John and David came and delivered our washer and hooked it up. These guys are the real deal! They made sure everything was correct and safely delivered without damaging anything. We also have some pretty rocky stairs going down the stairs and they weren’t bothered at all by it! They were super friendly and honestly they are the only reason I will be continuing to buy from Home Depot! You guys need to give both of them a raise because good employees are hard to find!! 10 stars because of John and David on our delivery installation!

I havent really had any bad experiences here, but sometimes they are short on options, especially compared to the other Greensboro location off of W. Market St. The only thing worth mentioning is when I bought a few thousand worth of stuff, and then got a hard time when I tried to return about $150 worth. Otherwise theyre pretty good when it comes to returns.

Was asked by several employees if they could help?. That doesnt always happen in this kind of store but was a pleasant surprise. Still, they didnt have a couple things I was looking for. Maybe next time.

I have been waiting 45 minutes to have someone custom cut blinds. There have been three calls for assistance. No one ever came.

James and Johnathan were very professional. They helped me by lifting two 5 gallons of Deck over because I have Hernia. Mixed my color. I was very pleased with their help. May God bless them both, their families and friends.

I give this 2 stars only because the associate was very apologetic when I came in. We ordered some fence material for curbside pick up, called and was on hold for 30 minutes to make sure it would be ready and drove 40 minutes to this store only to sit in the parking lot, talk to a corporate assistant thru the app who told us to call the number that was posted at the curbside pick up location (no number was posted), went in to the store, waited again for the order to be gathered and returned to the inside of the store to pick up our order. How this was curbside pickup I have no idea. In my eyes...an epic failure. I hope others have better luck than I did.

My purpose for visiting this store today was to return a perennial plant that had died earlier this summer. The return was quick and I shopped for more perennials before leaving the store. Checkout in the garden center was quick and easy also.

The only good thing I can say about this place is Mary in hardwares is AWESOME!! She helped me with everything when there was no one else around or willing to do so. The layout of this store is not customer friendly, especially for those of us who rarely shop there. Things are hard to find. I spent more time in there than I wanted to. Mary was working hard to help me find what I needed. Thank you Mary

I enjoy home Depot. It was a clean store and seemed to have anything I could think of nicely organized. I wanted to get a gallon of awesome but when I got to the cash register, the bottle was leaking and had a hole. I was disappointed when not one employee offered to go get me another. I couldnt really find help but I like the store better than Lowes. Lowes has great customer service so thats where I go.

Purchased Samsung washer and dryer set. Told delivery would be 7/17/21....didnt get products until 7/23/21. Upon test run after installation, dryer smoked up laundry area and part of kitchen. They took it back...said had to replace it. Washer never would fill up with water; that was due to water pressure/line to machine was broken....2 NEW SAMSUNG products had to be replaced. After multiple calls to customer service line and visit back to store 3651, asked to speak with Manager on duty (Nigel); he NEVER came out to see us, he only asked over the internal phone (by girl at customer service counter)what we needed - I said to be fully refunded for a faulty washer and dryer set or to select ANOTHER brand. Nigel sent CS out to assist us. CS listened to however never offered apologies for situation only advised that the Specialist over their vendors would contact us....WTEF....not only are we disgusted with samsung....but now with the Home Depot management. Stay tuned as we will be taking our business elsewhere. Dont think they deserve any stars but in order to post have to select at least 1 freakin star....grrrrr...

First time we ever went to this Home Depot because Lowe’s didn’t have the part we needed. Electrical didn’t know what they were talking about. The lady over seeing the self check out (lady with dreads) said that we had to walk back and get a different part because the one we had didn’t have a check out sticker. When we got walked and got back, she wanted us to take the part without the sticker. We then refused in case we needed to exchange the part. She then proceeded to call us stupid. HIGHLY recommend not going to this store. Just travel a little further for Lowe’s.

Was in the lumber section. Wanted to make sure the piece of plywood was the one I wanted. A lady page for customer help in lumber no one showed up. So I left normal for this store. One star because I could not post with out one.

After waiting 15 minutes for help and paging help 2 times, Ill go to Lowes. Just lost $1000 sale.

Great welcome by the staff but everbody keeps buying all the led remote control light strips I want lol.Had a card problem in the store and the lady at customer service got it figured out so i was able to continue my purchases. Hats off to her i wish i had there names for this review.

