Great treat for a childs Birthday gift, and they get to make it themselves & name it which makes it magical.

The staff were SO friendly on our first visit with our one-year-old. They offered to watch our pram at the front on the shop.

My boyfriend and i went on a mini date here and we were helped by lee, he was truly lovely and made it really fun

Wow! What an amAzing experience and all down to the ‘lovely Lily’ who did everything in her power to make my son’s birthday feel extra special. I would highly recommend this store and even with Covid restrictions in shops, it all felt normal and honestly has been one of the nicest experiences we’ve had in any shop for a long time! Thank you Lily, you really are a top banana.

I think the staff, including Lily the manager, make this place so great. Nothing is too much trouble and you are made to feel special. I took my daughter in on her Birthday, after talking to Lily about it in advance. We built a Harry Potter bear and my daughter loved it. Fantastic place, highly recommended.

Went to builder bear with my gf for her Christmas present and as soon as we walked in a employee greeted us than they showed us around and was so postive. would recommend for anytime. but its expensive but worth it for the experience and the look on your loved one face or your own.

Absolutely awesome place. Staff were brilliant with my daughter, involving her in the making of her birthday bears. Really friendly staff, big, clean, tidy shop with loads of choices of bears and animals, so many clothes and accessories to choose from, build a bear wardrobes and furniture. Free bear birth certificate with each bear with you can personalize. Great experience

Super friendly staff that I tend to get into geek conversations with a lot of the time, very approachable. Only issue I have is that the staff a trained to swamp you as soon as you enter the building before even having a chance to see what they have. Literally, you walk in a couple of steps and they crowd you saying have you been here before, can I help, what are you looking for?. This approach is aggressive and makes me avoid Bab a lot of the time. Also super pricey.

We popped in today to buy 2 bears, 1 for our granddaughters birthday and 1 for a new grandchild coming. Never been in the shop before as were from Wimbledon and just in Brighton for a long weekend . We were helped by a lovely guy called Craig. Such fab service from him, hes a real asset to the shop . It made our shopping experience in the store an amazing one . I have to say though all the staff were lovely. Its a really lovely shop, well definitely pop in again.

Lots of fun!! Made my first build a bear and so did my boyfriend. Even though were adults we didnt feel judged or rushed by staff. Staff were kind, friendly and chatty. Lovely atmosphere and great memories were made!

The staff ask children if they want extras whilst the adults can’t hear or understand what’s happening. Then at the end of it being sewn up you get an extra £20 on your bill... it’s crazy that they won’t ask the person who is paying that question for all the extras ! So keep an eye on them quietly asking your kids questions. Or clearly say no extras. So awkward but the staff shouldnt be trained to mug adults off using children to do it.

My daughter loves going to build a bear. The staff are always so happy and helpful. Great with children. One of the best shops .Always 5 stars.

We went today and were assisted throughout by Declan, who was really helpful and enthusiastic! I have been to this particular Build A Bear Workshop many times before and every single time I have been there the service has been FANTASTIC and I have enjoyed myself every time I have been.

We visited the bulid the bear workshop and I was told by a friend of mine that just because it was my daughter birthday present we get discount and pay the price of her age. Anyway I did mention to the staff but they totally ignore the fact they didnt said anything or explained anything to me.Very disappointed and felt been treated unfairly by the the staff. So we are never going back.😥😥

Its very good and I love the stuff I bought its a great shop and you can explore the fun in bears I would recommend for the clouthes and accessories to be a bit cheaper but its great for partys

Great for the children very enthusiastic staff a little expensive but the kids loved it, tbh the young lady on the till took around 5mins per person trying to sell other items

Not very happy on the pay your age day.Got there for half past 10 in the morning and had no time spaces until 4pm the same day!!!The sale has been handled appallingly!!!! What did they expect us to do for 6 hours!! Plus school pick up gaps. Could of been handled alot better by say booking a slot online, save waiting for hours

The staff are very professional in dealing with children. A very interesting store where children can choose a personalized toy and various accessories for it. A child can choose a teddy bear for as little as £ 4 a month. Lovely.

Very nice coworkers, are very friendly with children. Large selection. Offers to dress the stuffed animals. For cuddly animal lovers recommended.

Very cool store. Here you can create a bear to your taste, dress it and decorate it. In addition, you can buy him a passport and make him an official plush citizen of Great Britain.
