Date: 6/24/21 I had a wonderful experience. Tyler M. from electronics did an exceptional job providing great customer service. He thoroughly answered all of my questions about computers. Great Job! The cashier in the front was very friendly and helpful.

Drive up is super convenient. This is a VERY busy location so avoiding crowds is always a plus. Employees are friendly and great with communication.

I love the cleanliness of the stores, the selection available, and the friendly staff. I wish I could remember the young ladys name that helped me at checkout. Being a 64 year old, I wanted to make sure I was getting the best deal, but somewhat technically challenged. She was willing to show me how to use the app on my phone and walked me through step by step. She was so patient and kind. I was very grateful!

Clean, organized store. Full shelves and helpful associates. I left Walmart passed off and came to Target. Paid more for what I got but was so pleased.

Everyone is very polite to me. I have a speech impediment and they take time to listen.

The drive up service at Target on Wendover is always efficient and professional. The staff is always polite and helpful. It is a very convenient service for me and the staff makes it even better.

How can you go wrong with Target? Ok, looked everywhere for pre-chopped pineapple. No luck! Get to Target and boom. It was just coming to the floor and the attendant said I have some on my cart. OMG! I wanted to kiss her. Instead, I gave her a mini hug. Full mask tho! lol Thanks guys with your sweet employees.

I love Target items. The prices are a little high, but you get what you pay for. The baby section is my FAVORITE, super cute clothes, great prices on diapers, and theres usually some sort of sale going on where you can get money back for buying items you need.

The last two times Ive ordered for Drive Up from this location, things have been missing from my order. Thankfully, from the app Target is good about giving refunds or sending replacements. I called the store the last time, when over HALF my order was missing & the phone just rang... and rang... and rang.

The best location south of New Garden youll find. Unfortunately the influx of extra customers from the failing High Point location causes higher than desired foot traffic during peak hours, but the staff handles it well and keeps the place clean.

If your employees cant answer a phone properly when it is busy they should not have a job in customer service. Shame on your help for not even attempting to look into the issue. I will never shop at your store again. I spend thousands there every year and will be happy to spend it elsewhere. Why is there a no star option? You think for a cooperate giant, you would have your training fine tuned. Awful. You should be embarrassed.

I am not a fan of big corps, but occasionally I do come into target when I am searching for something specific. Especially since the pandemic started, its clean, they always have sanitizer on hand to use and cart wipes. There are STILL customers come in with no mask, which would be fine if they were not walking and talking all through out the entire store, touching everything they can, I have seen the same couple come in several times within several months, no mask, with their kids. No SERVICE should be provided. 3 of my family members are currently fighting from covid19 and my daughter has recovered from it although she she should not have gotten it either from selfish individuals like this. BUT, as big as target is, I never find what I am actually looking for, or dont know where it is in the store. employees just walk the other way except for the occasional few who will ask if you need anything. I walked the entire store one night looking for something and did not know where it would be, when I spotted a manager, who was helping a new employee, I did not want to interrupt rudely so I kind of just stood off to the side and waited for a moment to jump in and ask. he looked at me several times and kept walking away. I kept circling as he continued to talk to the employee, the vibe I got was he did not want to know if I needed help, I asked another employee near by and they couldnt find what I was looking for. I went back to his area and he seen me approaching, I looked away at something I passed, when I looked up both was heading to the back of the store. I left with nothing after searching for nearly and hour, up and down each aisle.

The two guys working in the electronics department couldnt care less about customer service. I felt like I was interupting their conversation about a movie title that neither one could quite remember. This prompted them both to search for the answer on their phones. The fact that I was standing there waiting to check out was lost on them. They rang me up for my purchase without a greeting, without making eye contact, without a thank you for shopping at Target. They just put the merchandise in a bag and slid it under the plexiglass sneeze guard and continued their conversation. I dont expect much these days from retail, but at least would like to be acknowledged. Customer service fail.