As a contractor I come to the pickup lane to load supplies. Like any other day. Except today an employee that is standing outside tells me not to park there. To load my heavy supplies. I asked him where to park and he took a real rude tone with me and told me to go park in the lot?? Ill take my business elsewhere.

I love taking the dogs to go buy tools and I think everybody there loves it too. Theyve got all your home improvement needs.

She went above and beyond to help me so it could be picked up today while I am waiting on my refrigerator to be repaired. So pleased!!!

I used to love this store. They actually used to care about their elderly and handicap customers. But here lately when you go there, the electric buggies for handicap people are ALL by the far end exit and never plugged up!! You are extremely lucky to find just one that works. And if it stops while youre shopping, its a big screw you by the employees! Theyll throw up their hands and say Im sorry. Cant help you! Ummm, YES you can!! Put the carts by the front door where they should be and PLUG them up! Stop neglecting the elderly and handicap! You use to do better. Please go back to that attitude! Care!

ThermostatWaste of time and money. Thought the company that they have a contract with was using their merchandise. Ars rooter durham kept trying to get me to finance thru them. Fixed thermostat with old when they said they had new ones in truck paid for repair and extra air went out in a week.The repair person was nice told me a estimate on how much it will cost to repair and repair my thermostat and flushed he said it would be cheaper to replace. Will what he fixed went out again and when the estimate person came out he estimated a hire price so high I called my sis who got a new unit last yr they paid $5000 I was quoted two price 10,000 with a discount ( Im disabled) of 2000, $8,000 second $9,000 with a 2000 discount $7,000 this is with using the same ductwork. The lowest end is 5000 with new ductwork 8,000. So now Im out of a few bucks and no air. They kept telling I can finance. I found them thru Homedepo which I thought was quoting me but it was this company that homedepo has a contract with..ARS Rooter Durham

Sales associates are very friendly and helpful here. Apparently they are not required to wear masks. Not sure if thats a Home Depot thing. Plenty of parking and easy to navigate with a large vehicle and trailer.

Got what I needed, an associate on the floor pointed me right to it & I did self check out all in under ten minutes.

Great place to buy truck tool boxes. They have a wide selection at great prices.

Exterior DoorI already had an experience with Lowes so I went to Home Depot and it was much worse.1. Had to wait 5 weeks for a measurement. Even if you know what you need they will still require it.2. Contractor sent Home Depot measurements that required a custom made frame and my rough opening for my door needed to be brought down to fit the door. *There is nothing special about the door or frame on my house* Im in a subdivision where all doors are the same probably purchased from Lowes or Home Depot.3. Price went up by over $300 so of course I walked away.I told them something was wrong with the measurement if that was necessary Lowes would have had those same measurements and made the same suggestions. My issue with Lowes was about communication and not time so I regret going to Home Depot. I finally got the installed by a contractor with no issues.

I purchased a $550 air conditioner.I told the associate that I would like to have it opened and make sure nothing was wrong with it. She told me there was nothing wrong with these air conditioners theyd never been purchased and brought back so there was no reason to open it. when the installer opened the box it was damaged oin two placed and it had to be returned. And I have to pay the installer twice.

Unable to find someone to help, locate item, after being told that someone will meet me in a certain aisle. Agree.

Service was lacking. Only one cashed to wait on 20 people so I walked out the door leavening my cart for them to put back. Two huge bags of dog food and two huge bags of potting soil for my plants. Was not happy at all.

They were extremely helpful, I was going to pay them to fix an anchor machine for our company. They could have easily taken us for a few dollars, but instead, one of the gentlemen told me how he would fix it. So he got me the part, and I fixed it in five minutes. They were nice, helpful, and ready to go the extra mile. I had also needed a tiny screw for my truck toolbox. I asked if they had that as well, they did, and also sold it to me cheap.They had a very nice and clean store, plenty of parking space, and anything you would need from a hardware store. We had to come here because our electric stove decided to take a fit after having it for 20 years and we had a purchase and no one and that is the main reason why we are here unfortunately I dont have any pictures but it is a good place to get reasonably priced electric stoves.

This Home Depot has fabulous people! There are two wonderful ladies and a manager that helped us tremendously last night. They handled our situation with great positive attitudes which helped us to feel positive about it too. They had us laughing and because of them we will continue to go to this particular Home Depot. I hope this company knows how valuable these hard working individuals are - they are so lucky to have them!
