I have never had a problem with Glass City until I bought some of the Delta 8 wax the other day and the container was completely empty. I called up there 15 mins after I left and they said no exchanges and that I had to email the customer service people to talk to them. I emailed them first on Saturday and again today and nothing after the lady said it would be 24 hours. I understand you cant exchange things but if you purchase something that is empty then why should you have to go through so much to either get the money back or get the same product again. Anyways check your wax containers before you leave or you will go through the absolute most to get it figured out.

With so many people opening these shops, it was hard for me to find a good fit with the numerous ones out there. Word of advice that can maybe save someone else some disappointment... Start here and stay here! Clouds, hemp house, mt. Rush smoke ( whackest name ever) these stores can not hold a candle to glass city... Selection, price FRIENDLY KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF!!! Glass city is a gem 💎

So many vape / smoke / head shops in the area where I live. THIS is my go to shop. I get such great customer service here, veteran experience staff that has grown and adapted with the ever changing industry. If I have questions they put effort into getting accurate answers. Always to my satisfaction. I was having maintenance trouble with a product, a broken glass tank, and Ava took 15 minutes to find a solution for me. She pops up a glass that works for me. I am back to happily vaping now. Her demeanor was always kind professional and I really felt that I was in the presence of a master clerk/tech representative of this industry. Everyone is friendly at this location and will really put forth the extra mile to satisfy customers. I leave the store happier than when I went in, and pleased with my experience there, every time. Hemp flower is way overpriced, also they sold me a grinder that doesnt really work and then wouldnt make it right. Though they did offer a discount on a new one which is nice I guess. They have really good deals on glass sometimes too.
