I come here whenever I go shopping for groceries even though I work at Walmart because it’s so much better quality. I usually save money coming here. It’s always clean. The vegetables are fresh. My food from here has never been moldy. I’ve seen the cart pushers cleaning carts. The cashiers do a great job at bagging.

Generally an acceptable experience. Nice personnel, produce selection decent.

Please advise employees that standing in a cooler with their nasty shoes on food is unacceptable. I witnessed a guy with his dirty shoes on burritos inside the cooler on the dairy isle. He was white w/close shaved hair.Until today, Ive not had minimal issues with this location. Service has been great overall.

I have been shopping at this location for 21+ years. The store is clean, well maintained, and they have decent selections.

I love the customer service at this Harris Teeter! Everyone is so nice and goes above and beyond to make shopping there a good experience. I had extremely good service from Wynter in the produce department, Eric my cashier and the store director as well!!

Terrible experience. Went in and did my shopping. Had coupons that I printed out. They had trouble scanning, as most printables do. The cashier said she needed her managers permission to use the coupons. I have no idea why, but ok. She comes back and says that her manager said that if it doesnt scan, they wont accept it. What! I have shopped at every Harris Teeter in Greensboro and have never had a problem. If the coupon didnt scan they would manually enter it. I just had to go in at the same time as this gem of a manager. I had the cashier void my entire transaction and left. Unnecessary foolishness. If you are expecting standard customer service, this is not the place to go. Apparently they have their own rules.

Smaller than Im used to. But maybe my coastal HT is spoiling me. Small meat selection and kind of pricey. Layout was fairly good. Staff kept this rating 4 stars. As HT employees are always attentive and abundant.

I have shopped at the Adams Farm Harris Teeter for years and have continued doing so during the Pandemic. However, I had an experience this past Friday (August 13th) that has changed my attitude about the store, notably the shift managers treatment of me when I expressed a concern. I went a little after 7pm to pick up a few things. I knew that the Guilford County mask mandate had gone into effect at 5pm that same day and made sure I was masked. When I arrived, I had to move several shopping carts out of the way so I could get disinfectant wipes to clean the handle of the cart I was using. Then, while doing my shopping, I was absolutely stunned at the number of people there without masks. Not once did I see a HT employee tell them that they were required to wear masks. (And yes, there was a sign in the entrance about the mask requirement). After I checked out, I went to the customer service counter and asked to speak to the manager. The woman there called Mike to the front. Im glad I heard her say his name because his name badge was covered with something so I could not see his name. I tried to be polite in speaking with him, even noting that I knew he was in an unenviable position. When I asked why they were allowing people to go maskless, his response was that whenever they see someone without a mask they explain the mask mandate and offer a mask to the person. Clearly they werent doing this, and as he was speaking, someone came in and walked right by the service counter without a mask. I pointed to the customer and said why is no one is offering him a mask? (There were several employees within a couple of yards of us). The manager raised his voice and his tone changed to a very angry, disrespectful tone and said, because Im here talking to you. I asked why they were not enforcing the mandate and he said because there is nothing we can do. I reminded him that this store was in violation of the mask mandate, but he clearly did not care. Im not sure if this is HT policy, or just this particular stores policy. I know it is hard for businesses to deal with customers who refuse to wear masks, but there are businesses that are placing public health first and refusing to serve people not wearing masks. The manner in which this manager spoke to me, combined with his cavalier attitude about the mask mandate, will make me think twice before shopping at the Harris Teeter Adams Farm again.

Able to find, purchase what we wanted, needed, & some extras. Good shopping experience. Wish Harris Teeter was in Asheboro.

I have shopped here ever since the store opened. I have tried many things in their Bakery. Finally tried their donuts. Absolutely delicious! Forget the rest. Get the best in GSO! Reminds me of the great bakeries in Jersey or Philly!

Very friendly. Great selection of products, including wine. Not many times have I had to wait in line. Pharmacy staff is great! I just don’t like that they don’t have a drive-thru & the door nearest the Pharm is locked. Other than that, I’m very happy with this location in particular.