Awful customer service at the electronics department.Carts were wet from rain. Asked for a plastic bag to put clothes and pillow in that I was purchasing to keep them clean and dry. Was denied cause i might try to steal them. Asked them to a manager and was the security guy (TJ?) Refused to call one. He pointedvto the front of the store and said I could Go up top and try to find one.Manager, Precious, was helpful but unsure how to deal with people needing to put clothing into wet carts.

Friendliness and promptness not to mention how attentive the staff were made pickup on Christmas Eve a real breeze.

On Sat., 8/8/20, my 12 year old son lost some money in the store that he had been saving since Christmas. It apparently fell out of his pocket when he walked to the toy section. All of the employees we spoke to were very kind, helpful, and made the situation a lot less stressful because of their actions. Security even offered to look at their video to see if we could find where he lost it. Unfortunately, it looked like the money fell out of my sons pocket and a gentleman walking behind him picked it up. (Theres a special place in hell for someone who would do that to a kid.) I had only expected that we would leave our contact information in case someone turned the money in, which I knew was a long shot. I was shocked at the effort the employees went through to help us. I am so appreciative to the staff that went out of their way to help us. Thank you!!

Very busy store, but well stocked. Was looking for king size pillow protectors, not available at the Oak Hollow store. Found them at this Target.

Target had everything I ordered and was extremely prompt in bringing my order out to my car so I could stay contact free.

Pleased with product but not with customer service. Unorganized and lengthy time to pickup items ordered online.

Well, I need to vent. We went to Target in Kernersville to change our phone service to Consumer Cellular. Once there we were told that they don’t do it at the Kernersville Target anymore. So the sales person suggested Greensboro. So before we drove to Greensboro we called and they said they had a technician there. So here we go... Once there he was on break. There was one lady before us and we were second in line. She told us she had been waiting about 15 min. So about 30 minutes later he came back with the excuse he was on a conference call. In the mean time two more customers came up needing help. So he jumped from one customer to the other and never accomplish anything. He actually sold a phone to the third customer in line before he finished with the first lady or us. After about 2 1/2 hours the first lady finally got her phone and left. Yahoo we are next. So we told him what we wanted. In the mean time he stopped to help another customer that just walked up. Mind you we are over 2 1/2 hours waiting. When he said I’ll be right back that did it. We picked up our phones and we said forget it. We don’t have another 3 hours to waste. Target, Consumer Cellular doesn’t want or need our business. We will just keep what we have.

I absolutely love this target.❤️ THE BEST!!! Target always has what I need or want and is always in order. The employees are never rude or have an attitude and you can find anything you want easily.(highly recommended)

Horrible experience. Went last night to get some things for my dog. The place was not crowded and my purse was stolen from my cart. I still cannot believe that happened at target and unfortunately I lost all of my belongings. I have been trying to contact them ever since this morning but they have not answered.

I will use pick up again! That made my trip fast and easy! I was working late and did not have time to go through the store, find my items and wait to check out. Great experience!

One register open on a Sunday, one person at pick up. Definitely not a convenient shopping experience.

Did the online order so I could run in after work. 5 of us where standing in line where it says online pick up and registry. BEN and Abby where working on the return and exchange register. Abby has customer BEN did not. Neither one of them said to us in line how can we help or let us know that we are in the wrong line. Even though it said online pickup. Then my order was for two products they only had one. I spent more time in the store than if I would have just gotten the product my self. Based on customer service and online ordering process 1 star

Pick up was convenient. I could rely on my items not being out of stock and I didn’t have any problems at my pick up.

Placed an online order early in the morning online at Lawndale. They had everything but a video game. I was able to have it changed to where I can pick up the game here at Wendover location. I drove all the way here and went back to the game section and explained what happened. The lady brought it up to customer relations. Customer relations won’t let me have the game I purchased. They say they hadn’t processed it and made me feel like it’s a new order and that I need to wait my turn. Target was the one that didn’t have my item that I had placed several hours ago. I was sent here. This is ridiculous. It should be a simple scan and go.

Target has a great selection and good prices.

