I went in to sell today and the girl that helped me was so sweet!! I didn’t grab her name but the entire staff were very kind and they were patient with me bringing in a ton of clothes, and I even bought some items because they have a great selection!

Really nice. Didn’t buy a ton of my items but I got a great deal for the ones they did purchase. Out of all the places to buy sell clothes I will 100% be coming back here.

The staff there are very rude! I wouldn’t recommend shopping here at all!!

My first visit and the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. There were lots of nice items at a pretty competitive price. I sold a few items I brought in -- I wasnt expecting them to take everything, and I appreciated how they offered to donate the clothes they chose not to take.

1st time going and love it. Nice atmosphere with friendly staff

I was in the store the entire time and they did not bother to even look through what I was trying to sell before making a ridiculously low offer on two designer pieces (on the very top of bin) that I can probably sell for much more on Poshmark. It seems to completely depend on who is working on how you treated and if they give you and your clothing the time of day. Had a totally different experience the time before.

I went in to sell some clothes. Little did I know I was walking into a retail experience like no other. The staff was amazing, great customer service. I filled out the appropriate forms to sell my clothes and wanted to look around. I saw hundreds of amazing pieces and well styled manikins. You dont wanna pass up on this secret hot spot!

The staff is nice, I brought in several Jeans cleaned and folded. They went through them and only picked the perfect, perfect ones. The others were very good but a few small worn spots. When you look on the website they show torn Jeans.. mine were not torn. A little deceiving. So two almost brand new Lee jeans I got 6 bucks . . Make more donating and get a write off on taxes. I get they have to hold and sell but, 6 bucks ? I bet they sell for 20 easy. Just know if you sell dont expect a lot.

I love this store & the location. The staff are always very friendly & helpful. The store is always fully stocked and very clean. I will be going back to shop again.

Some he she cross dresser employee just chased me around the store with a non-labeled spray bottle of “hand sanitizer” demanding that he/she spray my hands, and also tried to sell me a mask. The he/she had acrylic nails on their fingers that looked unprofessional and gothic.I can promise I’m much cleaner than you are honey. Keep your fake hand sanitizer and harass someone else.

Don’t waste your time trying to sell here! There’s a 2 hour wait where you HAVE to be in the store. If you absolutely have to leave then you HAVE to be back in the store within the first hour. Meaning you’ll be standing around for 2 hours (Mind you the store is small) for just about maybe $5 for your clothes. RIDICULOUS! Pass on Uptown, go to Plato’s. At least Plato’s text you when they’re ready so you can pick it up. Instead of standing around, just taking up space for no reason.

I usually love Uptown. Ive found some great deals there and understand that they wont take all of my clothes I bring in to exchange. However, the sales woman going through my clothes was visibly making fun of the dresses I brought in with the other associate. I dont know if she realized I was still in the store or not but either way that is not how an employee should behave. She didnt even look at all the clothes I brought in. She looked at a pair of shoes and 3 dresses and I guess it offended her fashion sense so much she called it quits. I dont care if I dont have the best fashion sense but that was very unprofessional and makes me question going to this business ever again.

It’s usually a hit or miss when buying but that’s the norm with every store. BUT...... no, I will not take $5 for my for my $350 designer jeans when trying to sell. I’d rather not eat. Thank your! GURL BUYE

Drove 45 mins to sell to this store. The AFRICAN American lady at the front was very rude and STARTED that I had to stay in the store to sell my items. I explained to her that I had to use the bathroom which she said they didnt have a public bathroom with an attitude. I had to stand for 1 hour watching them at the register laugh joke and horseplay around... This store customer service is the WORST... I took my items to Platos closest and got more and I was able to leave and come back..... I

Thrift shop but very selectively hand picked merchandise. High quality clothes, boots, shoes, sneakers, bags, jewelry, sunglasses, watches, clutch bags, etc. I highly recommendthis shop! Reasonably priced!!!

Pretty good place to shop for 2nd hand items. Pricing can be odd at times, but all in all, its a good stop on a shopping day.

Always a great place to sell clothes to and to buy lightly used clothes. Good selection of jeans and mens clothing. Often have nice formal dresses in stock.

Yep one star. Had an employee tell me not to “linger” near her intake table, no one there, while daughter was buying clothes. Maybe you should have seats or a waiting room then. No manners.

Im usually able to find great deals on very trendy clothing, however the staff is not particularly friendly, nor do they seem trained well. Ive never sold to Uptown Cheapskate, but I do not have any hesitations to in the future.

Went in the place was very well cleaned and very well Staffed very friendly, prices and products were outstanding. Very nice clothes and shoes for very good price. Didnt take any of my trades but its ok. I will be returning to sell in the future and buying some stuff

Descent selection and good prices however the store was very dirty and the staff was really not very friendly. Not impressed. They did have a better selection than most however.

Well organized store, staff was very friendly. I went to sell and my items were sorted so efficiently and I was in and out in 10-15 minutes.

They offer next to nothing for your designer items but sell them for almost brand new retail price. You have a better chance of selling to Platos Closet. The only thing I do like about them is that you can find nicer dresses here for about the same price as a Platos Closet would sell them

This was my first time being here, and I was pleasantly surprised! I was expecting this to be another Platos or Goodwill....boy was I wrong! They have an amazing selection of clothes, shoes, purses and jewelry! Everything in the store was immaculate and organized by size, making it easy to find what you need! Their clothes are in pristine condition, and I was told they even go up to a 6X! They have shoes lining the tops of the clothing racks, with clearance shoes right below them. Some of their prices were a bit higher than a was expecting, but you are practically getting this stuff brand new, or rarely worn! They have a wall full of designer purses, like Coach, Kate Spade, Dooney and Bourke, Micheal Kors, Furla, and many more!

The 2 girls who were inspecting the clothes were more interested in having a conversation about tv shows. They quoted me a 30 minute wait but I was there a hour and a half

Im never going back there. I had top brand clothes that I had only worn once (some even still had the tags) and the lady offered me $2.00 a shirt! This place is a joke! Dont waste your time going there. The staff is also poorly trained.

Basically just a Platos closet but over all nice selection if you do not exceed a size 12. Definitely not plus size friendly.

HORRIBLE DONT GO! Wait time was 15-20 minutes so they said...and hour and a half later my stuff was finally done! Oh and they wanted to buy my Kate Spade ourselves for 9 F-IN DOLLARS!!!!

The staff was far more concerned about talking to each other than they were to me. When I asked why one of my jackets was reconsidered, the girl at the counter threw another employee under the bus by saying that she was the one who didnt think the jacket would sell well in the store. I thought that was quite tacky.

I drove 45 minutes to get looked at like I was a bum to get offered 28 dollars for 6 pair of almost brand new nikes and adidas the two pair of adidas alone were 100 just smh the lady doing the appraisal was very unfriendly I wont return or recommend this place
