awesome!!

I recently went online to purchase a gift card for Christmas and was charged sales tax. Ask any Greensboro resident about this and they will invariably say fun shopping. They stock what would seem like an uncompatable variety of items, but it seems to work. Jewelery, back yard furniture and grills, greeting cards, candles, and even seasonal items like the best Christmas decorations in town. Set in a little strip mall, be careful getting there, the streets in the area can be confusing. Worth a visit!

They were in no way willing to match the price for the same exact grill. Said they wouldnt make as much money. Save your cash ppl and shop around. Do not recommend buying any products from this store let alone a grill. They lost my 1349.00

We were visiting family here from Canada for the 4th - found out my brother in law has been dying for a Big Green Egg grille. We needed to find one as a house warming gift as it was the perfect idea. We never thought we would find one on the holiday - but FP was open. Jim was incredibly thorough with info on the BGEs - they had an amazing deal including all the popular accessories he would want. The cherry on top was when after I attempted to load it in our car (unsuccessfully) the delivery driver Dale had just returned from his last delivery of the before leaving for the holiday. Dale, being a bbq pro himself he knew how bad we wanted this grill for the holiday and offered to bring it home for us. We were blown away & never expected this level of service. Our experience was beyond outstanding & the staff is overboard helpful! Thank you so much you guys saved the day!

Warning, stay away from the Green Egg Grills! The hinges on these Grills are no good at all. Ive had nothing but problems with mine. The top keeps sliding back leaving the bottom lip exposed in the front and the lid doesnt line up at all. Its at the point of loosing smoke in the front. I guess the lid is too heavy for this weak hinge. I asked one of the guys at Fleet Plummer if they had another hinge and he said no and that was it, walked off. Terrible services!
