Refused my business because I wasn’t wearing my mask “correctly”

I would like to start by saying that this review does not reflect all simply southern. I love this store! I was shopping around today and over heard a conversation between an employee and a customer. The conversation was about masks and the customer said she had been in there for about 30 minutes. The employee asks her if she has a mask after she’s already been in there for 30 minutes and the young lady politely said “no I don’t, do you have one I could wear?” The employee stated that they did not and that if she didn’t have a mask she needed to leave and shop online.What I’m saying is, if you’re going to enforce a mask rule, have masks available to those who don’t have theirs or forgot it at home.Do better Simply Southern.

The sales staff was rude and un helpful, very cold personality

I went there to do some Christmas shopping and got what I wanted and everybody was wearing their mask but there was not too much social distancing going on it was Packed and there was so many people on top of each other it was kind of scary

Enjoy looking at all the different shirts. I especially like the ones with encouraging scriptures.

The ladies in this store are always friendly and kind. They offer help, but also leave you alone to shop without bugging you. Big shoutout to Alli Willard and Karen Taylor today for helping me and being so kind.

Its a simply southern store, lots of tiedie and hats

Me and my wife were on our 21st anniversary this weekend and we traveled an hour and a half to get to this location . The store was very clean prices were exceptionally good and the staff was amazing very friendly and helpful and just down to earth will definitely be coming back in the future .