I use a particular brand and scent of dish soap and kitchen hand soap. Sometimes they are in the store when I need them and sometimes not. This was so easy. Ordered from my tablet and they were waiting for me the nearest Target. Love it!

Better than Walmart. There are registers open. It does have some grocery stock but it isnt as extensive as a HT or Lowes Foods. But you could potentially get something here at a good price.The quality of clothes, particularly childrens clothes are pretty good. Household items are usually of great quality too. Have purchased kitchen stuff here like knives, small appliances and happy with these.Store is organized and its easy to find stuff. Never seems busy.I hate the shopping center it is in but this location is great considering.

Very easy to order online and my order was ready to pickup within the hour. The pickup counter was right inside the entrance, the CSR was polite & I had my order within minutes. Would absolutely use this option again.

Usually a pleasant shopping experience. Has a Starbucks which is a nice plus. Have had some less than pleasant experiences with cashiers. It is not uncommon to see some ignore customers who are further ahead in line to help someone they know.

This review is specifically for the Starbucks in this Target. Licensed stores tend to have a bad reputation for not being as good as corporate Starbucks, but this location consistently provides excellent service. The quality of the beverages is great, and the baristas are incredibly kind. They are much more calm and collected than I would be if I were the only person working and had a long line of impatient customers.

Approached the sales associate in Electronics and asked if Target carried Apple Watches, he pointed me to the case and went back to what he believed to be more important than making a sale. I guess Target Instructs their associates to given directions only and avoid customers inquiries. Very poor customer service, and I guess it’s why Amazon is doing much better.

Always a good selection, but you almost always end up spending $100 here. Staff is genuinely friendly and mostly professional. Location is always well stocked and clean with lots of parking.

This Target has a good location.The store is always neatly maintained and well stocked.The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. The checkouts can be pretty quick, except if the person in front of you decides to apply for a card!If you want fresh produce, however, this is not the store youd want.

I LOOOVVEEE the Target Drive Up option. It’s super easy, my times are ready within 2 hours & within 2 minutes of marking myself here in the app someone is bringing out my stuff. It’s almost too easy lol. As a working mom of two I don’t have a lot of time so Target Drive Up is a great & easy option.

I never have issues at Target. However, with this last visit, I had a 20% coupon for shopping on Black Friday. When checking out, the screen does not clearly indicate the coupon was received and show the price of items lower. My total seem to have been adjusted but the screen does not show it.

I am beyond disappointed I was profiled with my mother tonight because we came to browse around I didn’t know it was a crime to look around a store I definitely will not be returning any business to target I suppose being mixed you don’t look like u belong at target a woman asked my mom twice if she needed help then proceed to follow us and as we was leaving the store a manager has the Nerve to ask us if we need help finding something how would we need help if we are leaving..... wow first time for everything I will definitely be sharing this on my Facebook bc y’all don’t deserve business if this is how you treat the public

Tee in the beauty dept was AMAZING! Her customer service and support/help was better than what you get at makeup stores. She was nice, patient and helpful. She is an asset. She is literally the reason for my purchase. I was getting a bit frustrated bc I couldnt find my shade but she was happy to help. Give her a promotion, she is management material ❤

Loved my experience today. I first went to the beauty section and this awesome employee in that section helped me out she was super cool and my daughter loved her earrings lol. Then I went to the baby and toddlers section, they didnt have the 5t tank tops I was hoping they had.The store is always clean and very organized, which is always a plus for me.

The staff was friendly and was available if needed. The store was clean and seemed organized for a large box type store. They offer a in store cafe and had clean restrooms.

Target is a great alternative to Walmart. The store is clean and well staffed. This location has a full grocery section (some Targets have tiny grocery sections).I have never had an issue making a return or exchange. On one occasion the manager gave me several courtesy coupons just because I had to wait for five minutes at customer service. Those courtesy coupons are a couple dollars each and save as cash at Target stores. I walked in planning to make a return and walked out with a full refund plus about $6-8 of store credit. Great store and well managed. Their excellent customer service makes then stand out from the crowd.
