Unfriendly rude workers

The associates are not helpful at all. They have a no return/exchange policy that they did not mention at the time of purchase like most stores do. I brought a dress back the next day in the same condition I brought it in because it did not fit properly, and that’s when I was told about the non refundable/exchange. So if you plan on buying something just know that a return or even exchange is not an option.

I really loved this store. The clothing was different from the other stores. All of the items were priced economically. I saw more items on the plus side that I would have purchased than on the misses/ladies side which was disappointing to me. The one dress that I absolutely wanted only had a medium and small. Because of the material I wanted a large and it was not available. I was so hurt and left the store empty handed. I didnt like that the shoes were displayed in the middle of the floor and the staff could have been more of assistance. They were hanging garments on racks and then tagging them behind the register. It didnt appear that they could mult task to assist customers, I really wanted that dress and since no one asked if I needed help I hung it back up and left the store. Hopefully when I go back my dress size will be in stock.