Great selection, although the produce section is skimpy at times. They don’t enforce masking at all. Multiple no maskers here each time I go. Very busy store. Checkout is soooo tight. People practically have to touch each other and cart bumping and such. They should have fewer checkout registers but actually have a cashier at them instead of cramming as many unmanned registers as possible into a small space, and squeezing folks together.

Great store with nice variety of items. A little more pricey than other grocery stores is reason I dont shop there more often.

I wanted fresh steak for dinner and spoke to two employees in the meat department one was stocking the meat and the other man was cutting the meat and both were extremely rude and had no time for questions. This is the 1st time Ive ever gone to HT and had a bad experience. The customer service is normally service with a smile. This happened around noon today so maybe they were grumpy because they were hungry. The quality of the meat was great.

Great selection and customer service

So many employees not wearing masks properly and several customers not wearing masks at all. We will not be back, even after the pandemic. They refuse to take the slightest health precautions to help the health of customers, but are fine with taking our money. Well, Harris Teeter will not be getting my money during the pandemic or after.

Just started to shop here. Many items are lower priced than other groceries in the area. Like all the groceries in this area you may need to do the same as we do, one place for coffee another for ame staples and a third for the final items in your list. We have found it is worth the trips to each store.

Harris Teeter, by far have the best seafood department. The butcher is always so nice and has met my every need. There crab legs are the best in town. The employees are very helpful as well.

I have tried and tried to order online and just keep getting the run a round....spent an hour on 2 different occasions and it said my password was incorrect!Sent me an email to reset and I did...tried to check out but again said my password was incorrect!! What a fiasco!! I also spoke with someone and couldnt help...Ill take my shopping online to a much better store👎👎👎

I love shopping at this Harris Teeter! What I love about Harris Teeter in general is that they carry high-quality food and products, fresh produce and a terrific salad bar. Their bakery has some delicious cakes! Food Lion bakery pales in comparison, lol HT bakery makes a triple layer chocolate fudge mousse cake that is out of this world! Oh, and lets not forget their stellar customer service. I also love that they always have good mark-downs on their quality meats.

Harris Teeter is a nice grocery store to shop in. It is clean and all the employees are very pleasant. The only caveat of shopping at Harris Teeter is that you have to know your prices as some things are higher than at other stores. Other than that, Harris Teeter is a good grocery store to shop at.

Harris has great weekly specials, and they have the best selection of beers, wines, and mixers. Great looking fruits and vegetables. But they sre pricey.

A great store to shop at if you need anything quick. Use your VIC card number. I always get good deals. The people in the deli are top notch and they know what they are doing. Once of best Harris Teeters I’ve been too!

No holiday flavors of ice cream, like eggnog and peppermint. Surly staff except the lovely young men who greet you at the door.

Remodeled store, very nice, open 24hrs!

Had a problem starting my car when the store was almost closed and the manager trusted me and gave me his jumper cables to go start the car at my house which was 3 minutes away. Great customer service.

Helpful staff, clean facilities, and they do well with pickup order accuracy and substitutions. Ive been a customer for over 20 years and will drive back to this branch over closet options.

Just stopped in to pickup a few things. Had everything except the davinci sugar free syrup. But over all okay.

There have been zero precautions taken at this location for keeping people safe. Early on to months later this location is a lawless land of inconsiderates with no one holding them accountable.If management here cant even put signs for which aisle to walk down, and I dont see a single person wiping anything down, how are they supposed to expect their immuno-compromised guests to be safe? I live with someone who is susceptible to hospitalization from even a weak strain of flu... much less the respiratory ussues that this pandemic could bring.I would give 0* if possible.

Fresh food and very clean

This is an exceptionally nice grocery store, but from the exterior youd never know. Wonderful selection, and its a great place to grab an inexpensive lunch or dinner. In the back left side of the store they make subs 6 and 12 inch to order, directly across youll find fresh baked pizzas with various toppings. Subs are half priced on and you can get a whole pizza with any toppings for $7 on Mondays. I had a couple slices of pizza and found it to be extremely tasty.
